DISCLAIMER- Worst hospitalization experience of my life. This is not a hospital but a living hell. They will loot your money in return of deteriorating your patients health. 1) They won't share your own reports in the name of rules. Even if they do, will do it post 6 pm so that you have to stay admitted for one more day and they can make money. 2) Doctors provided medication which deteriorated patient's health so that he stays more.Therefore, they will not share patients file with you so that you are not aware what is happening. This all will happen in name of rules. 3) Their doctors can't read medical reports. Blood test reports showed that patient had bacterial infection but doctor kept on refusing that these values are just numbers. Next day, senior doctor had to be pointed towards values in reports which showed bacterial infection. Post that, the doctor agreed that there is infection. 4) Refused to share MRI films citing their rules. Don't understand how can hospital deny me my MRI films. They charged me Rs. 1000 extra to give films of my MRI. Modern day burglary. They deserve a lawsuit for their actions.

THIS HOSPITAL IS A BIG NO If you want to save life of your patient stay away from this hospital. Read my full review, it can save your life: 1. When you go to emergency no treatment would be given and duty doctor will insist you to get hospitised as if he will get commission on each admission. And if they will come to know you are on some panel there is no easy walkout. 2. Second horrible experience is of cataract surgery. We got two people operated from here one became partially blind and other one landed in ICU for the surgery that usually takes only 5 mins in any other hospital. Surgery was performed under Dr. Neha Midha 3. Next experience is of my husband we came to emergency with complaint of BP, again as usual they insisted on hospitalization without giving any emergency treatment. We did not see any choice and got him admitted. They brought him on the verge of collapse. They started psychiatric treatment without any reason and medicines had a severe side effect on my husband. 4. They decreased dose of thyroid medicine when tests was showing high. On my questioning they said ok you can continue with old dose. We forcefully got discharge as we could sense something wrong. This all happened under Dr. Ajay and Dr. Varoon mehra unit of medicine. If on my place some uneducated person would have been there he could have died. 5. Only three things are good in this hospital - patients kitchen staff and service, house keeping staff and BIKANERVALA . I am posting this review after so many big and small incidences. I was hopeful that with time treatment will become better in this hospital but to my dismay only Infrastructure improved and not the doctors. And now onwards I am not going to take or refer anyone to this hospital. I would even advise everyone to stay away from this five star treatment scam . Only thing good about this hospiperson cafeteria.

I must say I was very much impressed by the attitude of the staff of the hospital. I was not expecting much when I went there, however all the staff were so supportive and friendly and helpful at a moment's notice. I thought I had my own private team of support staff. I have never experienced such cooperation in any hospital, and I have been to some big and famous hospitals of Delhi. The staff here were doing more than just their job. It was amazing. Keep up the great work guys .

Please don't go to this hospital if you don't have any health claim policy, or panel.. If you are willing to pay them Cash and you don't have any policy they will try to loot you as much as they can. Last week My Bade Papa was admitted in this hospital and he was in a serious condition, several time I have to go (ICU) and check his condition , but last time when hospital executive called me, I went their and they told me that your patient is very serious and we are going to do (Dailysis) and in this procedure anything could happen to the patient, so I said yes but please let me meet with the patient, they Said no you can't go their, you just wait outside and sign this paper for Dailysis confirmation, before signing the paper, somehow I manage to go ICU ward and checked the condition of my patient, but he passed away at that moment, but the Doctors were still trying me convince for the Dialysis I said no and came out of ward, after 5 mints Doctor declared him dead... So before going to this hospital please beware.. And if you have any policy than you are safe otherwise they will loot you as much as they can...

Newly built hospital. Pretty clean. They have recliners in the waiting room. The parking is Paid. Our patient was admitted for respiratory issue around 9pm. They did all kinds of test and the results also came pretty quickly. But the doctor saw the patient the next day around 12 Noon or so. If you get admitted here, be prepared it will take time for you to come back home, as per the hospital protocols. So may be for smaller problems, one can try a smaller clinic or hospital. You get all the comfort here that you expect from a Hotel, my only concern is doctor’s availability. Pretty far from the actual Rohini.

My grandmother was having gastric problem and pain in the stomach and she was sweating very much so the family doctor recommended to get an ECG as well just to be sure. After reaching the emergency ward there doctor performed ECG and said her report is not good and she needs to get admitted and treated immediately and she must have a history of heart problem. I told the doctor that she does not have any such problem and she has a stomach ache. I got ECG just on the recommendation of my family doctor. He called the second doctor in the emergency ward and they started playing games. The second doctor said she needs to get admitted immediately else they won't be responsible if anything happens to her because ECG report is not good. I sent the ECG report to my family doctor and he said it is perfectly fine and you can take her home. When I said she is ok and I would take her home then the doctors started showing temper and finally when I didn't agreed to get her admitted there, one of the doctor said take her out immediately and vacant their bed. 8-10 beds of their emergency ward was still empty. Then the billing and discharge process of their own hospital couldn't be completed because of their system got hang. It was very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone to go to this hospital again. P.S. - Her main problem that was gastric in stomach was not even attended once in this whole drama even when she was saying doctors to check it again and again.

Would have given zero star if possible. Had horrible experience just for a test and not being a VIP. Preference was given to young, fit and fine TRUSTEES over real patients who were not able to sit for long and who had to wait for hours just for an ultrasound. Reason being the special privileges for the trustees. Out of the 2 ultrasound rooms, one room was only reserved for a handful of trustees and the other patients who were quite significantly more in number had to wait for their turn. Looks like no moral value is present in the management and staff. Doesn’t feel like visiting a private hospital even after paying high fees. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Infrastructure if the hospital is good but the services provided are poor.. Doctors are OK but their diagnostics n radiology dept is pathetic. I have gone for ultrasound twice here but got badly disappointed. They give you appointment for ultrasound and when u reach atb that time, they take more than half an hour in billing, after that you HV to go by turns. U need to wait for two hours at least after the appointment time. These ppl don't call u even on ur turn. They will call the ppl of acquaintance and if u cconfront them, they will say 2 log k bad aapka no h.. N 5 patients chale jaenge Bbefore u.. Today I had to take my money back after waiting for 2 hours though I had taken appointment. More pathetic than govt hospital

The hospital is good only from the infrastructure point of view, rest of the features and services are very ordinary. Right from the security guards, housekeeping, nursing staff, every one seems to be unfriendly . The doctors are good but they don't discuss the case much . The weakest link is probably the nursing staff, which rarely responds to patient needs on time. Nurse call system is almost useless because in spite of waiting for 5 10 minutes, you have to go to the nursing station to get attended to. Overall a bad experience , one should avoid this hospital unless you don't have other options.

Very very bad services only doctors are best rest of the staff like TPA/ Penal, nursing staff, billing couter and TPA claim settlement department are useless. I didn't get support from any above department. Doctor recommend discharge of patient but no one is doing his job honestly. I have to wait 6 long hours to discharge my patient and have to follow every department but no response. I will never recommend this hospital to any one in future.

I have visited shree Agresen international hospital Rohini along with my friend smt Anjoo Kumari for consulting her ENT problem. There I met with dr Shipra consultant,her nature was very very good she talked very cooly with patient and understood the problem of my friend, This is my feelings that if a Dr listen problems of a patient cooly half of the problem gets removed, this is what we both have felt after meeting with dr Shipra. She nicely treated her and I felt so much that I shall strongly recommend to all our near and dear to consult dr Shipra whenever there is any problem related with ENT.

Never visit this hospital as it has worst lab which gives fake blood reports of patients so that he may admit and they make money. After seeing your Panel card , they definitely write all the tests which are not required. Once, I have cough, I visited this hospital. The doctor has advised me to take blood tests for CBC, Th, Lipid profile, sugar etc. I have given my blood sample in hospital laboratory. The result was shocking. The doctor started medicines for cholesterol as he found deranged levels in report. Next day I got my test in another two reliable labs , my report was normal.

Doctors are good but rest of the staff including TPA and front office are worst. No one knows the procedure and their duties. All the processes are too much slow and no one is ready to listen u. My father is trustee in this hospital and even i am facing these problems. Plz never consider this hospital in any case.

Had a wonderful experience with this hospital. My mother Smt. Shakuntala Goyal (age 63) was admitted in August'20 because she was tested positive Covid-19. She was very well treated by Dr. Anurag Garg and got discharged from hospital within 5 days. She had an amazing experience because of good staff behaviour and daily food meals. Hospital staff was very friendly, they have treated her like their own mother. (Giving food meals on time, coconut water, haldi milk, Kadha (Giloi water) etc.). Also, billing for 5 days in private hospital with separate room was reasonably fine. Hospitality was very good and my mother recovered very fast.

So now guys have uh understood that how's type of this hospital ....fake hospital just want money over prices blood test also their blood test report comes out from fake labs which is not authorised .....and also it's written below the blood report that's scope of accreditations.....(fake report fake hospital)... Had a very worst experience. Unnecessarily they kept in ICU for 2 days even condition of patient and report were normal. Whatever doctor said we did, first they said for 12 hrs to 24 hrs in ICU and for second days they said we will keep in under observation, even reports were normal. After 2 day in ICU they said for 1 day in ward, when asked can we take home, doctor said yes on request we can but family suggested that it's ok. 3rd day at the time of discharge Dr. Arun Sharma said we generally keep patient for 5 days but we are discharging patient on family request. At the time for discharge few reports were not provided to us when asked for staff reacted as if we asked for their property. They are just making money in the name of treatment. Also referred for gynaecologist. Worst experience don't know where to go. "Naam bade aur darshan chhote"

Doctors are definitely good and knowledgeable, but nursing, and other supportive staffs are very rude and unprofessional.. Private room service is still better than semi private. But normal ward service is not good. Kitchen's food and hospitality is good.

I got severe cellulitis left leg with altered kidney function. I was treated by Dr Saurabh Moda. Because of him I got 2nd life.I was unable to walk and had acute renal shutdown. I am almost normal with in 10 days because of his hard work and great knowledge. I am deeply grateful to him🙏.

No basic mosquito killing machine is being installed , difficult to get quality food outside the hospital because of the location plus cafetaria gets close by 8pm. Three star rating only for the covid 19 treatment given by professional doctors.

Very poor service by physiotherapy department. All they will do fake commitment and not serious about their work. Shortage of staff and more trainees are there in the hosiptal staff. Bad experience i have faced during my wife treatment. Commitee should take action on this physiotherapy department.

Worst hospital. Only put you in a situation of paying a huge bill. Do not trust the doctors regarding insurance approval. They all are liars. They only make fake promises. My father is admitted in this hospital for obstacle hernia surgery. But they doesn't perform the surgery and told us that the reason of not performing is jaundice. Despite of giving discharge they told us as soon the jaundice goes down, they will perform the surgery. And kept on doing this drama for 5 days and kept my father admitted in the hospital. And create huge bill for us. We told them in the beginning to cover the cost in insurance only. When the insurance company asked for the document, they did not submit the reports and because of which insurance claim has been denied. Because of that they charge 85000 from us for the discharge without even performing surgery. Ps: If you have a lot of money to waste, then only go to this hospital and there is no guarantee that they will treat the patient

Overall infrastructure inside the hospital is really good but has parking issues for two wheelers, parking should be free for all. Also management is really bad as they clearly mention on the opd of you're on a Panel or Non-Panel which leads to partiality in the treatment and also very unfair for everyone as if you're a panel user then docters write unnecessary tests again & again. They prescribed same test to me within a week without actually understanding the cause. There was no relation between the test they written & my problem. So i suggest there should not be transparancy in that no one should no if patient is on cash or on a panel except for the billing counters.

Recently I delivered my baby in shree agarsen hospital on 22 November. My gynaecologist was dr . Kanchan anand . I must say she is the best gyaec i have met till now in Delhi. My pregnancy was complicated with pre eclampsia along with pregnancy induced hypertension. Ma’am had attended it vigilantly and could save both of us from bad consequences. I thank god and thank dr kanchan and all the staff members for being such cooperative.

I would just like to share my recent experience. I was complaining of cough and fever, so I went to SAIH to get medicine. The doctor was a young man. The name written outside the cabin was Mr Ajay Gainda. So the doctor prescribed me only for cough and fever. Advised to be admitted to the hospital. Measuring fever without any checking. Along with me, my wife also had to take medicine of Confetti, similarly the doctor knew the previous records without checking and without asking. Suggested get admitted. Or someone said that your mother-in-law will die from swelling and your game will be over. So I want to advise the officials of Agersen Hospital. If in this way you bring down the moral of the patient. If you say it like that then it is sure to get locked after a few days. Hire an experienced doctor. , It is not right to put such things in someone's mind. Money is not everything. kept a little bit of humanity too

There are no washroom facilities available for the patients family or acquaintance! even if it's available(who knows), the staff is not ready to allow and asks them to go to the ground floor, which is very problematic and even if new born baby's mother is asked to go to ground floor with the staff!

I have been here at Shree Aggarsain International Hospital for treatment of Muscular Dystrophy, which requires Physiotherapy of the whole body since October 2020. At Physiotherapy department, the staff guided me through various active or passive exercises, muscles strengthening exercises. The staff here at Physiotherapy department worked their best to help me gain movement of lower body, strengthened my Various movements. I hope to get the full recovery here!

This Hospital is not good for DGEHS card holder, as for dgehs working employees bills will not be reimbursed especially radiology test (mri, ct scan, x-ray, body scan etc.), The Hospital gives outsourced lab bill which is not dgehs empanelled. Hospital M.O.D. staff very uncooperative.

Very bad treatment facility. We admitted our grandmother here. She is admitted in good condition but they didn't treat her and within 3 hours she died. They don't have basic cpri shock treatment facility. Doctors are highly inexperienced .It's like experiment laboratory. Please don't go there during emergency .go anywhere else .buy don't go there .

All Staff is good. But Ultrasound Doctor is very rudely and angry. His behaviour like govt hospital. I am not satisfied this doctor. And all OPD doctors are good.

Dr Deepmala and staff, it's a wonderful experience, I was having back pain and tennis elbow pain for a month, all painkillers were ineffective, with 10-12 therapies, I have over come these issues Thanks so much for extending support and care to Dr Deepmala and Team

It was a very nice experience with Shree Aggarsain International Hospital. I am totally satisfied with the services / care provided by the hospital. All the staff are very careful and helpful. All doctors are expert in their field and very humble with their patients. The nursing staff is well trained and very careful. They look after their patients professionally and emotionally. The hospital is well maintained and house keeping services are best. The dietary services are also best. All the food provided by the hospital is very good in taste. Had a very good experience at maharaja agrasen international hospital , deals emergency with a perfection and maturity, Dr ankit (Anaesthetic)in ICU and Dr Sandeep garg ( pulmonologist) are just god to us , saved my mother twice from critical condition. My mother was out from ventilator with the prompt decisions lead by the doctors and my mother is leading a healthy life today.

I visited Shri Aggarsain International Hospital to consult Dr. Kanchan for pregnancy. She is the best Gynaecologist. She made my pregnancy journey so easy. She is always cool and calm and deals with her patients in the nicest way and has the best solution for every problem. I gave birth to a healthy baby through normal delivery under her supervision. Thank you so much Mam. All the nursing staff and housekeeping staff of the hospital is also good.

Very unprofessional hospital, nursing staff is very unprofessional here, they didn’t show ur medical reports to ur attendents by saying that it is not in hospital protocol . At billing counter , they misspell the D.O.B of patient, and it took hrs to get it correct. Instead of having cashless instances they charged u Rs 10000 etc in advance and deduct it in under various categories . After discharge from Dr u have to rush here and there atleast for 6-7 hr to get ur patient out from the hospital and if u r under TPA they will not give u ur original reports. Very worst experience. Not recommending to anyone

Very bad hospital. My father admitted there for asthma problem. After 5 days no any recovery. Lootney k liye bana h ye hospital. *Kabhi is hospital m mat admit hona* Unexperienced doctors. Dr.anshul Jain ne galat medicine di jiske karan unki heart beat bad gayi. I am looking for FIR now on this hospital and on docters. He is admitted now somewhere else. After my father recovery. I will post complaint in drug office also to cancel the liscense of this hospital or docters.

I have just talked with Ms. Sonu Jindal, one of executive in hospital on telephonically, I did contact for confirm ultrasound date and requested for talk to Dr. Sunita kharre, she without understand/coperate the thing told come in opd after slip then u can ask ur date. While Dr. said for her contact no. And said u can call if you have any issues. But I m really disappointed of telecaller behaviour.

They make patient so frustrated that patient can forget his own pain for which he was admitted and starts having a new pain of following up with every counter to get himself discharged. Most pathetic service in this area.

Big thumbs down. The only motive is to make money. The staff is extremely rude. 2nd-floor guard Kamlesh to the reception desk. Nurses are so careless. Please don't waste your resources here. Some doctors are extremely rude. The Urologist- Sardarji is such a useless doctor with unsatisfactory knowledge and patient support. Please don't visit this hospital at all. The sheer purpose is to make a good amount of bill and leave the patient as soon as their target amount is achieved.

Patient’s health is the least priority here ! I was having serious breathing issues and the doctors and the staff were just sending us to different persons and the doctor literally denied to even diagnose without getting his own fees no matter If your current doctor is absent or you are feeling extremely sick or you have paid the hospital a day before only. We went to the emergency at the first and there the doctor sent us to normal opd without even checking anything! The doctor in the OPD denied to diagnose as I have mentioned above. Earlier also my neighbors had faced a pathetic behaviour from the hospital staff by not sending the ambulance on emergency basis !! They didn’t sent an ambulance even when we went to the hospital on our own 2 wheeler! Is this the way ?

Really I want to give 0 stars for my experience in hospital junior staff are good they know her work very well but Their doctors and higher body are so much casual that they don't take any patient consent serious with my patient medicine 1 doctor prescribed that drug which is sensitive to my patient this happens when i already told them that my patient is sensitive to that special kind of drug

My father had gone femur surgery of left leg by Dr. Kamal Khurana’s team and I am very much satisfied with his services, his dedication and his sincerity in handling the case. I am glad I came here in the hospital on recommendation of a very good friend of mine. The Physiotherapy team is also very helpful and talented. Dr Deepak who is heading Physiotherapy is also very sincere therapist.

I know Dr Kamal Khurana who is working as Senior Consultant (Orthopaedic) in the Department of Orthopaedic in Shree Agrasain International Hospital, Sector -22, Rohini for the past 6 years. He operated upon me when he was working in Cygnus Hospital about 6 years back. Now my son has got a fractured arm bone for which he was operated twice in Cygnus Hospital (in 2020 & Sep. 2023) by some other doctor. But his plate was broken and the bone was not united. I came to Dr Kamal Khurana for the operation of the same and he operated upon the same. He explained to me all the things very nicely and me & my son are very happy after the surgery. Dr Kamal Khurana is a very nice, honest, very competitive and excellent orthopaedic surgeon. He is very simple as a person also. Let the god give him a great success in his career. My father had severe knee pain since 6 months. We visited every hospital in delhi. But got no relief in pain. Then in last somebody told me about Dr Naresh and about his achievements. We met him and he explain us every small details of the condition and about the treatment. In only 15 sittings my father's pain just got 40% reduced. On the 26th of February 2024 around 2 PM .. i faced the Worst encounter I've ever had in my life, my mother is in very bad condition so I took her to this hospital for treatment(she's having a CGHS cashless card).. she's having skin infection, high BP, Diebetic and allergy. Not a single doctor was there to attend.. and staff in an emergency is filled with dumb, non cooperative.. with lack of knowledge.. mis behaving staff, they all make me realise how much worst can a hospital staff is., and everytime i asked about some doc. Attending my mother.. they all have only one ans. And that's "doctor isn't here to attend, you'll have to come in morning".. like seriously how this hospital is even in working condition if there's not any doctors.. i feel so close to put a court case regarding emergency staff and counter staff... not a single one is giving proper info or treatment .. terrible .. even i parking staff wasn't helpful at all, i found my car tyres damaged every single time i visit and nothing happened after complaint. Plz plz it's a request to everyone if you have any emergency just even think of going to this hospital.
