After covid both my parents faced a lot of lung issues. I was not able to find a doctor who would educate the patient and treat them properly. Dr.Shivanshu Raj Goyal is a wonderful doctor He is very competent.My mother had a serious chest condition like COPD/ Asthma .He was treated with care and concern.Dr was always accessible and ready to explain and reassure.

After reading his profile and people's reviews, I took an appointment of Dr. Goyal, at Artimis Gurgaon, for my son. I travelled 117 km for thas consultation. He wasn't available at the given time (9:15 AM) and some other female doctor saw my son. In the afternoon, when I found that Dr. Goyal was in his cabin and seeing the patients, I thought of showing him whatever reports I could get of the tests, and having a word with him about the condition of my son. But he was absolutely arrogant and blunt in his response. I requested him that I came from a far away distance for his advice, but he wasted almost 5 minutes in telling me that he wouldn't see the child and that I had to take another appointment to consult him. These five minutes were more than sufficient for me to lose my interest in him both as a doctor and as a human being. He might be knowing his profession, but he doesnt know how to behave.

Great experience with Dr. Shivanshu, My father was struggling for his life with post covid complications when he was admitted at Artemis hospital a few weeks ago, under his supervision he has recovered significantly and is now at home. If I have to suggest a doctor for respiratory issues it has to be Dr. Shivanshu. He gives you complete attention and is through with his knowledge. I was happy to receive treatment from him. But as it always goes, any one who is good is equally busy as well. So sometime it’s difficult to get his appointment but once you meet him you find the wait worth it.
