We stayed for 3 days as a family. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is extremely good and the view from the room balcony was breathtaking. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Especially the toilet and the bathroom was very clean. The service was very appreciable. The food was homely and tasty. I had my 73 years old mother with me. Hence I had to ensure that the food was not spicy and agreed with her. The homecooked food was great. The host was very co-operative and at the end of the stay we felt she was like part of our family. I would highly recommend families to stay here for a hassle free vacation.

The home stay is conveniently located near hotels and has excellent rooms. The home stay owner is consistently very kind, and the service is good. Every tap has hot water, and there is a separate water filter and kettle as well. If we ask, they will provide us with lunch and dinner. If you require a fan, they also have fans; however, none of the hotels in Ooty provide fans.

Really nice place to stay. It's very clean and the interior design was wonderful. The host is very kind and guided us to the place and was always there if we needed help. He was just one call away. It's definitely worth the cost. The locality is quite near to all essentials and restaurants. Food will also be provided if ordered before. Only complaint I have is that the geyser doesn't heat the water well. Improvements can be made in all areas ofcourse.

I have booked a deluxe king room - blue room. Rooms had a premium interior like a British Empire theme. We loved the room. The property owner was very friendly and kind. They had Play Station 5 and a mini theatre set up and enjoyed a good movie and game. The food also was tasty and yummy. 100 % worth for money.

Hidden Spot! Well setup and equipped rooms. Great for vacation with family and if you block all 3 rooms then it's fun since it has common dining, bar room and portico so that it can be completely occupied. It had a challenging parking ramp, but could park safely inside the compound. The property has a cook. Whatever you need(including for babies), they arrange it. Bit costly. But tasty & hygienic and you get it on the table! The property owner stays on the ground floor and were friendly.

From starting onwards we are getting a positive response from vanita. we booked grey room it was very clean and neat. Food and all arranged very well. Mainly the home made tea was very good. better to stay with family.

Home stay is in heart of the city and we have good ambience in the room. Service and owner is also cooperative. Must try here for a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Heritage View for good 3 days! The rooms were fantastic- very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable! Bathrooms are hygienic, nice and spacious. There was no arrangement for lunch and dinner. One has to order-in from outside! The location is very accessible in that way. The only con is that the access road to reach the homestay is very steep and narrow, and sometimes cab drivers don't want to go up! A big thanks to Vanitha, who was very cooperative and helpful! She responded promptly to calls and arranged cabs with trusted drivers, at reasonable rates for sightseeing!

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. Home cooked food also available. location of the stay is also really good. check out their villa ( best I have seen so far) with nice view. Owner is so welcoming and helpful. would suggest you to stay for 2 or more days to get better deal.

We stayed at Heritage view queen deluxe this Jan 2024. Our stay was really good and we felt very secure, the management team was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and caring throughout our stay.This place is compact with wonderful interior works. They have concentrated more on aesthetics. You can experience a good ambiance in room, compact dining, best in class washroom and a creative small theatre. Heritage view is very close to city, from my perspective it is best suitable for family and newly wed/ married couples.

We opted for Deluxe room which was spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. It is a perfect home stay for who need hotel like experience but at much affordable price. Also most of the places to visit are within few Kms. Highly recommend!
