Upon
first
impressions,
the
restaurant
has
a
beautiful
atmosphere,
we
sat
in
the
garden
which
is
by
far
the
best
spot
to
be
sat.
We
were
welcomed
nicely
and
offered
water
upon
sitting
down.
It
did
take
time
for
us
to
get
a
menu,
and
when
looking
at
the
menu
the
food
does
look
good,
the
prices
for
the
6
course
tasting
menu
was
85
and
the
Atlas
wine
pairing
was
105
extra.
Unfortunately
the
sommelier
spoke
so
quietly
we
could
barely
hear
about
the
wines.
The
first
wine
was
a
very
sweet
wine
to
go
with
our
amuse
Bouche.
It
wasn’t
fantastic,
but
we
liked
how
the
flavours
progressed
through
the
3.
The
first
course
was
lovely,
a
mackerel
dish,
presented
beautifully,
and
the
taste
was
brilliant,
along
with
the
bread
that
used
a
5
year
yeast
it
was
lovely.
However,
from
there
we
were
not
blown
away
at
all,
the
wine
pairings
for
some
of
the
dishes
were
very
wrong
to
a
point
the
dish
was
so
strong
you
could
even
taste
the
wine
given
to
you
which
was
a
shame
for
such
a
price
paid.
By
the
middle
of
the
menu,
we
were
disappointed.
For
the
price
paid
the
food
did
not
meet
what
we’d
expect.
The
service
became
slower
with
dishes
sitting
in
front
of
us
finished
for
quite
some
time,
and
our
water
not
refilled
which
is
the
least
you’d
expect
from
such
a
restaurant.
The
servers
were
all
very
polite,
describing
the
dishes
well
also.
So
I
can
give
them
credit
on
that,
this
review
really
is
all
about
the
food.
It’s
unfortunate,
as
the
place
is
beautiful
however
it
is
not
somewhere
I
would
dine
again.
