What a wonderful Hilton experience, convenient to so much. The hotel has quickly become one of my favorites due to the motivated staff and excellent well maintained property. Upon entry, you are welcomed by enthusiastic and warm security and check-in staff. You’ll quickly notice the efforts made to decorate for the holidays. Very well done! The spacious rooms are great with comfortable beds and furniture. The food is amazing. Whether it be a generous breakfast selection, or a comprehensive and great tasting lunch and dinner menu. A well stocked and spacious gym, excellent spa experience, and beautiful well kept pool area are an added bonus. Kudos to the management team and their supporting staff. I wish I would have extended my stay and brought my family to enjoy it with me.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very professional and nice. The food is also very decent and it offers many amenities such as pool, gym etc. There is also a bar and a dancing open during the week. Last but not least the security is very reassuring. Real loved my stay at Hilton and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Ndjamena.

Very nice, very comfortable, friendly staff although the no food or drink from outside policy is a bit ridiculous. The hotel doesn't serve everything food wise on the planet, I can't even bring in a sealed bag of chips, which I planned on eating in my room.

Visible cleanliness was great, but the air still smelled like mold. I was very pleased with the lack of flies and mosquitos in the room compared to outside. The internet was extremely lacking. There was not enough bandwidth for the amount of people staying there. The food is generally overpriced and the drinks are extremely overpriced. I recommend drinking the water from your room and getting the spaghetti, as it seems the best bang for your buck.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, modern. The hotel is relatively new so some of their amenities are not complete, such as the spa, hair saloon, and business center. The food is pretty good. I was disappointed by some of the dishes, but by far their buffet is their best, specially the breakfast. The pizzas are also good given the location. The best part of the hotel is the awesome pool area. It has three pools with a swim-up bar and lots of places to sit or lay and get some sun. By far, the best hotel in the city with amazing staff and facilities.

The best hotel in central Africa. Staff is friendly, place is very clean and hotel food is very good. Internet could be a little better but the other things far out way that to remove a star

Nice stay. Big spacious rooms with good lighting. Delicious food with consistent variety touching cuisine from all the continents. Staff warm and receptive. Service to be improved though check in and check out quite lengthy.

This is the best hotel in Chad I cannot imagine a plce where you would feel safer. The staff is very attentive and always there to help. The hotel itself is very clean. A word of caution on their meal nights when they say oriental night they mean middle eastern night.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful, clean, and had all of the amenities of an upscale resort. The pool and bar areas are incredible; you definitely feel like you are someplace else and you can get hookahs right up to the pool bar, which is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is ok, but for central Africa it is great. Having good hot water right away is also a plus! The staff was friendly and most speak some English, but mostly French. The breakfast very good and there is a lot of variety and choice. Definitely recommended, (although it is not cheap to stay here). You get what you pay for, though!

😐 It's beautiful but with the crisis in Chad, it remains sad and less lively in the mornings and evenings.

👍 Overall, I would say I thoroughly enjoyed the 7 nights I spent in this hotel. It is a place that aspires to be 5 stars, but is closer to 3 stars. I think it deserves 4 stars. At first they put me in a regular room, and I was surprised by how bad the quality was. No windows, mediocre cleanliness, an...
