Was on a short visit to Ooty after a long tiring drive. Booking process was smooth and selected deep tissue massage. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The therapist Lunsola was absolutely skilled and professional. Had one of the best deep tissue massage in a long time. Keep up the service !!

Done up beautifully the spa facilities are amazing. We took a couple massage for 60 minutes and I have to say my massage therapist gave me the best massage I have ever had. That good that I would love to go back again

I visited serenity spa . I had balinese massage for 90 minutes. I m happy with massage. The masseuse (female) who massaged me did well. Masseue listened and did massage nicely. It's a good spa in ooty. Women can go there. Spa is neat and clean. Bathroom is good too. They treated and talked nicely to me . Well behavior.
