***** TOURIST TRAP***** I would give this place negative stars if possible. - don’t go by the government approved, there is nothing like that, they are a for profit private shop - my doubts increased when 4 of the 5 sarees they showed were defective. I mean for me as a guy that does not buy sarees regularly could spot the weaving defects. On asking they said our quality guy was not around to check, etc. - they purely thrive on the taxi drivers and tourists they bring to the store knowing that they will not be around to exchange or replace or ask for a refund. - I will try ti upload the pics I took. But long story short, go to Coimbatore to a known retailer and buy from there, you can At the least trust the quality you are buying. I am glad we did not buy from here and read some negative reviews that confirmed our doubts..

No parking structure for this shop. On road can park around 4 to 5 car can park. Wheel chair entrance is provided. Total 2 floor shop. Ground floor all sarees, chudidhar material and shirt materials. Good collection of sarees and chudidhar material even for shirt too. First floor all wooden handcraft and some woollen items for ladies. They do order base wooden handcraft , dinning table and cot. For ooty local people they provide 25% discount only to sarees,chudidhar and shirt materials and readymade shirts.

It was amazing! The guy who helped us around with selection were very well versed with mulberry silk and with other sandalwood products, plus their collection was especially very impressive. The price ranges are quite flexible starting from 120 for cosmetic products up to 10k for gold woven saris. It was a very good experience.

Very nice place for shopping of saree and dress material for ladies ..... Offer good amount of discount .... Store is registered and exempted from gst .... So customer will get additional amount of discount as no gst charged by store keeper

COMPLETE FRAUD: They will showcase one thing, but when they pack your products, they will give you used items. Nothing has an MRP or an ingredients list. It feels like they're trying to rip off customers. Don't buy from here, especially if you're a tourist, because they will not respond or sort things out once you've left the store. P.S - Attaching a picture of the used product (with a broken seal) they packed in our order.

Very good shop to buy silk saree in ooty. They have all the different varieties of silk saree with a vast choice. Its located on the main road. Saree prices are okaish and their quality of silk the pure. They have their own weaving machine setup on the top floor of the building which you can visit and learn about silk weaving and pattern making. They also have pure sandalwood cosmetic products which I found little bit costlier.

Shop owner is a fraud. Tourists be VERY CAREFUL. They scam you by cheating you with the bill. Since tourists leave after 2 to 3 days and don’t come back they are scamming customers by adding extra amount to bill. When we contact them, they are not ready to return the money but said they will send product for the amt they scammed but when I followed up, they have blocked me in whatsapp. DO NOT shop in this shop.

The store is really good to shop for sarees they have variety of silk sarees and also they have a factory where you can see the making of silk sarees. I love this store.

A great place to shop for auththicated silk sarees ...very good collection in sandal products and Rosewood Sandalwood handicrafts...very courteous staff as well..must visit once. Also additionally we can visit the factory and see the silk saree making process.

We bought a pack of sandalwood powder, quite high price from other shops and when used it first, it is not at all sandalwood, its pure dust from a coconut tree. Even sandalwood prices were almost double from what was available in the market. Try and avoid this shop.

T.N Silk Saree Tamil Nadu Ooty In the month of November 2022 Me and Husband had visited this store and selected a green saree but since we wanted 2 of them we requested the shop owner to make another replica of the liked saree (they own a factory), we did advanced Gpay of Amount Rs 5,200/- and now they are not ready to send the two identical sarees that we have already paid for Fraud Cheat
