Devils acting as Doctors. Not recommended to anyone. They are simply to make bills and extract money out of our pockets. Even on High fever they say we have to admit in ICU. Disaster for Humanity. Will be reporting this to Government. Took our patient in Govt Hospital they also said the patient is fine and gave us few medicines and we were back home. Remember they will loot you in emergency. It's not a hospital it's a nightmare. and someone in my link was not satisfied with this hospital they wanted to shift to MAX they simply said that on LAMA you have to write good things only then we will release the patient. Even when we were dissatisfied we were forced to write good about them. They even said that do whatever you can do Call the Police/ Media anyone we will not release the patient. Please Beware.

With having various medical facilities and technologies, this hospital serves you only disappointments. My father having jaundice and liver infection went here, although he is completely conscious, talking normally, breathing normally still the staff taken the case upto the dialysis and ventilator in few days saying the organs are not responding and getting damaged. Leaving the main problem of liver they started treating kidney and situation got worst. At last with lacs of bill my father took his last breathe there a week before. This hospital is not recommended at all.

My daughter in law delivered a baby in balaji 12 noon,we booked a private room but she got a labour room after negotiation we got a room around 6.30 pm...when she shifted to other room the lady wanted a bassinet back in the labour room as she said that we r not allowed to keep this or shift the bassinet in private room,when we asked for hot water for baby feed nurse gave us hot water in URINE SAMPLE plastic container saying its clean not the use one,they do not have any provision for hot water and they do not have the disposable glasses with them.There is lack of coordination in between the staff.I gave my feed back but till now no one responded. There are lot many small small problems we have faced but no one was bothered when I complained.Only the cleaning staff was helpful n they were doing their duties properly.

Most of the TPA are in pannel and right now corona test in very normal rates are available. EWS treatment is also available.

It looks well managed very organized Hospital it is reported on inquiry it is multi specialty Hospital for Heart,Kidney, and various ailments, found Doctors, staff, and nursing staff very soft spoken and co operating ,parking is great problem here since told some further construction is going in Hospital.

Pathetic customer service. Poor Admin department. Worst Lady Assistant Medical Officer. Very Unprofessional Doctor Virender Singh in Private OPD. After charging huge fee deny to provide/give fitness certificate after examine and finding the patient has recovered and is medically fit. They are here just to rob people of their hard earned money. The doctors look for shortcut. Without prescribing any medication, they straight way recommend to get admitted and go for surgery. Would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

General OPD is just a total waste of time and money. Speacially, in General Physician, No care at all it’s just like money grabbing machine. Most male doctor in general physicians are useless all the time they are on their phone more worried about their own car insurance and where their pet have eaten or not and doesn’t even look at the patient. I took my mom their for hypertension issue does even bother to ask what previously she’s on. Just changed to New medication. No explanation why this is better then other what precautions. nope nope just they treat patient like dumb. I feel like I should complain to medical office but this is India, no one get fired or will take any action. We told Dr. that my mom has feet pain/ swollen. And the medication he wrote down first side effects is “Ankle swelling” I mean I feel like at this point I should took my mom to specialist instead of bring to Action Balaji hospital and I won’t even recommend someone should go.

You really need to upgrade your staff as well as the emergency room. It is really in a bad shape. Weird things are happening over their in the name of protocol. They ask to admit the patient without informing the problem late night the staff for fighting with the patient family coming to the ER. Weird statement were passed by the attending doctor to a patient as he quote "itne dino mai nahi mara na to 5min mai nahi marega" Is this how to speak to a patient after seeing all this we took my father out of the ER immediately and admitted him in another hospital.

Balaji is now known for its Horrible treatment and medical business ....I was a frequent visitor for treatment but my last visit made to write this . My husband approached the medicine (opd) on 23rd August with the complaints of high fever and difficulty in passing urine. Dr .Himanshu advised to be admitted. We were admitted there .Primary assumption was urinary infection...but test cleared that was not reason for his illness .It is been diagnosed as prostate. We were put in the hospital for a week ..meanwhile we requested to refer to urology department,but they denied and promised he will be alright with their treatment. After being discharged,For follow up we reached there , my husband complained abt the pain still persisting, soon they referred to urology dpt. The interesting point is that the hospital bill was of around 1, 60000/- still the patient is not recovered. We were directed to urology ( Dr. ATUL)...being a dghs card holder, the response from the doctor was not satisfied. Again we took private ticket which charged 1600... and continuing the treatment. now it is been 2 and 1/2 months, still the patient is not recovered fully. The money we paid one lac sixty thousand washed away....this is the naked pictures of Balaji. Even in panel opd ,only junior Dr's who are just practicing are been seated especially in medicine and urology. U pple just realize we are coming to pvt hospital for better treatment. Panel means it is not free for us ..a part of amount is deducted from our salary every month. I never recommend anyone ...

I regularly visit Action Cancer Hospital for my mothers Treatment. It's 300-400 meters from Paschim Vihar East Metro station. It's a decent hospital with a Huge room for Improvement. The attitude of people working there needs to be changed rest all will follow.

Today visited Balaji Hospital for consultation of my daughter. I was highly depressed with the way BP was measured. It was 120/90 but was taken as 90/60. We were advised to get my daughter admitted though there was no requirement. Highly unprofessional/carelessness approach. Further, no system was followed in radiology department. Those having connections, were treated first and we were forced to keep waiting unnecessary for 3 to 4 hours..

I was getting dialysis done of my daughter at this hospital. My daughter is getting treatment from Sir Gangaram Hospital. Most of dialysis machines are old and often there are issues during dialysis. My daughter was getting dialysis under Dr Rajesh agrawal. The potassium of my daughter generally remains high and it needs potassium free dialysis during last one hour . We were experiencing hesitancy of staff towards doing the potassium free dialysis. Some time their machine does not support it. On 23rd December we requested the doctor to advise the tecnician to put potassium free dialysis for last hour. To our surprise dr. Started shouting as if we have done some crime. We showed the prescription of Dr. Of Gangaram where it was advised to get potassium free dialysis. Finally we decided to move to some other dialysis center. Very unprofessional attitude of doctor . We couldn't figure out of his such rude response.We as a citizen never expected this type of treatment from a hospital where we pay our money in advance.Disgrunteled ... Dissatisfied

Team of Doctors are also very good. however some of the nursing staff are needs to be changed, hospital should take cognizance on these nurses and take strict action. I spent (1200, for pvt opd-dr Rohit bishnoi) and 4100( laryngoscopy)...and yet had to patiently Wait for 2 hrs before my no. Came.... I wanted advice for severe throat pain...I was suffering from one week.....the doctor didn't give much time.....and repeated the medicines I was already taking( which were of no help) after spending RS 5600...and a whole day....am still in pain... I suggest don't go by big names and spend money...but find a proper doctor!!! Also many staff member s and VIPs (?) Keep pressurising the doctor to see their family members( in Pvt opd)....thus doctors don't give patient hearing to others.... Pvt opd is of no use....takes 2 to4 hrs.... Worst than gen opd.....

This hospital is scary. The quality of nursing staff is very poor. They are rude and insensitive. My new born baby was admitted in NICU for jaundice treatment. She was threatned by a nurse since i made a complaint against her. My wife did listen to the whole conversation where the nurse was discussing her plans of doing harm to my baby with another nurse. Such kind of staff this hospital is having. The nursery is not safe for new born. Apart from safety concern, this hospital overcharge you with inflated prices. They are so money minded that they do not let go any opportunity to charge you. I was even charged for rs700 for using pulse oxymeter each time. You can imagine the rest billing.The prices does not justify the quality of treatment and services. They charge you like they had world class patient experience but in real experience they are similar to some sarkari hospitals. I had a horrible experience.

Customer care service on phone is very poor and rude sometimes even phone doesn't attend.. mostly senior doctors available in private OPD and general & panel OPD drive by juniors.

Such a big infrastructure they have but they don't have enough staff to pick the call. 3 numbers are given on website but they never pick the call on any number. We can't go there for minor enquiries which can be solved on phone. They have to improve their services.

I was admitted in this hospital as I was anemic. I faced rude nursing staff, which inserted the Cadula in a wrong manner leading to me having sever pain throughout my stay. While being anaemic they tried to take blood samples via Cadula by pressing my veins and trying to release the blood in that manner in order to fill the seringe. I had my first unit of blood given to me through the duration of 2 hrs where the standardise time is 5-6 hrs on a slow speed. Which is another reason for the the immense pain. When I brought the pain to the knowledge of the nurses, I was asked to go through the pain, and to increase my tolerance. Then later they on took another blood sample from the same Cadula inserted hand, which put me through immense pain after which I realised , it could have ruptured my veins. When it was required to flush out through the Cadula in order to avoid blood clot, despite my husband and elder daughter yelling, she refused to lower her pace, and pushed the fluid through the Cadula in full speed. Which resulted in blacking out, puking sensation, food repulsion and sleep deprivation The overall experience was revolting and I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. Avoid going here at any cost The only good thing about this hospital is that the maintaince and cleaning staff was good.

Excellent Doctors. But overall, not good Administration. Discharge procedure started in the morning around 11-11:30am and after that, the patient was absolutely not administered with any medications etc, except oxygen. The way a discharged patient is treated is extremely horrible.

The front staff at admission and especially sisters at the reception of wards are ridiculous humans in hospital I must say that while studying for their career they should have learnt how to behave like humans to humans , but actually they behave like wild animals without brains and without any manners with a potential to talk rudely. The doctors and nurses are competent. More staff is required at the reception, patients would appreciate more chairs and a waiting room on the ground floor. We asked at the reception three times if all paperwork is in order and our cashless payment via CGHS will be acceptable however they needed a form at the end which was not possible, in the end the matter was resolved but advance notice would've been nice.

I have been a patient there, at south wing third floor, for a few months now and I can easily say that they have one of the best doctors. They are professional, efficient, and listens intently to my concerns. They always takes the time to explain any diagnosis or treatments in detail and their warm and caring nature helps to ease any worries I have. They know how there family are emotionally attach and they value it. I would like to thank wonderful and powerful women Miss. Komal ( The Front desk officer). I would say she is the backbone of this hospital. Komal mam handle everybody in a very good and decent way. I would always recommend this hospital and the staff. Thank you ❤
