10 out of 10! We were completely satisfied! The breakfast was more than enough and delicious. The rooms were very clean, we admire the authentic structure of the hotel. It was a holiday with our baby and I can definitely recommend it for families with children. The hotel staff is very caring, thank you especially to Christina, she is very caring and polite. She even took care of all our problems, which were not caused by the hotel, during the holiday, made us feel at home!

Perfect long weekend hotel +It's located in a tiny fishing village. It is just too small that there are only 2 taverns apart from Zaira in the area. +The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is brand new. +It's a very quiet and extremely peaceful complex. +The sea and the beach are sandy. +About 10km away from the ferry point - 20 eur by taxi/one-way. +Konstantina from the front desk is a star, she was a great help during our stay :) -Breakfast was below average. -Housekeeping and kitchen/service facilities need improvements. -The hotel is also doing events and organizations. One night, there was a baptism party in the middle of the hotel. Even though all 18 rooms were full and hotel customers were there only to rest for the weekend, the music did not stop till 1 am and everything was going on just 5 steps away from rooms. I believe in high seasons there should be a rule for this kind of organizations. Or the customers should be informed about such huge organizations before they book the rooms.

very good new hotel. rooms are modern and clean. Xristina is an amazing host just makes everything convenient to you. The breakfast was good with the selection of pastries and fruits. thanks for their nice service and hospitality.

Historical olive oil factory building with a very modern design. High volume music in front of all rooms even after 12 pm. Disrespectful place to stay in that sense. Otherwise everything is great.

I have come to Skala Loutra every year for five years now but I will never come back. This hotel/ events organisation has totally spoiled this lovely traditional harbour. On weekends there is unbelievably loud music blasting out into the whole bay until 5am. During the week there is also music and fireworks until midnight/ 1am. I feel extremely sorry for the residents of this area as they have no respite from it. Perhaps in winter it is different but summertime in Skala Loutra is now a very bad experience.

A great, tranquil place. Perfect, friendly hosts. 3 min walk to very good tavernas. Just 15min to center by car. Excellent Greek island experience.

We spent a week to the most peaceful place in the world. Anytime I visit mytilene I will not look for something else... Amazing!!!

I was there just for an event.. I don't know how the rooms look like but the food was tasty and the staff nice and polite!
