My experience with Swasth bharat kendra yoga is really amazing. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of my yoga mentor, parbhakar ji. It is a wonderful experience, I am going through each session and am able to learn technical skills and knowledge of yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. In Swasth bharat kendra yoga, I observed that special care has been taken by mentors for each trainee according to their health condition. Here I want to mention that parbhakar ji is a well-experienced teacher, has deep knowledge about yoga, is very professional, and is a good human being too. I find his yoga and meditation sessions very effective.

They worked patiently on my mental and physical well being by breathing techniques, meditation and yogic exercises. I am out of my severe back pain, and stress issues.
