One of the best experience, I have Broken my humerus bone and went for surgery with plates and screws and was in complete rest for 2months, one of my friend recommended Iswarya mam as best for movement, on first day I couldn't even lift my whole hand from shoulder, she is both full of fun and knowledge, makes me laugh out loud when I have to shoutout with pain while moving my shoulder, elbow,wrist and hand. Best physio in ooty, relieved my back pain in 3 sittings, physician wrongly diagnosed as LUMBAR SPONDYLITIS, but after many months medication it didn't cure, she did few physical diagnosis and found it as Piriformis stretch and relieved my pain very simply... Must visit for very long pain
