i tell you my own experience.. really they are so pathetic person every person expect guard all are so rude . one old women humiliate by eye checkup doctor. he talking so rudely . i was waiting there and i watched all his rude behaviour, and counter ticket ladies are so unprofessional. counter number 3 and 1, they talk like a maid. she's was so rude .. really i will never suggest to go there . if you have some extra money then go other hospital... my bad luck i came here.

Would have given negative rating if I could. We have visited for eye checkup. Waited for more than 5hrs for them to call our names. They called all other people who submitted their paper way after us but they didn't bother to call us. Moreover they mispronounced our names when they actually called, couldn't figure out they were calling us or some other patients. Two men sits in Eye OPD room 1 has attitude problem. They don't behave properly. They behave rudely even with senior citizens. Worst experience. Wouldn't recommend anybody to go there.

I won't be reviewing the whole place. But I'll share my experience I had with my gynecologist. Visited Gynecologist Dr. Vandana Guha Thakurta few days as I'm dealing with irregular period from last 7 months. First she didn't allowed my mom to enter and behaved in a rude way. As an Indian bengali women yes i feel a bit hesitant to talk about such issues. It's fine she wanted me to tell my problem but she should know how to speak politely. Second, she didn't even cared to listen half of the issues. Finally she recommend me a medicine that was hardly available & too expensive ( Rs. 500 for 10tabs) in any pharmacy in Tollygunge area. Atleast she should have informed or mention where n how can I get the medicine easily. There's two or three more gynaecologist but I choose her as she's around my granny's age. I expected more empathetic behaviour from her. And the struggle to find medicine happened again. She suggested me a tab probably spelled as Evacure 4 and even the pharmacy said it's one of the most rare medicine. Even the manufacturer sometimes stop it's manufacturing process. I really don't understand why a doc don't know if the medicine she prescribed are easily available or not. It's just pathetic to harras a patient and her family members like this.

The premisses is neat and clean.limited number of doctors are available at selected time.some clinical test are done here at consulates price.For the batterment of common people a all time general physician is required.

Good clinic run by Lion's club. The best thing is they offer checkup's in very cheap rate really very low price for various treatment.one thing that I like to add is NO EMERGENCY CASES ARE ACCEPTABLE here and treatment is for the age group of 15years and above only. Basically this is an clinic with pathology.

Health care standard is average. Doctors are available in morning usually 10a.m. onwards and afternoon session 2:30p.m. onwards. There are doctors of many disciplines such as orthopaedic, dental, eye or opthalmic, dermatology etc. This is managed by Lions Club - a voluntary social organisation. But one of the doctors in lions club named Dr dipankar sarkar (surgeon doctor) is number one fraud doctor. He takes money more for treatment but he does not become able to improve patient. Dipankar sarkar is number one 420.

The doctors are not that eligible to diagnos a simple infection on my hand for this mis treatment my finger amputed.The doctors of general medicine worst Also the lady who sits on the reception area of skin/cardio/general medicine room number 3 is very very rude they told patients to go see government hospital. I am gonna filed lawsuit against all of them and will go consumer forum against them 3rd class service 3rd class doctors

The service and time management of the surgical department is pathetic. Today we have come for an USG for a family member who is seriously ill. We were called for the booking by 9: 30 am and the USG would be done by 9:45am. But now it is 10:23 am , still the concerned person to conduct the USG haven't arrived. Our patient is feeling further more sick because of her empty stomach Request the management to please look into the matter.

Don't trust on eye doctors.As per My personal experience one Doctor recommended EYE OPERATION, AND WHEN I VISITED ANOTHER DOCTOR AT SAME PLACE EVERYTHING IS FINE!!! NOTHING IS FREE OR LOW COST. BEFORE OPERATION TAKE 2ND ADVICE.

This hospital provides good treatment at the minimum possible cost. From my experience, there eye department as well as orthopedic department is too good. My mother did her cataract operation from here. She suffered from spondylitis and couldn't be able to do her household work. But now she is fine because of the experienced orthopedic doctor.

Very disappointed when come in this place for deposit counter. Here is no staff for recipt deposit .. We never come next time here... Our patients is emergency but nobody is here for help... Most wrost hospital in tollygange area. There is no Discipline, no time manner..

Quality doctors and service offered by this organization. Fees of doctor is ₹100 for orthopedic and e.n.t. dept. and ₹50 for all other dept. ₹70 is the charge of power testing in eye dept. All pathological test are done on low cost. I am uploading latest list of doctors and timing as of January 2018.

Nice place for eye checkup. they check your eye for 2-3 days and give you the most accurate power.

My father's operation is done here .... There is very good treatment at low cost and everything is very clean ....... The behavior of all the nurses here is very good, everyone takes great care.....I am fully satisfied.

The lady in the OPD section is inhuman. Rude. Doesn't show minimal respect to anyone not even the patients. She even behaves badly with girls also. Why, lady? What's your problem? Most of the patients face this.

Most Worthless place for eye checkup. When patient go for checkup so doctor should listen properly and good communicate with patient that what the patient is saying. Many time doctor turn around instead of looking at the patient.. And most bed behaviour doing with person.
