😠 I had purchased MG Hector Petrol Hybrid Sharp in June 2022 and since Aug 2022 i am facing 2 problem with the vehicle 1 - Not able to put the vehicle in 1st gear occasionally. 2 - Wiper leaves a thin layer of film on the wind screen.     Had an amazing experience as a walk in customer, you are taken care of and guided through the MG experience. Spacious and well designed interiors, excellent customer service and great staff. (Read further update below) Edited on 21st Apr 2022 - And that ends there. It's been almost 4 months since we booked our MG Hector through this dealer (Cargo Motors). Booked on 1st Jan 2022 with expected delivery in 2 to 3 months. The experience of the first visit was just an illusion, once the car was booked and deposit paid, we were forgotten like we dont exist. We gave the dealer no pain for 3 months as per their timeline and only started interacting in April. It's been several follow ups, requests and even accepting a change in color choice but there is still no sign or communication about the delivery date. In fact every week we are told a new timeline without any real commitment but only fluid dates. Extremely dissappointed in how customers are never informed or approached once the initial protocol/courtesy sales calls are over. Not naming people but I am sure when the management reads this, they should be able to know who is responsible. Not an experience worth going through again.

    I had purchased MG Hector Petrol Hybrid Sharp in June 2022 and since Aug 2022 i am facing 2 problem with the vehicle 1 - Not able to put the vehicle in 1st gear occasionally. 2 - Wiper leaves a thin layer of film on the wind screen. Gear problem does not happen everytime and there is no set pattern of its occurrence. (Can't upload the video of gear problem) Wiper leaves a thin layer thus making it unsafe to continue the drive comfortably. I have been raising these complaint with MG Reps since Sep 2022 but it was not accepted by them till Feb 2023. In 8 months of the vehicle, it has been to workshop 9 times with twice wiper blade replacement & twice polishing og wind screen glass and in just 8 months they had to totally open the gear box for QUIET repairs. I have written multiple emails to their customer care and to MG India's numerous authorities, to raise these problems as it is a manufacturing defect (which is evident by them opening gear box) but i have still not got any response from their higher authorities thus leaving me unhappy and disgruntled. Is their anyone else facing this problem with the vehicle and poor response from MG.

    MUST READ BEFORE BUY MG CAR I have mg hector hybrid sharp, The worst car ever no power no pick up no smooth gear shifting back gear is seriously feel like worst than maruti 800 Battery drainage problem Windows open close problem Screen lagging Voice commands are waste Parking Sensors not working properly Company should change my vichle it's just 1.5 month old and 5000 km run I want to just change my car mg motor India .i have called dealership and mg motor India but there are not a good response now . Do not buy mg cars . Instead buy harrier,XUV 700 the best ones

    Over commitment - under delivery is how I would like to sum up our experience with this store. I finally got the delivery of my mg hector yesterday, after more than 2 months of waiting. I didn't get the required variant, color that i wanted despite the sales head committed me the required variant and color in 15 days of booking. There wasn't a single rupee discount given despite the bad experience. Also, no accessories were given to us, despite the sales head committing to us at the time of booking. I would suggest if you are looking at buying mg hector, pls buy it from Delhi - other NCR showrooms, rather than this one!!! Cargo motors (gurgaon showroom) - you really need to up your customer experience game, otherwise you will keep on losing customers.

    Best location & well connected to highway for test drives. Staff is polite & educated. MG's preferred corporate showroom. Equipped with large display screen to have virtual tour of your model of choice.

    Very very bad booking experience. They don't provide proper update. They initially gave my allocated car to someone else and making excuses with me. They will make false promises everytime to just engage customers. If you are a serious buyer then go with other mg dealers.

    Excellent accommodations . I enquired about MG hector on phone I verbalized with Mr. Shoubham ( corp. relationship manager) he asked me to first visit all the cars that I’m considering in comparison to Mg and then to MG . I did the same I went to kia - for seltos , Hyundai For Creta and then I went to MG. What I optically canvassed is hector is definitely better as it has a 2.0 litre engine which gives you 350 ni torque and 170 bhp which is better than the creta (my 2nd option if I’d not gone for MG) and seltos’s 1.5 litre engine . Guys you should definitely compare the cars in terms of driving as well as after sales accommodations and optically canvass the minute differences like in interior , seats , features , comfort, & space . Considering all this I booked MG hector and got my car distributed the very next day .The staff at MG flagship Gurgaon is very cooperative and I’ll give them 11/10 you’ll feel a different vibe there .     I bought MG ZS Ev from this showroom in Aug 2021.Car is amazing but after sales service is PATHETIC. This showroom people will IGNORE you and stop recieving your calls just after they sell their car to you. All they just lure with the fact that they are flagship showroom ,here you will get more facilities from other MG showrooms. But believe me there is nothing like that you can get more facilities out there in other MG showrooms also. One of the most HORRIBLE experience with this showroom staff and I would recommend buying car from other showrooms if you dont want to waste your energy unnecessarily in arguments for your rights.

    It is really a bad experience for me with the services provided by such a Big car brand MG Motors in India. As there is a small issue occurred in my car and the showroom dealer of Bareilly,UP,India tried to cheat me by making false statements to which I catched. After which I had complained about the matter on the customer care number of MG Motors India and reported about the cheating experience going on in the Bareilly showroom,UP.. After making the complaint, the dealer started negotiating.On the very first day, the showroom dealer asked me an amount of INR 31000/- approx and when I refused he started further negotiating me by reducing the amount to INR 28000/- and when I refused to give any such amount, finally he asked me for INR 19000/-. After making numerous customer care calls about the matter going on, the customer care executives said that they have noted the issue and said they would report the issue to the senior department. But sir it is very sad to tell you that there is literally no response from your senior team after making regular requests to the customer care executives in hope of getting a conversation with the senior team for the resolution. And I have called on the customer care number for about 10-12 times,also reported the issue on the MG Motors India Office Mail Id and reported the issue again and again but no response came from your senior team. This process is going on for the last 15 days and my car is in the showroom for the past 15 days approx. I'm really frustrated about all this. Praveen Khandelwal Complaint number -2764118

    I had the most worst experience at the time of car delivery. At the time of selling the car Preeti and Sandeep were acting very professional once we purchased it , there was no follow up with us regarding anything. At the time of car delivery we had clearly mentioned them that we will be needing the car at a certain day and time but they did not delivered the car on time. The worst part about this particular branch is that it’s a fish market no one know their job , be it manager or the sales manager. Everybody is busy selling but no one cares about client handling. I would definitely not recommend anyone to visit this particular branch of MG. I guess the CEO should take strict actions against the team members .

    Mg is incredible. I had an issue with my Ac belt and with just one email, my car was picked up, repaired for free and they even washed my car on top of it. Extraordinary!!

    I bought mg astor with great expectations but just after 3000 kms it's A.C stopped working I took the car to mg service centre jahangir puri Delhi for repair but they refused to attend my car saying that they are overbooked and can't repair it immediately & send back the car.i requested them that it is very difficult to drive car in such hot conditions but still my car without a.c is with me I mailed cutomer care but they didn't resolve my issue till today. I suggest to company that they should stopped delivering new cars until service capacity improved & suggest buyers who are looking to buy this car that don't buy this car otherwise after some time when some problems happen in car nobody is going to help you.

    Test ride vehicle in poor condition. Not serviced on time as per the consultant. Too much time consuming in everything. Queries not resolved to satisfaction. Not buying Hector now. Not recommended

    The staff is good and happy to take you for test drive. When I visited, they didn’t have a model for zs ev or gloster in the showroom. It was highly disappointing given the showroom had 4 hectors and couple of astors. The place is ♿️ accessible

    Worst experience-: I really had a very bad experience till now post my booking, it’s almost been three months now since I booked my car and still I don’t have update when i will be getting my car delivered, even after sending an email i just got a response from Mr Shobhit sales manager mg that they will get an update for me and still now one contacted me, I never had such a bad experience in my past.

    Incompatible dealer with fake promise for delivery. They promised to deliver the car in 3 months but after booking and waiting for 3 months they said car will be delivered in 5-6 months. Still waiting for the car delivery. Avoid this dealer, very poor delivery management. Edit: I keep writing follow up email and keep getting computerised emails.

    If I got the option of giving 0 stars, I definitely would have. I booked a car on 1 December 2021, With a promise to get the delivery by February 2022. As of July 2022, with in numerous mails shared, A bomb of Whatsapps shared. Constant communication with the pulse hub team checked I finally decided to forego the delivery of my MG Gloster. It is quite sad to call it a flagship showroom, whereas it's not even worthy of getting a license of any dealership. The staff - which includes the sales executive, The manager of the showroom & many more people from the dealership with varying designations, none of them even have the decency to reply to the messages. The area manager of MG also does not respond to the distress mails. There is literally no update in their systems when you call the pulse hub team. Every time you call them to talk about how you have been mislead by the dealership, you have to start your conversation from the scratch and explain the entire scenario to them. I finally let go of my car after waiting for 8 months, where I was promised a confirmed delivery in 6-8 weeks. It is my experience that any normal person should take in consideration before proceeding with any bookings you make with MG INDIA. Even when I walked in for the first time to see the car, they took me all around the area, to show me a vehicle that was not even unlocked. All I could get the opportunity of seeing was the car from the outside. It took them at least 30 calls, 4 visits to even give me a test drive. The refund for my booking has been in process since many days, but till now I haven't even received my booking amount. Highly incompetent dealership. Maybe its not just this dealership in specific, Maybe the entire MG INDIA sales processes are flawed.

    Taken delivery of my MG Astor from this showroom. It was nice experience. Staff's are courteous & they give priority to finish the delivery process swiftly & on priority basis. The paper works are minimum & they focus on customer satisfaction.

    It's a flagship showroom and a big one. They will greet person very warmly, but a warning! Once you are done with booking the response will be very slow from them , rather NIL. Also just have it mind if you visit by car you will be paying 70bucks everytime as parking charges, so make up your mind in one go.🙂
