Worst service by counter staff M/s Shameem, I asked for non spicy pizza for my kids but the served spicy when I asked her she said she never tasted NON SPICY. Ambience and locatio is good but the attitude of service personnel is very poor

An Old Style House Converted into a Dominos Outlet. Outlet is located on a busy main road where parking is difficult to find. The staff is good & helpful. They do have lot of seating space available along with take away & delivery. Quality of same as always is as per the brand standards. They have option of only tinned beverages as Plastic Bottle is Banned in Entire Nilgiris Regions.

Pathetic service. There's only one person to take the orders, clean the tables(that too only after asking the only employee to send someone to clean). It took ages to get our order prepared. We ordered a couple of pizzas and zingy parcel and it took around 30mins to get it prepared. Feeling sad for the lady who is managing everything alone there.

Really disappointed. Washrooms are closed for customers and also unhygienic wash area.

Because of the ambience, I am giving 4 star. Staffs have to customer friendly. Sometimes they get tensed, if we ask more questions. Taste is Ok not bad. I like the lighting setup of this restaurant. No parking facilities. Have to park near the roadside or go for paid parking.

We had the misfortune of going to this outlet a week ago. As hungry as we can be and believing in Domino’s usual professional service and food, we were utterly disappointed. First of all, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND TREATED US LIKE WE HAVEN’T EATEN BEFORE. We ordered a medium 4 cheese pizza and they gave us a 3 cheese pizza instead. When I asked about the missing fourth ghost pepper cheese, she told it’s sprinkled out and we can’t see it. It felt insulting as someone who has ordered this pizza multiple times and knows what I’m doing. The aforementioned receptionist told they’re understaffed and can’t do anything. THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME ABOUT THE MISSING INGREDIENTS BEFORE BRINGING MY PIZZA AND LYING ABOUT HAVING ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT. THIS IS UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNBECOMING OF DOMINO’S. As a long time customer, this is THE WORST DOMINO’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff doesn’t know anything, they’re clueless, rude and don’t care about anything. As we had it, we left the pizza for them to eat and demanded a refund. It was provided after making us sit there for a while. Never coming back to this good for nothing place ever again. I strongly urge you guys not to go here even if you’re hungry.

The atmosphere and the welcoming smell while you enter the place is great as usual. The food was good as usual. It keeps up to the domino’s reputation. But the service here was awful. We were waiting for 1 hour for our takeaway order. We even heard a fire alarm being triggered 3 times during our waiting time. Looks like there are only 2 people who manage this place. Few customers who came after us to give order, even left after sometime. There was no one to attend them. Service needs to be improved a lot!

Domino's taste is not maintained. Food quality is poor. Pizza they gave me looked and tasted like a day old and heated up. Only beverage they had diet coke. Update after Place's reply: I don't want assistance. Please visit your place and fix the issues that u find.

The order taking girls are wasting time of customers without take any proper orders, the management should consider this review.

This is not the first time that I had a horrible experience at the Ooty Domino's. But this is the first time I have decided to pen my review.....either the pizza is rubbery or lacks cheese......last time the cheesy dips had a peculiar smell......and customer service is absolutely zero....the staffs don't know how to talk or even tell customer what is available and take the order........there are times when there is nobody at the counter to even attend the customer or answer the queries........are you giving us pizza's free of cost???? When a customer pays don't you think customer satisfaction is important?????Don't you train your staffs before they handle customers????? Are customers even important to you guys?????

The worst domino's i have ever seen. Never order 4 cheese pizza from here. They will give you something else. And best part the person on reception reply that each Dominos have their own recipes when i told that this is not the pizza that i was expecting because i have already eaten it at some other location.

Wherever I go the taste remains the same... The consistency of Domino's was really incredible. Loved this Chicken garlic bread... It was fresh, yummy 😋♥️

Rocking Atmosphere!!! No parking so have to rely on the road side parking available through out the road. Even at around 9 pm went up and down twice but got a parking in few mins.

Pizza was good as usual. But we had an unpleasant experience in Dominos Pizza, Ooty because of a staff. I asked a staff to clean the table but she ignored and moved away. I politely asked her again to clean it but she walked away once again. We waited for her for around 10 mins thinking that she might have gone to pick the duster/sponge to clean but she didn't show up. Then I moved to the counter and asked the staff who was there to provide me some tissues so that I could clean it myself. She apologized on other staff's behaviour and said i will send her in a moment but that girl didn't come. Finally I took some tissues and cleaned the table and the chair myself. I didn't mind cleaning at all. What I found offensive was when I had sent someone to call the staff to clean the table, she bluntly refused and replied him by saying 'It's not my duty' (In Tamil). This was least expected from Domino's staff.

Situated in Ooty main market area. easy to locate. However Very limited menu options. No combo meal was available. No beverage was available. Very depressing vibe. Very few staff. Can improve.

First time here: They said they accept only cash. And what's worse is that their restroom was not in service!

When we visited this outlet, they were having "no internet" issue and all the orders were being taken manually. The staffs were trying their best to serve the customer and I think they did a great job.

Horrible experience with staff (Name Prasila, as her colleague told me) I made an order online for Butter scotch Mouse cake, it was showing 30 minutes to deliver, I called to say that, can I collect the order by myself? This lady received the order and mentioned that, we can not deliver your order I am cancelling it, before I say anything she already cancelled.

If you can't maintain the quality and follow the standards don't damage Dominos.The staff and Manager behavior was worst and rude.I have ordered pizza for my kid.Kheema dopiyaza, after a long waiting time finally received the cold, stale bread,uncooked, smells bad,chicken tasted bitter,outer onions burnt. When I asked the staff she told she is not responsible will call the manager.Manager was reluctant to come out first of all by saying meeting at 9.45 p.m.Then he came and spoke dough ball shelf life is 5 days only blah blah and blamed us asking have you guys ever ate pizza before which shows the Height of unprofessionalism & rudeness. We have checked our pizza with other customers who were nearby us,they also checked and said smells bad. Very unprofessional,highly not recommendable especially to the kids. Poor and worst quality of pizza ever tasted, waste of money Note : we didnt ask for the refund of money or change of pizza also.

Taste was not upto the standards of franchise. The pizza did not seem to be baked completely and the base/bread tasted average. Waiting time was more, may be because of less staff. Although, the place and service was good!

One of the better Dominos Pizza places that I’ve visited in the recent past. Pizzas were very well made, since we have tried in multiple locations, this was certainly standing out. Service and professionalism of the staff was definitely commendable, they were thorough professionals and was ready to help the customers out in any possible way. Considering this is located in a tourist spot, cost of the Pizzas are definitely 20-30 rupees higher, however it is definitely worth the cost.

Card payment was not working

Extremely slow service and confused staff, probably if they have one more counter staff it might get better. Food quality was maintained as other Domino's outlets but the service was disappointing as the staff was not able to manage the crowd and was getting confused with the orders.

Terrible - one word that describes this place. Taste & service booth are poor. Ordered a medium pizza was first served with raw onions n no chesse after asking them to remake waited for another half an hour to get yet another terrible tasting pizza. 800 rs wasted. DON'T VISIT

Visited this place for lunch on 28 Dec 22. It was nice to Domino's at Ooty. It was not crowded. Typical Domino's layout and taste was also good.

Nice place to dine in. Waiting time is little bit longer in weekends.

Pizza was good. But the service was very poor, and shown some partiality according to the customer. We don't even get the package cover when we opted for takeaway. But the same service person managed to give proper care to other elite customers. Please try to consider each and every customer equally.

Ambiance is pleasant as always. Staff is friendly and courteous. Covid protocols are being followed. Pizzas and sides are tasty.

We had a bad lunch experience so we thought of treating ourselves with some pizzas and the first option available there was this place. I know it is not a healthy choice but you are on holiday so have some fun and work out later :) We had the double crust cheese green wave pizza along with nonveg supremo with garlic bread and calzone. We ate in the restaurant and there pizzas were nice, hot and gooey. Service is good as usual!

Extremely poor quality of food and service. No service at all. 1. Just one counter open for whole lot of customer. Food was served cold. Veg extravaganza Pizza was not even eatable. Left it like that on the table. 2. We ordered veg extravaganza, 5 chicken pizza , burgers. Not a single item was in a good condition. Bread quality was bad. And for is filled with synthetic cheese. 3. Washroom is unserviceable and left conveniently closed for inconvenience of customer.

This place says open upto 11. I was there at 10. The staff there are very irrespective and irresponsible. This is Domino's Pizza Ooty. And this is in commercial road. All other hotel and shops are open. The people working here didn't even respond. The shop was open and they didnt even have a closed board. We went in and no one was there at the whole floor. I had a good impression about Domino's it's all wasted with this shop. If I can put -5 I will do it. Worthless to run a Domino's

Restaurant looks brand-new with spacious seating arrangements.. and impeccably clean.. No restroom (only handwash available) available at the moment as well as no bottled drinks available.. But the restaurant staff was kind enough to offer water..

This place did not accept digital payment nor card payment. Location is nice and they are maintaing social distance also.
