I have never seen such a bad behaviour. If you love your or your family's life never go there. They are dengerous can you kill you. The manager and management are horrible. I wonder how the owner is recruiting such a bad manager. He don't know how to talk to customers. Dear Owner, change your manager to keep your business and reputation good.

*#*I have very bad experience with Medicare clinic Howrah.. ## Nurse and Ayas are not active. If Patient are press the bell in EMERGENCY for nurse or ayas they are not coming on time after 3, 4 times they cm. ### THEY ARE CHARGE EXTRA MONEY AS A SERVICE CHARGES WHICH THEY NOT CLAIM TO MEDICLAIM. MEAN IF U HAVE MEDICLAIM. SO , U HAVE TO PAY 15% OF TOTAL BILL MINIMUM AS A SERVICE CHARGES WHICH IS EXTRA. OTHER NURSING HOMES and HOSPITAL'S NOT CHARGE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.......

I am very very upset to post that Medicare Clinic do not provide any Tentative Bills before final settlement, but just go on telling to deposit the amount without any break of bills , during hospitalization, this is very very strength,very unique way to make money and upon asked simply reply we do not have such system. How can relative of the patient knows if no int ream bills or break up is provided during the ongoing treatment. Can someone from Medicare Explain this to me plz. As all the hospital have break bill system on day to day basis.

This is to inform the concerned administration of Medicare clinic that I am very pleased with the thoroughly professional attitude and approach that had been projected during my first vaccination appointment on 8th of August, 2021. I, being a scientist of repute of University of Calcutta could have easily opted for any government run establishments to get vaccinated at free of cost but instead booked my respective slot at your clinic after hearing/reading mixed reviews about it. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone who wishes to be vaccinated to get it done at your clinic. On a special note I would like to thank Ritu Parna Roy for her time and service in envaccinating myself. She appeared quite competent and dexterous at what she did. Overall I've had a pleasant experience with Medicare and will encourage others to visit there for a hasslefree vaccination experience.

Medicare Clinic Howrah did not obey the Govt appointment of 2nd dose of Covid injection, saying that they will give the 2nd Dose to people who have taken the first dose from them. They are just doing what ever they wish. If not by the Govt they will be definitely Procecuted in the Court of God

When I went to get the vaccine for myself. I have a registration and I booked my slot through Co-win. They talked to me that they would not vaccinate me because the cowin Portal gave me the wrong time slot. But I had proof. I had the document where my timing slot was mentioned and that’s why I was here. Then an employee of the clinic..she told me that she will give me the vaccine but she will not give me any certificate..she will not register my name..so now if they give me a vaccine without registration, I have a question what will show the government ? Show that they wasted a vaccine? Even in this time of vaccination crisis!!

Useless and pathetic manager his behaviour was very rude this is my first and last test in Medicare clinic once the billing done they don't care about patient. If you really love your family kindly do not go for the any test.

Again the worst experience. Such a horrible clinic/nursing home. Typical medical looters, literally. A suggestion for anyone who ever thinks for their treatment to be done here. Don't ever just go on & cont ur treatment here on their words. 1st make everything clear bout all kinds of charges for everything. They say something before admitting & then after admitting a patient, they start charging on one or other pretext for something to everything. Rooms & beds & wards are in horrible conditions. The visitors area does not have a proper fan or AC. They don't even have the provision to give drinking water to admitted patients. The staff here are another shame. And all such worst services one has to punch a big hole in their pocket in the name of treatment. The doctor we consulted too, we felt like, interested only in money making & less loyal to his profession. Less concerned for the time given to patients. Overall this was my last time i had to take my mother for treatment ever.. Even if Medicare is the last option on this earth, i would prefer dying than getting treated here.

Worst, No use of going there ...is this is any clinic? How pathetic is it...I feel like I visited to zoo house... system they have arranged are horrible...so late processes in each an every work.. behaviour of all staff are like what to say...rude is also a cheap word for them. If I came to cleaness ....😬 Washroom were too dirty...and I don't know y they told us to open our shoes or Sleeper while entering the nursing home...all the staff and worker were wearing there Sleeper but they will not allow e USS.... floor we're sooo dirty top of that we need to walk bare foot on it. Personally experience ... patient will die then also they will not see worst experience.Hope so I don't need to come anymore.
