Wonderful place to holiday with family. Mind blowing views from balcony. Great Owner Mr Bhaskar and his team of good staff will make sure you have a comfortable stay with them as a family

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, Rooms are very clean and well maintained, The room had a balcony with a great view of the Tea garden and mountains, Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff was very humble and they took care of the guests nicely. Little far away from the city, no shops or restaurants nearby but overall a great experience!! Highly recommended

Very clean and nicely maintained property. The view from the rooms and balcony make it worthwhile to stay there. The food is good (both veg and non vegetarian), very courteous staff. The rooms and linens are clean. There are no restrictions using hot water unlike other home stays at Ooty. There is only one negative aspect to the hotel, which is that there is no lift, making it difficult for elderly people to reach the rooms. It’s really worth to stay here.

We stayed in Vanam Holiday inn just one day.. we took all 6 rooms for our family , every room has the best view of the Hills and plantation.. The caretaker was really nice and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious... Best place to be and for sure one day is not sufficient .... you can spend a whole day just in the room close to nature. we spotted some bison from the balcony in nearby plantations.. if you want to feel close to nature this is the right spot...

It is a really nice little peaceful place tucked away from the hustle bustle. The rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Food tasted really good just like home made. I would recommend this place

Very pleasant and calm atmosphere, tasty home cooked food by local staff. Had a pleasant stay. Location is quite far from city and nothing available nearby is a disadvantage

Wonderful experience...stayed there for 3 days...The room was very clean and the view from the room was mesmerizing...the uncle and the akka were very caring and friendly..the food was delicious and felt like home...parking facility is available..peaceful and calm surroundings...would recommend 👍

Before you read further I would like state a couple of things I expected in a stay and if your requirements are also along similar lines then you will definitely agree with me. Here is what I expected: 1. Peaceful location away from the buzzling city. Hence the trade off I made is to travel 7-8km to reach any site seeing spot in Ooty. 2. Room with decent ambience and a great view of mountains so every minute spent can be rejoicing 3. Decent options for food more specifically South Indian cuisine with quality like that of homemade 4. Peaceful, safe and secure stay 5. Good parking facility specifically covered one so your vehicle is safe and secured from rain. We booked directly by calling the hotel and Mr. Udhayakumar was very responsive and courteous in the way he handled our booking right from the first enquiry. Since we didn’t book via any travel sites the price was also cheaper by few hundred bucks. The room given to us was very spacious and had a separate dressing cum wardrobe area. The view from the room was simply amazing. King size cot, electric kettle, tv unit, fridge, water heater etc all basic utilities were present. Most importantly this is a brand new property opened 2.5 months ago. So the interiors has a great look and feel. The food and the hospitality worth a mention here. Mr.Udhayakumar and his spouse made us feel like home. If you are South Indian or like South Indian food then you will love the complimentary breakfast served here. Spongy idlies, Pongal, vadas are mouth watering. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Also we had our dinner at the hotel on all three days. They promptly called us everyday post lunch to confirm the dinner menu and food was so good. The quantity and taste is great, so stomach full situations are unavoidable :) We didn’t find a need to go out for dinner elsewhere. Overall I highly recommend this place for great location, well maintained rooms, great care, hospitality and the food served. I wish great success for Vanam Holidays Inn. Thanks
