Location wise perfect, GPS helped me a lot to reach here from Patna Junction. Building was constructed for residential flat and these flats converted to hotel. So, common washroom available for most of the room and availability of attached toilet room is very few. Hospitality and services are pathetic. It could be cheaper, but I don't have idea as I stayed there for two days for residential training from office side. Food quality is ok ok type.. Cleaning part is also not good.

It's a good place to live in Patna at a very affordable price. Location of the place is very good. It's located on the main road beside Bailey bridge near Reliance Smart Bazaar. Room service is okay. Washroom etc is also okay type. Food is available at the uppermost floor of the hotel at a very reasonable price. Overall experience is good considering the price range.

This is NOT a hotel. They are simply renting away every corner of a marriage hall. I was made to stay in a kitchen with a dripping tap and dirty pillow. Shampoo and oil pouches used by previous guests were still there, dripping out. Unfortunately I had prebooked the room and had nowhere else to go at midnight. Booked it only because it was close to the airport. More problematic than the infrastructure -- the property is managed by the most ill mannered, pathetic people. To get basic stuff like water or all-out (too many mosquitoes), you really have to haggle a lot. And be ready to be yelled back at -- they will behave very rudely if you left the keys in the room and just report at the counter. They will force you to go back, fetch the room key and then give it in their hands. Unfortunately the guests like me can't respond in their language. This place is not worth even if comes for free. Avoid at all costs.

Talking about the cozy room, they offer a good, clean room with a fan, plug points, a window and enough space for a single person. Only downside is the single shared bathroom and toilet for 4 other rooms. But we can't expect much at the low prices. There is a tv in the common area along with sofa for sitting. A balcony is present in the common area only. The area around the hotel is very good and upscale. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

They are starter chor, I had booked here at 26 Nov for engagement. The service was totally rubbish , people were not getting starter they were keep waiting. Food quality just think as much as bad you can think about. And the cost : cost was way higher. Never book until you did not find any other option or if you don’t care about your guest.
