A word of warning to any guests that might be thinking of hiring a car on Lesbos. Avoid at all costs Billy's Car Rental. They are based in an office by the harbour. They will 'invent' damage to the hired vehicle and you will find your credit/debit card charged extortionate amounts after you get back from your holiday - BEWARE.

Usually I don't book something less then 4 stars but it was the cheapest option. It was a nice surprise, the service was very good and the room fairly good and clean also i made a mistake when booking and the owner was very undrstanding.

Very nice and clean place at the center. But they made me pay the bill cash. It was a big fault. All of my money in the pocket had gone and I lived big trouble during the rest of my trip.

Great service. Close to Mytilene centre. A little noisy at night but would stay again. Staff brilliant and helpful. Many thanks.

Positive: - Uncomplicated and direct booking - Friendly staff, the English is a bit broken - Very central location - Relatively cheap Negative: - The rooms are not very clean - The kitchen and room smells - There is mould on the wall around the bathroom - We encountered a few cockroaches - We only had room service once during our 8 day stay - Our room was directly at the road, during the night there was a lot of noise

It's a nice place and the hosts are pretty amazing, the location in exactly in the centre!

No wifi, Not clean, The service was terrible. The owner even didn’t listen what I claimed.

Basic, a bit noisy, but clean, bright, good value and well situated for shopping and sightseeing.

Stayed there for couple of days, lovely place at a town's centre! The room was clean, tidy and had every commodity I could ask for my short stay! Currently they are doing renovation in some rooms so expect it to become more modern when finished!
