Sharing review after complaining about used product being delivered and receiving no helpful response. NEVER order online from here. After delivering 3 good products (that’s why gave 2 stars else would have given 1) they delivered a 13500 Chanel opened and used and refused to accept it. As a long-standing perfume connoisseur, I know how to identify a used product. The first two sprays would not dispense the perfume. There is a small vacuum left by the manufacturer. If it dispenses perfume on first press of spray, it’s been used before. The plastic cover had been opened and the package had no seal. Not even sure it’s fake product or not. They did not even share any number or email to complaint. Very disappointing since I was a regular buyer when I lived in Delhi GK. Maybe if you buy in person you are better off

Behaviour of owner is very rude.. their exchange policy are really bad..I had a very bad experience today..they denied to exchange thing. Even they didn't clear me exchange policy when I bought accessories from them..my experience was bad..i recommend to not go there.
