This is visited this society two times. I have not seen much progress on construction. This society is very old, but only limited tower have given possession. There is lots of space in this society and its near the main road. Gaurds and security is good. I have seen lots of greenly, park, kids aread inside the society. There are some Shops inside inside the society as well, so you can buy the daily goods by these shops. Maintenance is very less because society is under construction. Might be, in future maintenance will be hiked. You can visit everything from this society. Ola and zomoto delivery are accessible in this areas. Over all, it's a good and affordable society.

Interning here, most buildings are under construction while some are sold, while they might be behind schedule, the buildings will finish almost simultaneously,the engineers here are very knowledgeable and the future plan for the society looks good, this place will be a prime location in 10-15 years

Terrible place to live in...the authorities aren't bothered at all to take care of the place...just made 4 buildings rest stand uncompleted and hv no intention to complete them or their project...shops and villas hv seal on them...very poor quality of the material and fittings used in the flats...plus it's sooo far off from the main city

Rates are genuine. Quality is ok. Humble and polite staff. Provides good services. The place is easily reachable and has ample space for parking. Lots of varities and quality products available.

The city has many towers some of them are under construction. They offer flats on rental as well as on purchase basis. Security system is quite better than the other housing societies. And it is not too much expensive.

Worst maintenance in this colony.These people are running scam. They will charge you almost unlimited in the electricity.No accountability at all.This is my worst living experience till date.Please do not fall into their trap l.
