Well maintained hall , staffs are very helpful , here we had our engagement, the AC is not working in dressing room , and power sockets are not working , other than that if you are planning for small functions , people around 100 is enough ,

Is a compact and little spacious look.50 to 60 people are inside sitting place. But look nice a d AC and lift facilities also available. Recently my uncle daughter puberty function was conducting in their place. Food and appearance are good. Car and bus parking available.

Was here for a family function. Cute place convenient for small get-togethers. The dining hall above the reception hall was clean and neat with a restroom and washroom.

Pls don't say yutikaa garden say yutikaa room .. so small and can't even plan a gtg with friends

Mini hall that can handle 150 guests. It has an ample car parking space. The hall is maintained well and it was clean. Hall rent is at an affordable price. We hesitated a bit to go for in-house catering services, but after getting food samples from them, we decided to go with in-house caterers. That was the wisest decision we made. All of our guests loved the food very much. The owner and manager were really helpful in understanding the needs. Helped so much along the way. They are a wonderful host.

We had our Baby shower in Yutikaa Garden which is 2 min away from Ambattur OT bus stand. It can occupy up to 150 people. The ambience was good and clean. Great support from the management, they helped us throughout. Thank you!

Staff coordination and arrangements are very good. Comfortable parking for small programmes.
