Its an average society. It has a lot of issues. Maintenance is high. The maintenance is a nexus, clearly evident nexus. JLL runs the show with some fellows and the other's struggle. If you are decently looking you can walk inside any day from Rear Gate. The interiors are running in bad shape. There is no RWA as such, so the builder holds rights to deploy any party to maintain. Traffic is not a builders concern, but the road outside is packed.

The construction quality is poor. Maintenance charges are high but no maintenance except green area. Lifts of phase 2 are in the worst condition. No one cares even after lot of complaints. Safety is there. But the condition of roads is horrible. They started cracking down within 3 years. Take longer time to repair. The vehicles parked on the sides of road is like old colonies. Doesn’t look like a good society. Flat prices are unnecessarily high without giving that value. Looks like old society. People here, make surroundings dirty by their pets.

Such a good place with pool area. there is 2800 flats.security is good, clean area, green area.

Worst atmosphere, people are always ready to fight on any issues as their ego hurts easily. Old people especially men making weird sounds in morning hours in park which is too much disturbing for students and working professionals. Society is nice but people here are not educated how to respect and live peacefully.

One of the best place to live on one thing I want to share that every single item you will get inside the capital green. Very much green surround you. Excellent atmosphere for kids. Simply love it the place

Horrible experience in dlf ews greens flat, beware of scam out there right under the nose of delhi government. In the name of rental people are charging outright 25000 and in advance in ews flat a man called Tarun mitta Charges 2 months advance and scam with studio apartments with so said brokers. Please do not pay advance which for sure wouldn't be given back and in the end tenant naive and Helpless are loser. The said Tarun Mittal owns 40 houses in EWS . It's a irony. Government nor Dlf greens admin are Helpless. Thanks Do not get into mess.
