Well, I have visited numerous hotels and resorts in my life time. This one is the best of all. Its really suited for a family of 4 with teen children. They have family sharing interconnected rooms which is the Main reason I am giving the 5* star rating. Amazing food, hospitality, hygiene. Pristine bathrooms. House keeping guys turn up with in a minute from your Phone call. There is nothing you can find wrong here. They can improve the recreational activities though. Like badminton, basketball etc.

We booked a party hall here for one of our colleague's retirement party. Excellent facilities. Awesome food. Food had some 23 dishes altogether including deserts n starters, beverages extra. Hotel is well equipped with a four star facilities though it is a 3 star hotel. Very cool people who cares u individually. One of the finest hotel in ooty. People can avail the party halls here and food to celebrate in classy style.

Exquisite property with great location and stunning interiors. The property is located right next to the Rose Garden. We went here for the lunch buffet and the food was top notch. The service was one of the best I've seen and the staff took meticulous care of everything and ensured that we were comfortable. This property really raises the bar in terms of hospitality. Highly recommended if you're in Ooty.

To start, they charged my card twice. Had to run behind to clarify. Ended up blocking my card thinking it's some frandulent transaction. Rooms are good and the ambience is great. However Service is just horrible. From reception to restaurant to facilities is just horrible. We had to chase for everything that's needed. I also noticed other visitors complaining of the same. The floor incharge had a very bad attitude. I saw him abusing and using unnecessary words at the reception and at the other attenders. Location is good and right i the middle of the city.. however taking the car out to go n return during peak season is a very bad idea. Traffic is absolutely worse than Bangalore.

Very quaint, classical atmosphere accompanied by very corteous staff, and sumptuous food spread! Special mention of George the piano player who mesmerised the hotel visitors and residents with his melodious piano music playing many old Bollywood numbers! Highly recommend the place for Ooty trip!

It was a lovely stay and we were absolutely satisfied with the staff's hospitality and all the amenities available in the hotel. The package included breakfast and dinner which was extremely sumptuous as well as elaborate, which gives the guests an option to choose from an array of main course, desserts and sides. The hotel had beautiful interiors done in the European style. The hotel has a spa with a sauna room apart from two indoor game halls with billiards, chess, carroms, dart boards etc. They have a fitness centre & we saw two massage chairs as well. The lawns are beautiful and had foot trails to walk around or have a bonfire or an open air buffet. The rose garden is just 100mts. walk once you exit the main entrance. I would definitely love to stay over the place again.

One of the best hotels I've visited so far in terms of over-all experience. The location is pretty nice and you get a beautiful view from your room. The reception looks grand yet pretty. The service was good and the food (breakfast buffet) was amazing. ❤️ Definitely stay there if you're at Ooty.

Absolutely great hotel with stunning view. Rooms are beautiful and neatly arranged with all the amenities. Food here is very tasty be it breakfast or dinner with large spread buffet / Ala carte. The property in and around this hotel haven been well maintained by the staff. Throughly enjoyed the stay.

Very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is very good. The food was amazing. Location is very good and just next to Rose Garden. The ambience and interiors of the hotel are really good. Views from my room were awesome!!!

We had a great experience at the resort and the staff was very helpful and kind. Food was nice. We also used the laundry service and the laundry was returned clean and in time. Everyday there's complementary tea tasting at 5.30 pm and a bonfire from 8 to 9.30 pm in the garden, which is a cosy way to end your day

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this place, rooms were quite functional and the bed was cosy. Everything was clean. Staff were very prompt while responding Being an ITC hotel, the food was excellent, anything we ordered off the menu was great . Breakfast was alright too. They had many options . The bonfire could have been more fun with a live counter / performances! The forest facing room was quite nice. This place is really close to the rose garden. It's absolutely quiet and peaceful at all times. We didn't use any of the facilities like gym, snooker table etc so I cannot comment on the same.

Top Notch Hotel. Excellent service. The staff is very well behaved. When they have to handover somerhing to me at the reception, theh will hold it with both hands, as a sign if respect, I really appreciate this gesture. When i needed milk packet, utensils etc from the room service, they would give me in double quantity and variety. This way I had enough of what i need. Also thanks to Mr. Pandayan who booked toy train tickets for me and my wife. Overall lovely stay.

Amazing food and awesome hospitality. We visited the restaurant only. It was great to meet Executive Chef Karim Khan. His specialty “Dal-e-Fortune” is probably the best Dal Makhani I have had. Extraordinarily delicious. Great food. We had an amazing time, thanks to Chef Karim Khan.

I believe I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Ooty. Rooms and location is great but what goes beyond everything is their hospitality and service. Mr. Vijesh, the manager was very hospitable and made us feel very important. I fell sick and the hotel staff took all the care and even arranged for a doctor as well. Chef Karim Khan was so concerned and offered to specially make comfort food. Bell boys, reception staff and all other staff are very well trained. Always smiling. View from the club room is too good.. all in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

We visited this hotel last week during my road trip.The location is superb and the view from the room is mind-blowing.Room service is little slower as per expectations.Staffs are good and humble.Food was good .property is well maintained and decorated.overall stay was satisfactory.

We stayed here for three nights. The best part here is restaurant. From the ground staff to upper management, everyone took great care. Special mention to Chef Karim and Nikhil. Dal fortune was one of the best and service was top notch! Hotel is also very good and give you a vibrant experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. A little difficult to locate, but blindly following Google maps is your best approach. They have a nice restaurant and bar on site - both are extremely good Don’t forget to try their welcome drink

We were here just before Christmas, and the lobby was decorated beautifully. The lobby and the stairway reminded me of Hogwarts from the Harry Potter series. The rooms are good sized, clean bathrooms and the staff is very helpful. The food is yum. Had a specially brewed drink that's made with a blend of spices and served hot, it is perfect for the cold and windy Ooty & warms up the body. We had to leave early the next morning at 7 am, and the staff arranged the breakfast buffet for us, though they open at around 7:30 am. Would recommend a stay here when in Ooty.

Luxury, Safety, location, service and food. We have stayed 4 days and 3 days. Enjoyed our stay. Want to mention about the complementary BF. Wow 😍still the taste I can feel. I feel teir service and customer is excellent. Hopefully I will prefer to stay here for our next trip also. Location is just a half km from the Rose Garden. Play area, lift , gym are also available. Rooms are clean and neat. I love it. The best best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Value for money. True value for money.

A nice hotel with old world charm in the heart of Ooty. It has lovely old colonial touches with lot of wood work complimented with modern lifts and amenities. A favorite hotel for prestigious club meetings and functions. Good food and hospitality.

This resort belongs with ITC group of hotels. Every personnel's behavior is very friendly. During check in we couldn't interact correctly with our rented car's chauffeur because of language difficulties, then they helped to solve the matter. Mr. Bastin arranged a good car for our next journey. Mohit and Karthik, two personnel were very humble and helpful during our two nights stay. Fortune Resort Sullivan Court make our leisure period delighted.

It is located right in the center of the city and is close to all the tourist places in ooty.. Doesn't have much of a hill or forest view. Rooms are clean and well kept with clean linens. Special mention to Dinesh at the restaurant who was super efficient and the only person who was proactive. Breakfast was not up to the mark considering the room price they charge. Quality needs to be improved. The garden in the hotel is well kept and is beautiful.

I booked this hotel after reading several positive reviews about it. Actually, I was looking for triple occupancy and booked a room that was showing for three. Actually, this is a good hotel, rooms were good , clean,well decorated but somehow it was enough for triple sharing. Also, about food, the breakfast spread was great.Lunch and dinner were on the expensive side to my surprise. The spa was just below average, and I do not recommend using it. We had a good stay as even though it is in the heart of the city, the hotel is very quiet with good views and has a huge parking space, well maintained garden. Good for couples.

Stayed in Sullivan Court for three nights The restaurant and lobby areas look run down. Staff are attentive in the restaurant, but when the guest strength is high, everything is in shambles! The breakfast was a disaster on all three days Sufficient toiletries had to be asked for, but were promptly delivered. The quality of food served in the room depended on the time, not consistent.

It's a good decent place to stay at. It's a bit pricey but overall had a nice experience. the food is really good, and breakfast has a lot of options.

Had great stay here, Excellent hospitality with really nice staff with nice service, nice breakfast, last stay of our whole vacation best but one regret why we didn't find that place before so that wouldn't had faced inconvenience caused at HOTEL DARSHAN which was worst experience, but then here we got best service.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Rooms: Clean, well lit, adequately sized and have interiors with some vintage feels. Only bad bit was the heating- Good branded heaters are provided, but are small for the size of the room which takes a while to heat them up. Washrooms are clean and adequately sized. Rating 4.5/5. Amenities: They have indoor games like Carrom, Chess, TT and Pool table. TT table is in poor condition and the pool is not in a very good condition. These things are not used by everyone but could have been maintained. Children's park is well maintained. The front lawn is beautifully maintained with a variety of plants, great for soaking in some morning sun and good for a stroll in the evening. Fast Wi-fi connectivity is also available. We did not try their wellness centre, hence, cannot comment on that. Rating 4/5. Surroundings and Location: The hotel location is a bit isolated, but that works in its favour as Ooty nowadays feels less like a hill station and more like a big densely populated, noisy and dusty city. However, the back gate of the hotel is around 700 m from the Charring Cross which makes it easier to access just in-case you need something you cannot request the hotel staff to arrange. You can request the hotel staff to guide you to the back gate of the property. Hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet (even when it was close to full when we visited). Rating 4.5/5. Food: The food is good. Not great but nothing bad either. Buffet breakfast and dinner spread is not vast, but every dish we tried was fresh, tasty and cooked well (All that matters). Rating 4.5/5. Service: Really really IMPRESSIVE!! The service is unmatched. I haven't seen this quality of service in any of the hotels (even bigger than this) I have visited before. All the staff are cordial, polite, extremely quick, smiling and always ready to go extra mile to help you with any request and make your stay comfortable. We availed the in-room dining service and they were quick to deliver and clear it upon request afterwards. Their services were so quick that at any time we called for housekeeping or room service, they just appeared as if they were standing right outside our room. :-) And the most impressive thing- There were several celebrities staying at the hotel and they usually dined at in-house restaurant, but they served every other guests with equal attention, quickness and their beautiful smiles- no special treatment for anyone, which is rarely the case with other hotels. Rating 10/5 (I wish I could give these many stars) Overall: This was one of the best vacations and these good people from the hotel made it possible. Highly recommended for your stay in Ooty.

Overall good experience. Nice location if you want to stay closer to city, beautiful rooms, very good staff behaviour and attitude. Restaurant food is good and wide varities but north indian food taste and quality can be improved.

Reason for giving 4 star to this property..... 1. Staff is very courteous. They will pamper you with all your needs and make sure you have a great stay at this property. Be rest assured about this. 2. Property is 24 years old, but you will never feel any issues here as this property is premiumly maintained with all modern amenities. 3. Location is very suitable for people who are shopaholic as it is very close to city center and major shopping hubs at Ooty. All tourist destination are close by. 4. Rooms are good, comfy with all modern amenities. Reason for -ve 1 star.... -0.5 - Breakfast spread and food taste is average. You would expect more from a star property. -0.5 - Rooms are very small in size, if compared would be half of size of a Radisson or Taj. Bathroom is very small, but has all required amenities. Also with respect to location if you are looking for a place to spent time only at the resort soaking the beauty around, this might not be the place as it is located close to the city center and not at a higher altitude. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this ITC property and a definite yes that I am going back to this property again soon.....

Wonderful hotel at the heart of the city, yet away from sound/pollution. Food assortment not upto the standard of other fortune hotels we have stayed but still acceptable. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are small but good bath fittings.
