The haircut service provided by Naturals at Velankanni is very good. I did my haircut and beard trimming tendered by Mr Elumalai. He is very professional and thoughtful he is very calm and careful and gave good suggestion which is suits better for me and i really appreciate his work style. The atmosphere was very good and i like the colorful fishtank very much. They maintain the temperature and cleanliness. The front office manager Mr. Tharani is very kind and i appreciate his hospitality. Overall the experience was very nice and I am very satisfied with the service.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hair wash and deep conditioning was a joke. I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst service I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly ( the one who did hair wash for me ) I don’t think she even knows what a conditioner is and why it is used for and how it has to be done on top of that arrogance and attitude ,except for the receptionist and the one who trimmed my daughters nails .I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service .They are desperate for customers and I see why.
