Management should concern on customer care. Sometime high investment might loss because of poor customer satisfaction. I have gone for gold coins. It s a small shop so difficult to attend more than three customers at a time I was really disappointed by a staff who attended me for coins. His attitude is very bossy even we are giving money. He humiliated me in all manners. They gave the 4 gram coin in a normal paper cover .No yellow bag or at least a small box. I just kept inside my jacket for my safe. After billing while I trying to wear my helmet I was told to remove my helmet for security reasons. Then i walked out and wear helmet. Pros Nice collection of gold and diamond ornaments. We joined last two months before diamond scheme, they told giving extra 40 percentage amount after 11 moth, we paid 90000, totally we buy 136000 diamond, same day we went another jewelry shop, they told this diamond valuable only 66000, we shocked, again went chemmanur we ask change to gold, they told we buy this diamond only 68000/, it's very cheating and mind blowing business, please anyone don't buy diamond in chemmanur
