First
of
all
the
hotel
is
new
which
is
great.
New
beds,
rooms
and
squeaky
clean.
The
location
is
central
with
lots
of
shops
and
restaurants
around.
As
with
every
new
hotel,
we
had
minor
issues,
such
as
fire
alarms
go
off
in
error,
which
were
quickly
rectified.
We
saw
some
builders
in
the
reception
area
smoking
and
taking
their
break,
which
after
some
initial
feedback
was
also
sorted
and
the
builders
now
have
a
separate
area
to
take
their
breaks.
What
makes
this
hotel
amazing
is,
that
they
take
your
feedback
and
turn
it
around
immediately,
which
shows
genuine
care
and
you
the
customer
take
centre
stage.
Toiletries
are
complimentary
and
of
Best
quality,
Molton
Brown.
The
room
has
all
you
need,
kettle,
coffee,
nespresso
machine,
sink,
cups,
plates
and
cutlery.
To
top
it
all
of
we
asked
for
a
late
checkout
and
were
ready
to
pay
a
surcharge,
but
the
hotel
insisted
on
treating
us
to
a
late
checkout,
which
is
again
testimony,
that
they
go
above
and
beyond
customer
expectations.
Having
stayed
at
a
lot
of
5
star
chains,
over
the
last
25
years,
I
prefer
this
hotel,
as
they
give
you
the
feeling
of
a
boutique
hotel.
Towels,
bedding
etc
is
all
designer
and
of
best
quality.
The
team
is
multilingual
and
very
helpful.
All
reasonable
requests
are
actioned
immediately.
Highly
recommend
this
hotel
as
price/value
cannot
be
beaten.
