I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the chocolate product, VELENCIA, that I purchased from V Mart on 27/11/2023. To my shock and disgust, upon opening the package, I discovered an insect inside the chocolate. This unacceptable incident not only compromises the quality of the product but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety standards. I am appalled that such a contaminated item was sold to me, and I insist on immediate action to rectify this matter. I request a thorough investigation into the quality control processes at V Mart to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Furthermore, I expect a full refund or replacement for the defective product. I trust that V Mart values its customers and will take swift measures to address this issue.
