Good
facility(in
Chad)
but
poor
cleaning
service
and
incapable
staffs.
In
particular,
the
reception
was
the
worst.
They
are
not
even
willing
to
listen
to
problems
and
inconvenience
that
customers
are
going
through.
I
have
accommodated
here
two
times
(one
week
in
June
2022
and
three
days
in
Dec
2022
respectively),
and
the
experiences
were
terrible
as
follows,
which
describe
what
I
remember
only.
<first
visit>
1.
I
had
to
wait
for
check-in
for
two
hours
without
any
proper
explanation
from
the
receptionist.
Even
After
waiting
for
two
hours,
my
room
was
not
cleaned
(as
seen
in
the
attached
photo).
2.
When
I
asked
the
receptionist
to
correct
some
errors
on
my
receipt,
he
said
it
was
not
possible
as
it
is
just
a
system.
I
didn’t
understand
his
overly-shortened
answer,
so
I
asked
him
to
give
me
sufficient
explanation.
But
instead
of
responding
me,
he
chatted
with
his
reception
colleagues
in
their
own
language(that
I
dont’t
understand),
laughing
at
me.
When
I
pointed
out
his
inappropriate
attitude,
he
just
made
an
excuse
that
they
were
not
talking
about
me.
I
felt
so
lost
why
I
should
be
treated
like
that
and
be
disregarded
in
front
of
the
reception
of
the
five-star
hotel.

3.
Two
rooms
for
my
colleagues(diplomat
delegation
accompanied
by
the
ambassador)
were
double-booked,
so
they
had
to
move
to
another
hotel
at
night,
after
waiting
for
the
reception
to
find
out
alternatives
for
almost
4
hours.
4.
The
receptionist
did
not
even
apologize
for
the
over-booking(he
just
said
it
was
not
his
fault),
and
not
try
to
provide
us
alternatives
before
we
asked.
The
receptionist’s
name
is
Mr.
“Omar”(unless
he
gave
me
a
fake
name).
I
did
not
want
to
specify
his
personal
name,
but
I
think
he
should
be
trained
by
his
management
properly.
He
did
not
let
me
talk
to
his
manager.
I
decided
not
to
leave
my
review
after
my
first
experience
in
this
hotel,
because
I
thought
it
could
be
a
temporary
malfunction
or
he
might
be
getting
through
tough
days.
But
after
the
second
terrible
experience(with
the
same
receptionist)
I
couldn’t
help
writing
this
long
review.
If
the
hotel
wants
to
keep
its
five-star
reputation,
it
should
provide
its
receptionist
and
staffs
with
proper
trainings
first.
If
you
put
your
priority
on
the
hotel’s
hospitality
and
professional
service,
please
do
not
book
here.
