IBM.
Keep
IBM
as
last
option
to
come
up.
Have
been
interviewed
,
clearing
the
main
technical
1st
round
went
for
second
round
i..e
managerial
round
for
salary
discussion/negotiation.
Firstly
experienced
-
interviewer
Mr.
Ashok
,
manager
at
hyderabad
,
joined
call
post
5-7mins
kept
me
waiting.
Secondly
for
30mins
call
he
took
1hr.
&
that's
okay
for
me
as
was
having
nice
discussion.
Although
having
conversation
lastly
with
Mr.
Ashok
,
manager
as
told
by
him
he
is
with
IBM
from
last
14yrs
had
discussed
for
salary
and
to
keep
in
short
on
a
last
happy
note
he
told
that
i
will
be
getting
offer
letter
within
2-3weeks
whereas
in
between
time
h.r
will
reach
and
ask
the
required
documents
and
organisation
will
go
for
BGV
as
per
the
policy
and
that's
perfectly
fine.
Now
twist
come
when
i
reached
h.r
panel
and
told
the
same
conversation
had
with
manager
Mr.
ASHOK
thereby
came
to
know
that
Mr.
ASHOK
gave
feedback
that
as
per
the
experience
expected
salary
is
more.
Genuinely
would
like
to
disclose
i
am
having
9years
of
experience
,
applied
for
semi
managerial
role
at
IBM
with
not
much
expectations
and
current
CTC
is
also
not
much
as
per
market
standards
and
just
asked
for
20-30%
hike
on
my
current
ctc
which
i
told
can
be
negotiated
too.
Now
my
question
is
-
1.
Haven't
you
been
through
my
CV
before
shortlisting
??
To
clarify
abt.
How
much
experience
i
do
have
2.
I
clearly
had
words
before
regarding
my
experience
as
well
my
ask/expectation
for
the
salary
which
was
normal
20%-30%
hike
on
my
current
salary.
3.
14years
with
IBM
,
Manager
MR.
ASHOK
i
think
has
loosen
the
ethics
to
the
culture
of
i.t
Why
to
discuss
salary
when
as
per
you
can't
even
provide
20%-25%
hike
on
the
current
ctc.
I
can
guarantee
allow
me
to
switch
the
chairs
with
him
and
he
will
be
having
more
doubts
on
his
14yrs
of
experience
here
with
IBM.
[
here
just
bring
to
knowledge
that
being
many
years
with
a
organisation
does
not
mean
you
own
all
it's
policies
and
behave
as
owner
to
it
]
Don't
know
how
managing
team
in
the
organisation
What
a
two
sided
face
man
he
is
with
0
managerial
skills.
4.
It
is
not
abt.
the
organisaton
but
the
people
witin
it
makes
the
culture
best/worst.
This
manager
Mr.
Ashok
just
wasted
14yrs
with
IBM
creating
such
impact
outside
in
the
market.
I
am
not
much
fond
of
writting
but
if
came
across
something
wrong
i
just
take
it
up
whole
heartly.
IBM
have
fallen
down
and
now
being
touched
with
inside
such
managerial
level
person
and
h.r's
-
i
came
to
know
the
reason
for
its
gradually
declining
position
in
the
market
-
why
it
is
coming
down.
Having
such
experience
i
made
my
mind
whatsoever
but
will
never
ever
would
come
across
and
also
will
make
sure
no
one
in
my
entire
circle
to
interact
or
entertain
the
IBM.
