I visited this place while on a holiday and was thinking of a foot massage to relax my aching feet... This place proved to be a boon..just next door to where I was staying. The foot message given by Shanta was so so good... The amount pressure and the correct pressure points all together relieved my foot pain that I decided to take a full body massage the next day with Shanta again and that too proved a very relaxing and nice experience... I felt very relaxed after the massage. She did a thorough professional job, the place was clean and well managed and the ambience very calm and soothing. Had a good massage therapy that I sent my husband also for a foot massage and he too enjoyed it thoroughly and said his feet is feeling pain-free after the massage. Thank you Amay and all at Amay.

This was one of the Best Ayurvedic Centre I have ever visited till date. The staffs were very genial and gave some advices too. Rooms were very hygiene. The ambience was magical and cleanliness was on top. Hot oil massages with steam session was excellent. Many thanks to Doctors and Therapists for their warm welcome and for the treatment they gave me. I came with a frozen shoulder and left, after 3 massages, with much more mobility. Amay staff listened very good to my request and the massages were custom made Ayurveda. The last one was a full body massage (1799r) that also got the tiredness out of my body. She is amazing in explaining, guiding and giving relief. She works in both centers.

I had migraine problem but I didnt wanted to take tablets, so visited this Ayurvedic centre just for consultation but took shirabhyanga(head massage) I dono how long it took because I had literally slept🤭😅. I'm actually in love with the Therapist now.

My grandmother and I visited Amay and had a consultation with Dr. Aparna Unny. She is very attentive, good at explaining, and knowledgeable. Both she and Ms. Shantha, who did our treatments, were both very attentive to the progress of the treatment and constantly checked on us. I got the netra tarpana, a facial, and a hair oiling/massage. I saw significant results from the facial and hair pack as my skin was brighter and my hair felt much softer and hydrated post treatment. The netra tarpana was a little hard to manage because it shows better results if you do not use electronics during the duration of your treatment, but I highly recommend it for anyone with eye strain and dryness, especially if you wear high power glasses like me. My grandmother was given a massage therapy for varicose veins, which she enjoyed. The definition of the veins as well as her pain were both reduced. Amay is a great clinic with many options fit for all sorts of body types and health.

Abyanga sweda is what I got for myself at Amay mysore. The experience was awesome, the whole process from directions to reach the place, to meet and greet, to what was on offer and offcourse the genuine ayurveda Abyang sweda meaning full body care with steam was beyond my expectations. I would surely visit again and strongly recommend others to visit the Authentic Ayurvedic wellness center.
