Here is my concern. I made a booking through EazyDinner for 14th feb for Tiamo. this booking was done on 6th feb. However, when I reached Tiamo, the lady stating at the front asked me about my reservation and said we don’t accept booking from EazyDinner and have informed them to cancel all the booking. I never received any cancellation email or message. Infact I was getting reminders messages on 14th for my booking. Also, to my surprise on Wednesday I received a message from EazyDinner stating that Tiamo informed them that I didn’t turn up to the restaurant. WOW. And today you guys gave me 250 points for the inconvenience. Are you guys even for real. It wasn’t inconvenience, it was humiliation. You after such an experience I’ll use your service even again. Wake up EazyDiner you guys are pathetic

I had booked a table at Barbeque Nation using the eazydiner "app". It was stated atleast a hundred times that we will be able to avail 40% discount on paying via Axis Bank Card upto Rs 1000. That's quite the reason we decided to go to the restaurant since after the offer, it would fit right in our budget. When the time to pay came, we entered the details to avail the offer - but it showed "Offer failed" for no particular reason. We tried paying via axis debit and credit cards twice each, but it failed to apply the coupon repeatedly. A similar offer was available on paying was payeazy app but guess what! No such app existed on playstore 😂 However, now on the app it's showing that we paid using payeazy. Yet, we had to pay the full amount. Had a terrible experience. I wish I had chosen dineout over this service. Would never recommend this to anyone.

they just fool you with their commitment of giving off. though once you tried paying, there are just non sense offers on some not knowing credit cards that you cannot avail. they just want to make you booking from their app. third class company.

When I attempted to pay a bill through the app, it didn't upload. However, when the people with me and the restaurant manager tried to open the app, it worked fine. We were all on the same network. This has raised concerns about the app's authenticity, so I would advise against downloading and using it.

One of the fraud company. I purchased prime membership and they said we are providing complementary cake on birthday and anniversary. When birthday came they have started his drama. But email to us 72 hrs before then we will arrange the cake in same. When next time anniversary date came, saying we are providing our services in this restaurant. But that not true. Completely fraud company don't trust and never purchase prime membership.

I was a little apprehensive before buying the prime membership, as I was inclined towards dineout. Believe me, I made the best decision of going with easydiner. It is less about the product and more about the service and assistance that you get from the platform. Mr. Prashant is such a humble and kind person to help me each time I had asked for his help. He accepted all the bothersome requests for help even on his weekly offs. Had an indelible experience for 2 consecutive bookings over last weekend. Will absolutely recommend Easydiner. I love it and I am sure you will love it too! <3 :)

Such an worst thing to reserve a table through you.. from midnight itself I started booking for lunch at a hotel, it got declined everytime, customer support is the worst... Bcoz of them I lost reservation and spending quality time with my family

Never trust table booking confirmation from Eazydiner. Your evening with friends or family may get spoiled. No tables are reserved for you. You will get seats only when walkers are not there or seats are empty. You will be turned back impolitey by restaurants. Customer care services of Eazydiner will never provide you any alternate option. You are trapped once you believe them. Beware.

EasyDiner app is not at all easy to get discount what they show and prompt on the app. I had booked for dinner and taken a membership for the discounts, but unfortunately I got zero discount. The process is so complicated I have been using zomato gold and dine out apps for discounts and get it every time. When I checked with the call center they say we should go and search for particular and ask or beg for discount. Rudiculous service from this app, they need to make life simple for privileged customer's instead I need to spend time searching why I have not got the so called discount. Don’t fool customers instead work on the app and then launch it for public.

I was fooled by the Prime membership. I paid for annual membership and booked a table. The restaurant phoned me to say the time booked was not available and I had to go early. Prime quoted 25% discount and sent a message to make sure the discount had been offered and to pay via their app. Restaurant refused the discount and when I phoned the Easy Diner they confirmed that the discount is available only if I use a certain credit card. I use only international credit card and the discount doesn't apply. Easy Diner put me in an embarrassing situation at the restaurant and their claims of discount seem to be misleading and I regret paying for the annual membership

Pathetic experience, no one shd go for it. I had a bill of 6504 and i was expecting some discount but they took convince fees of 35 and no discount was given. I will give 0 out of 10.

Pathetic service, they just bait you into taking their membership and you're left with empty promises. While paying the bill you're left wondering why you downloaded this app and were duped into paying membership fees to boot. The "24*7" service was shut so no response from them . Why operate an app for hotel business when you can't operate a 24*7 call centre?? Are you expecting customers to finish their drinks and dinner at 8pm or earlier ?. Pathetic! Don't bother downloading or paying a membership fees . Never using it again .

Booked through EazyDiner for the first time on New Years Eve and that will be my last time too 😂 As my reservation time approached, I kept getting calls from them asking me to buy coupons (I booked a table at Seasonal Tastes, Westin Hyderabad). Bought coupons worth Rs 8000 as I thought I might not find a table, and the hotel guy did not accept them saying they keep telling EazyDiner not to do this - so I had to pay Rs 18000 again at the hotel. Customer service is absolute worst - don’t even bother texting them on WhatsApp. I had to explain my situation some 6 times - which was still pointless as their memory keeps refreshing every week, they say they’ll get back and then don’t. The last time I called them, they said my refund has been initiated - apparently on Jan 22 😂. Obviously that was a lie too

I had a very bad experience today. Having booked Barbeque Delight motor city for iftaar at 6:30pm, I received confirmation on Whatsapp and email as well but upong reaching the venue sharp at time , I found the restaurant closed !! EazyDiner completely wasted by evening and iftaar. On top of it all, the number listed in app is never reachable. DONT GO FOR THIS APP , they waste your time with pathetic service.

Experience was super smooth at Vietnom. Service was impeccable and we literally got a 25% discount and extra discounts as well when we paid on the app. Staff treated us so well just because of our reservation.

Guys pls don't invest your hard earned money on such apps or companies. They don't provide any services. Really really a non professional company. Took annual money Now when I tried booking easy diner said they booked and hotel said they have not . Entire day was wasted coordinating with different people. Eazy diner is an app that should be pulled down as after acquiring membership , the discount was not extended by Plural and a booking at Taki Taki done thru the app for 19th November at 1300 hrs , the restaurant called up stating that they are full and cannot offer a table 40 minutes before the assigned reservation. Zero support from EazyDiner , the most unreliable app . Dont waste your time and money subscribing to this sham claiming to offer discounts and reservations . You are better off dealing with restaurants directly .

This is pakka Cheating business. I booked Bijoli Grill restaurant in Puri for Lunch. They accepted. But when I reach with family , the Hotel informed Bijoli Grill left Puri and opened in Bhubaneswar 1 year back. I complained Easydinner help desk. They called three times confirming the same address and said you will get a call fro restaurant with new location in WhatsApp. Nothing happened. This app is run by a bunch of cheats. Dineout- Swiggy is far better. Add up 19th Sept Again a 2nd confirmation tha Easydiner is a pakka 420 app. Today when i booked for 2 in Barbeque Nation it says Axis credit card (of a few brand including mine) will provide upto 40% till Rs1000 if you book thru and pay by this app. I booked. Had dinner , bill was Rs 1993. When i tried paying thru this app, it shows minimum bill need to be over Rs2500. Then only upi is providing discount of Rs101 no other card would be applicable for discount. HencevI tried using my Axis credit card thru this app. 3 times ...no OTP arrived. I spend 15 minutes for payment thru this app axis card. No result. Frustrated , i had to pay by upi and come out. On the way home after half hour OTP and axis card payment failures appeared. Frustrated with this cheatingbazz app really. This is second time tried and get cheated.

Very good application and easy to use. In fact if we talk about features of EazyDiner app it’s really amazing. Good offers EazyDiner gives to there guest and in fact as I am prime member, I really enjoy all offers, discounts etc and at the end save a lot which at the end helps me to dine more. Infact there table reservation is whoo as in seconds as per my requirement do reservation and accordingly go to restaurant for the dine instead of going last minute to desired restaurant, waiting there for a turn to come which is really time wasting. Worst experience in the app using first time. Had confirmed booking from a restaurant later when travelled there restaurant said no such booking and also receptionist behaved rudely when saying booking made through eazydiner. Never use this app total fraud

I booked a table at BOA Village, Civil Lines on the occasion of my mother's birthday. You won't believe, when I showed up the place was closed for renovation and I'm still getting msgs from EasyDiner to upload the bill and give feedback. Are you guys crazy? Thankfully there was another restaurant adjacent to it so we had our lunch there. But it was terrible experience, if we didn't have an option then my mother's bday could have been ruined

Worst application for booking of tables in restaurant. They confirm the booking instantly and then call that there will be waiting for 15 minutes. It's better to call the restaurant and book directly. In 15 minutes waiting normally we get table in most of the restaurants in Delhi NCR

Guys. Beware. Reviews posted for EazyDiner in their app in Google Playstore are getting deleted or hidden. I had posted my real experience of booking for ABS Velachery on Oct 16 2021 1.30pm via EazyDiner yesterday and today. Both have been deleted. Got confirmed booking thru EazyDiner however ABS calls in few minutes and informed booking is not confirmed and talk with EazyDiner. Called EazyDiner and informed of this and worst part got a cancellation email of my confirmed booking ID. Felt pathetic and worst customer experience. They don't take care of bookings and customers properly. Worst app to book or do reservations for restaurants which never gets booked. Never book again. Instead of hiding or deleting real customer experience reviews from Playstore, its better you work on your ethics, customer commitment and taking care of them

Worst experience ever eazydiner confirms booking and hotel says no booking done. WhatsApp replies are so quick that I found another restaurant at DINEOUT had my dinner then they replied may b out of curiosity to chkk whether I was still at the gate of restaurant or I had my dinner like seriously....!!!! No use of booking using the eazydiner... Coordination with restaurent need a lot of improvement... Made a reservation and for a confirmation but informed at last moment that reservation is cancelled... Better to call the restaurent directly and book

Please don't become a victim trusting the reviews from thousands. They are all fraud reviews. I didn't receive the 25% off paying the bill through the app. I tried chatting with them 5 times, but everytime they didn't respond afrer telling my concern. After calling them for several times, I found that they are actually fraud. Be careful making payment through them using any of your babk or card information!

This is the fraud app. Big scam going on I bought eazy diner prime membership around 3000 rs.. I generated coupon code for absolute barbecue for 1500rs..in the restaurant, while bill payment the coupon code showing invalid..so I paid bill through hand's on cash..while reporting this to customer care , they said sorry..some time it will happening since technical issue..and coupon is non refundable..again go to same hotel try again..they are cheating.. I recommend dine out app..

Useless app, some weird condition, whenever discount is not applicable ( die to dome specific cards or conditions) you end up paying more ( convenience fee is applicable) than your actual bill. I prefer using dine-out app.
