Great little tavern just outside Mytilini. Good music, food and atmosphere. Went on a Saturday night, and socialized and danced with local and international patrons. Very fun and memorable, would go again.

This is a small traditional tavern, owned by Giannis, a kind-hearted, simple man with great cooking skills. You can find all of sort of meat dishes here. Beautiful setting, under the cool shade of trees and around the traditional housing of Afalonas. Hosts live Greek music events.

In Greece we have that kind of traditional "kafeneia". You can find that kind only in small villages as this one. Everything is fresh handmade. You will also listen to folk Greek music, Rembetika.

A very nice place to rest and have a drink between the locals.

Very good service, despite the difficulties (small place ).The food is delicius.Very often there is live music by local bands eastern , traditional or else.
