Hi, I had a terrible experience today and also it is my first time visit to this clinic. We were told that Dr would be available for consultation from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm and no appointments and it is just walk in. Me and my wife were waiting from 10.45 and Dr came about 11.45 and started taking care about some domestic work being carried in that building / house. I was given a token number 2. by the time he started consulting the first patient it was 12.15 and when I wanted to enter as the second patient he called his school friend and some patient with him. This is totally ridiculous and there is no sanctity for patients waiting long in the queue. Doctors think that only their time is valuable and patient can wait as long as long possible.. Being diabetic clinic all are diabetic patients and could not wait long.. there was an old lady waiting besides me looking too tired and this Dr nor the clinic people are bothered about that patient.. We just handed over that token and walked away.. I thought it does not make any sense to get treated by the Dr who does not value time of others and discipline.. I am a General Manager in an MNC and I had to postpone my Official meeting based on this timing for consultation and was really feeling bad on my decision. I would surely not recommend this clinic if you are time conscious and have self respect.

Dr Sethuram is very kind enough to hear all the issues and then gives a right solution . Takes time for each and every patient . One stop for a diabetes patient were we get right attention of doctor , pharmacy facilities and lab .

Dr is one of the leading Diabetologist in Mkb Nagar . Dr is treating his diabetic patients with utmost care . Very humble and soft spoken person . I would recommend anyone have any diabetic related problems . This is the place for ultimate solution
