Good facility(in Chad) but poor cleaning service and incapable staffs. In particular, the reception was the worst. They are not even willing to listen to problems and inconvenience that customers are going through. I have accommodated here two times (one week in June 2022 and three days in Dec 2022 respectively), and the experiences were terrible as follows, which describe what I remember only. <first visit> 1. I had to wait for check-in for two hours without any proper explanation from the receptionist. Even After waiting for two hours, my room was not cleaned (as seen in the attached photo). 2. When I asked the receptionist to correct some errors on my receipt, he said it was not possible as it is just a system. I didn’t understand his overly-shortened answer, so I asked him to give me sufficient explanation. But instead of responding me, he chatted with his reception colleagues in their own language(that I dont’t understand), laughing at me. When I pointed out his inappropriate attitude, he just made an excuse that they were not talking about me. I felt so lost why I should be treated like that and be disregarded in front of the reception of the five-star hotel. <second visit> 3. Two rooms for my colleagues(diplomat delegation accompanied by the ambassador) were double-booked, so they had to move to another hotel at night, after waiting for the reception to find out alternatives for almost 4 hours. 4. The receptionist did not even apologize for the over-booking(he just said it was not his fault), and not try to provide us alternatives before we asked. The receptionist’s name is Mr. “Omar”(unless he gave me a fake name). I did not want to specify his personal name, but I think he should be trained by his management properly. He did not let me talk to his manager. I decided not to leave my review after my first experience in this hotel, because I thought it could be a temporary malfunction or he might be getting through tough days. But after the second terrible experience(with the same receptionist) I couldn’t help writing this long review. If the hotel wants to keep its five-star reputation, it should provide its receptionist and staffs with proper trainings first. If you put your priority on the hotel’s hospitality and professional service, please do not book here. (Not sure the booking will normally work though)

Hotel is very nice . Food and service is also recommendable . property having very nice river view . Big balcony attached to room . Fantastic swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool. Power is constant in hotel and when electricity go, generator starts immediately . Internet coverage is good too. The property is on good location and get good peaceful sleep

Service extremely slow; check-in lasted 30 mn yet I had made a reservation. Was told i would be picked up at the airport but nobody showed up. Service very unfriendly and indifferent. Food was horrible. See burger in photo.

Probably the best hotel in this town. Comfortable rooms , safe, not far from airport, excellent breakfast buffet and dinner on the 6th floor. Decent service. Average Internet, nice pool and also has two tennis courts but no one to play with or equipment. Has a bar with músic on weekends . Quiet atmosphere and nothing else to do. The town is dead other than that with nothing to do other than a few restaurants.

What could I say if there is no proper service? Rooms are very expensive, restaurants are not visited yet. They need to be reminded many times before something would be implemented.

Not bad for the area. Great air conditioning. Cool river viewable from room balconies. Very hot city kinda sketch area outside the hotel perimeter.

Nice Place..... Rooms are very comfortable. Dont make a mistake opening the balcony doors. The mosquitoes around will do you justice. The internet is quite nice. They have Canal+ TV with mostly French speaking TV station. I advice English tourists to go with a HDMI TV stick or an Andriod TV Box. The breakfast is quite nice. There is something for everyone however small. They need to work on the room cleaning service. I feel they don't clean properly. The general ambience is good. They also need to clean their pool regularly.

Room locks inoperative, took a whole night and day to get fixed. Room service non existent. Two ATMs out of cash early in day. Much improvement needed in basic guest care.

A very beautiful hotel but not well maintained, the walk way are dirty,then they issued one room to 2 different people @ thesame time,thank goodness i met the other occupant at the room entrance trying to gain access. The other room they later issued was smelling dampness and that was the only available room as the hotel is fully booked. I had to leave my door open all night what an horrible experience 😪.

Room is okay and clean, however the restrooms in the conference room hall are very dirty.

A bit sad because it's quite empty, but still good food, good ambiance every night, and a big swimming pool. The staff is fantastic too. I guess the WiFi is the best you can get in this part of the world

Best Hotel in Entire Chad. Have all the facilities, Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and gives respect. Food is delicious, nice pool, bar and live music on weekends. All over its worth a money. Do have your own experience.

Not bad, it is the best hotel in N’Djamena All the fridges at all room was not working, A/C has troubles most of the times, electricity shutdown many times daily.
