Dear, Pls. Immediately delete this hotel from your list. Reason , as you know i was stay on 9th nov. Durty bed sheet. No fan ON No TV working. Very durty toilet No bucket and after that arrange very durty bucket. No water in morning for toilet. No breakfast and tea in morning Very too much mosquito in room due to bad condition of room however he arrange the goodknight liquid machine.

The service is bad, no water was provided, underside of the bed is not even worth discussing, no fresh lime soda or any fruit juices available, linen not changed, rooms not cleaned, garbage not taken out, bathroom towel had stain marks, bed had stain marks, no hot water in the shower for multiple days, if you ask for something in the morning and keep following up still nothing happens till the evening, and then to top all this, there was a fire in the adjoining premises and my room had all the soot, all my belongings were covered in soot and smelling terrible, they did not even provide me a cab to go to the other hotel neither did I get a compensation for laundry services. Terrible. Avoid it at all costs.

Strictly not for family. Rooms so small. Design for couples fun. You can listen to annoying voices from other rooms. Best for Couples to have fun

This place is only for couples who wanted to spend some quality time together in cheap price. otherwise the room,linen,cleanliness & amenities are not up to the mark. better to avoid if you are with family.

Not even a dustbin in the room !! Washroom wasn't clean at all. Didn't get room freshener even after asking for it. One bottle seal was already tempered when I got into the room. Although they did replace it when I called them out on that. In name of breakfast I got 4 bread pieces (ordered a bread omelette). Even after calling and complaining twice no one did anything. Called OYO customer care and they said they would escalate, waiting for their response. After looking at this place I won't be surprised if all the reviews on OYO turn out to be fabricated. Few positive points(to give you a unbiased view): - check in was easy and straight forward. Guy named Harshit was polite and kind. (Not the rest of the staff though) - AC works perfectly fine.

If you want to visit the iconic hotel where Ritesh Agarwal had stayed then this is it. Guess what.. it's now become OYO and its still the same. No towels no hot water no mug no toiletries ...
