I have been wanting to visit a dentist for a very long time but I was very nervous and I have heard about Dr. Prerna from many people. She treated me very well. And you know when I entered in the clinic I was very surprised. Such a beautiful clinic, I saw that type of outstanding clinic in Delhi first time, her staff was too pretty good. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Dr Prerna's Dental Hub. The staff is very courteous. The dentist is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Had to bring my wife in on a Saturday and they were able to schedule us for 4pm. Right at 4 she was already in the chair and the doctor was seeing her. We came in today for her 4pm and right when we walked in she was taken to the back. This place is very good about their schedule; yet still take the needed time to handle everything. The place is very clean and looks beautiful inside. I'd rather go to a dentistry that is clean like this one, rather to some I've been to with dust everywhere. There is no supervision of Dr. Prerna. Someone else will provide the treatment. Also you will not get your treatment bill. You need to literally request many times for the original bill of treatment. Very rude behaviour from the attendant at sector 16 clinic. Very bad experience.

Greediness at its peak, such doctors don't consider elderly patients like their parents. I visited the clinic based on its 5 star google reviews as I was looking for the best treatment for my mom. I am based out in Toronto and was in India for vacation and thought of exploring dental implant options for my mother and after some research we chose this clinic. The doctor was super confident that implants are doable and there will be minor postoperative pain as the procedure will be conducted in a very professional manner. We got ready for the implants after 3 days. During this waiting period I took 2nd opinion from 3 other implant specialists including my dentist from Toronto and based on the reports, surprisingly everyone told me that you are taking a risk as it will be a major surgery for your elderly mom and recommended not to go with it. Thanks to god that we don't move ahead with it otherwise it would be a disaster.
