Good South Indian food restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast- masala dosa and onion uttapam. The portion sizes are good and they help with enough Sambhar. Filter Coffee was good too. There is a shop at back which sells condiments and spices. Slightly pricey.

Vegetarian place offering South Indian and Chinese food. Quality and quantity of food both are above average. Cleanliness is appreciable. Sambhar and red chutney are specially very delicious. Ambience is soothing. Tea is also very different in taste and very good. Must try if you are on this route.

Udupuwala is my all-time favourite stopover whenever i travel on this route. The quality of food is good. Feel free to try anything, and you won't be disappointed (I prefer their dosas, though and never miss the tea). The place gives a great feeling with lovely interiors, and the landscaping outside is simply awesome. Washrooms are clean. Parking space is ample with a guard always around it. I highly recommend dining here, especially if you're with family.

Amazing place, nice interior and the exterior area are very spacious, the seating arrangement is inside and outside the restaurant which felt very nice. Staff members are very humble and cooperative. The best thing is that they allowed my dog inside the premise and he enjoyed it a lot. The food is tasty. Hygiene is maintained very nicely.

Located in Amroha District on the highway NH-9 while coming from Nainital/Bareilly/Moradabad to Delhi/Ghaziabad. It's an amazing place to stop by. Very pleasant building/structure surrounded with trees and a grape arbor. Aircondition environment, beautiful ambiance and comfortable seating. Service is fast and very professional. Authentic South Indian food is good which is its USP. Didn't try North Indian or Chinese food but it's available. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Beautiful experience of going in to and coming out from the restaurant under the shadow of trees🌴 especially in summers. I would recommend to visit this restaurant if you are travelling on this route (NH9).

Quite disappointed with the overall experience. Most of the items we asked for were unavailable, service was too poor, taste was also, just ok. IMO, there are way better North Indian, South Indian chains than this one. Special misses: set dosa was just too bad & washrooms were pathetic.

March 2023 : It's nice south Indian food joint on the Delhi jim Corbett route. Parking is ample. They have nice clean washroom. Service is quick and South Indian food is awesome. Do try it for a quick bite and bio break on the route. Its on left side when going towards delhi.

Yeah .. location is good ..parking good washroom hygiene clean and food is okay kind of ..pls don't compare with renowned South Indian Udupiwala ..it's just name only. Don't tried actual dosa and sambar ..may be good pls order at own risk .. I don't trust these highway dhabas ..I ordered veg sandwich it's worst ..i removed cucumber it's sore in taste and cheese is normally spread once as compare to price of Rs 125/- which is next too much .. regular tea is good

Wow I am in love with this place I am a very big lover of South Indian food and fortunately I got my posting near by this place so I get 25% discount (YOU WON'T GET IT) and also enjoy South Indian food which is a very good quality of food ....i ordered Idli one of my most favourite dish...it was very soft fluffy n the size of the idli were so big .so u can say they were paisa vasool and I also ordered samber with dosa and they were both so good though the stuffing of dosa was not up to the standard but idli and sambar and specially the CHUTNEY they served was damn good 😍 Now if you talk about the location so it's on a national highway with a very good sorrounding of plants and greenery so you feels like that you're in south india..giving a 5 star to it cz it's in rajabpur which is around 15 km far from gajraula (as gajraula is a food hub) rajabpur is a very poor town so its a very big thing that you got such big restaurant at this place.

A well-maintained stop over South Indian restaurant on the NH24 Highway. The food is good with an average ambiance on the inside and a nice and green garden on the outside. However, the staff is somewhat slow in servicing and can be trained well.

One of the best places to have your meal near Gajraula. Food is delicious and hygienic. Idli vada and tomato chutney is a must try here. They have made the place green and serene. Staff is also courteous and helping. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. They have ample parking space in the front and back. It is a simple yet decent restaurant serving South Indian dishes along with North Indian ones too. Sambhar could have been better, coconut chutney needs a lot of improvement. Dosa was tasty. Coffee is really good.

Outstandingly tasty food and great service - it is a must-do if you are driving from Nainital to Delhi. We had masala dosa, chholey bhaturey, kesari halwa, filter coffee and Thums Up in those little glass bottles - all good. The place is neat & clean, with hygienic toilets and ample parking.

Despite being a south indian speciality restaurant, the initial quantity of coconut chutney is disappointing. We were 7 people and had to ask for coconut chutney 6-7 times, each time the waiter came with a small bowl. In 1 instance, he even pointed to the existing bowl of chutney the other person was eating. - "Mam ye hai white chutney"

Udupiwala is taking great care of it’s people and customers. They are sanitising the premises regularly and the tables after each seating. I was informed that even the kitchen staff is adhering to regulations, they are wearing head cap and masks. Every guest is being checked for temperature and their washrooms are in pristine condition.

This is a unexpected south India resturant which lies on Highway between Amroha and Hapur. The place is very beautifully curated and services are quite good. However, I didn't find the taste of food items very exciting specially the touch of South India is missing. Restrooms are clean and good to use.

Loved the food here. We ordered masala dosa and onion masala dosa here and really both were fantastic and sambhar was delicious. Points of improvement can be that nariyal chatni can be improved. So we ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Butter Masala dosa and Uttapam. We also ordered Vada, Samvaram & Filter Coffee. Service was a bit slow. Lets start with what we didnt like was the taste of sambhar which was bland and Uttapam didn’t taste well. The best was MYSORE MASALA DOSA ❤️❤️❤️ 2nd best was SAMVARAM (butter milk) 💕💕💕 The potatoes 🥔 in the dosa tasted so well. Would love to visit again.

A good clean place to dine with south indian cousins with genuine ‘south Indian flavors’ while visiting going to (around 45 km from Delhi) or coming from Nanital (around 167km) on highway. Good seating arrangements and Clean washrooms which can give sense of relief and relevance. A must visit place if you are on Delhi- Rampur-Lucknow Highway.

To me, it is best South indian food joint on this highway. I loved their sambhar and also their buttermilk which is called Sambaram. Dosa is good too along with their filter coffee.Ample parking space and clean toilets. If you are coming from Garhmukteshwar then you would have to take a U turn as this will fall on right side of the highway.

If ur on the route to Jim Corbett from Delhi then this is best breakfast place to stop for.....You will get authentic South Indian food over here...And must say the washrooms are super clean......Majorly on this route there are only Dhabas,,, which serve north Indian Dishes....here u can savour on Idli Vada n Dosas

Food is good and have authentic flavor to it considering location of the place is proper north India setup. Idly was really soft, fluffy and made of urad dal (not like suji idly generally found in these region). Their butter milk was very average considering the price charged. People coming back from Nainital/Bhimtal can stop for south India cuisine here.
