Reposting again: they pay to remove reviews I lost my Father due to medical negligence at this Hospital in the hands of a certain very high ranking Medicine specialist Dr. Shyamashish Bandhopadhaya. They gave him immeasurable high doses of antibiotics in a week span causing to have sepsis and multi-organ failure. They were doing tests to receive more money from the insurance company even while he went into brain-stock. I would not ask anybody to ever go to this hospital EVER !!!! I am giving it a star because I have to otherwise it would not be posted. They are very cunning educated robbers in disguise of doctor and medical staffs. They try to keep their patients admitted there until the patient and their family members are broken down and financially finished. If they know you have High coverage Insurance plan, then They will make sure to use full cover no matter how it impact the patient and their family and even for that they intentionally keep the patient in extreme situation to show it on bill They took 1hr to shift unconscious patient from general ward to ICU. All nurses were busy to vacant and clean that general ward, but were not to get ready to take the patient in ICU which should be their highest priority. While in serious condition of patient, all emergency/night doctor were sleeping and in next 2hr patient was no more just because of them as they didn't responded on time in such critical case. They hided their treatment, also the medicine they have provided.Dr Syamasis Bandyopadhyay, who has given many high power antibiotics and which causes multi organ failed including kidney. Hospital has good communication within doctors for all humours and jokes but they don't know their duties and responsibilities. They Don't know value of family, slow service. show off for high quality hospital. On the top. They are not Apollo. they have franchise of Brand and using Apollo brand name to rob.They are just doing business in name of hospital. That I have contacted to upper management including CEO Rana Dasgupta, also but got the same response. This is not a Hospital, This is Robber house, Money maker machine and slaughtered financially by a bunch of professional educated with robber course

I went to the doctor for hair fall and hair regrowth treatment. After first consult he suggest me to take hair therapy which cost me 2000 per sitting and 1000 approx for medicine(per month). Also he suggest me to take minimum 10 therapy where changes are visible after 4 sitting. I have been going through 7 months of treatment where I took 6 sitting and I have just wasted my 21000 approx. Nothing has been changed for me. There is a no sign of hair regrowth and even my hair loss also has been increased. He also took my advance money which I have paid to him for 7th sitting and he refused to refund my money. He is just doing the business nothing else. I request all people plz plz be aware and don't waste your hard earn money. He just put you in his trap and will take your money. His common medicine are DMH HAIR PLUS, DMH HAIR DROPS, DMH ANTIDANDROUFF. Mr. Saha thank you for your response. You really don't know the value of people's money. I am honest to myself and with my review. I trusted your words and was convenced the way you said but you are no where to your words. First of all I hope u know the price of the medicines your receptionist are providing to us. 90₹/ bottle You have given me 3 medicine for hair regrowth (DMH HAIR PLUS, DMH HAIR DROPS, DMH ANTIDANDROUFF) on an average it took 6 bottle/ month 6*90 =540 and to stop hair fall u have given small bori which cost me 60₹/cc and on an average 5cc/ month so the total cost is 60*5=300. 540(regrowth) + 300 (hairfall)+2000(sitting)= 2840 approx3000/ month and I have done 7 months of treatment ( I hope with homeopathy u also know the basics of mathematics). You have written 12% regrowth has been done(please don't lie to us). The biggest lie is, you have not provided me the proper GST bill. I hope you know in India in any medical shop or clinic if you are paying your bill. It is bound to give a proper GST bill. Which you have not provided me for first 2 sittings and for medicines bill. I have with me your without GST bill. And yes let the patient decide your treatment not you. In medical science it is also not written anywhere that without providing any service, you will charge your patient.

They almost killed my mother, Doctors are not visiting on Sunday but they will charge visiting fees for them. I discharged of my mother in middle of treatment. They took almost all test whichever available in the world and after that they were not available to understand small infection. If you want to get murdered your own people then admit them in Apollo.

If you are ready for all kind of treatments and ready to spend ample amount of money. You can visit. Directly you will get a list of treatments that will cost minimum 10k. But lastly, it's my personal experience, you ofcourse can visit at your own will.

I am not a pro to write any kind of review but this is necessary. This might be a long post review but i can't thank you enough dr.snigdhadip saha and the whole team. I have no shame to say that i was a obese child since childhood.my height is 5'3 and the weight was nearly 90.bp was high.and i was just 19.totally depressed and freaked out. With the proper medication and diet i have lost 22kgs and i have bcme fat to fit and it has happened just bcoz of dr.saha.my whole heartedly thanks to dr.saha.

Charges are insane , Doctor's attitude are worse .. For Pragnancy delivery they are asking minimum budget with Csection Delivery is 1.5 lakh in general ward , 2.5 lakh in Double room , 3.5 in Single room , go at your own risk

Very good corporate hospital at nager bazaar, kolkata.Most of the doctors and staff members are young and energetic. They are well behaved. Regarding charges they are very transperent. You will get written quotation with all details break up for laparoscopy or any other operations for your approval. This professional approach is much better than verbal package offered by many others. The area is very narrow. But you will manage parking your car below the flyover at ₹20/hour parking fees. Inside the hospital the ambience is very neat and clean. Enough space for waiting patients in OPD.

My parents got their COVID 19 vaccine from here. Cost was ₹ 780 per person. The entire process took around 2.5 hours. There was a long queue at the entry point but the registration, billing and vaccination process were frustration free. The premises is not very spacious due to which there was no physical distancing maintained at this hospital. Maybe they could have less people in each of the time slots to avoid this issue. And more time slots to cater to the large number of population. But overall this was a decent experience.

I was admitted under Dr. Devraj Roy at ILS Nagerbazar. The doctor is highly specialised and has given the right treatment. Very good service and helpful staffs. Nice, well maintained and very clean environment. I was admitted here under Dr. Soumyarup Das for nose operation which was the very first operation of my life. Very clean place. All the staff and Doctors are well behaved and nice to the patients. It never felt because of all these that I was in a Hospital and it was my first one. I also visited OPD of this place to see other doctors. All are very polite and listen carefully regarding the issues I was having and what ever they suggested was really good for me.

If you love your family members don't go for this hospital, my baby boy was born here. Positive Reviews looks fake here or purchased after experiencing first hand I can confirm. Infrastructure is poor. If you raise issues they show their helplessness by using politically correct sentences even their chairman Niru is not any better than a security guard as he will cry foul of his helplessness by blaming on limited infrastructure that they have but you are stuck with your loved ones and at their mercy. Escalation management is scam it routes the call to same set of employees who you interact with when you get admitted so don't expect any action or resolution. Employees are good at making you run from department to department like a government office. While nurses are polite but they are stretched per patient again due to limited resources as claimed by them themselves. I am writing this with heavy heart as my wife and kid is still in the hospital. I am tired and upset at myself for choosing this hospital. Never going to recommend and not going back again.

My experience today at Apollo Gleneagles Kolkata is shocking and disappointing. I took my kid to visit the child specialist whom we are visiting since her birth in this place but today was my first visit in Covid era. Honestly, I was avoiding this place due to overwhelming crowd in such a small space in OPD. I had to visit today due to an emergency on getting a health certificate from the doctor for my kid's school admission. I was surprised to see that they made a new procedure which mandated checking kids temperature using a digital thermometer and not using a thermal gun. The same thermometer is being used for all kids in the queue in a gap of less than a minute and as a token of cleansing it, they are sprinkling some drops of sanitiser in between. How on earth such a reputed hospital cannot make use of a thermal gun (which is widely accepted procedure across the world for contactless temperature measurement) and be so irresponsible endangering the life of a kid, making them prone to covid infection ???

My wife was admitted for maternity with some complications but i must say this is the best decision i have made with no regrets. Yes its a bit expensive but service and post OT treatment was very satisfactory. My wife was under Dr Samir Kumar Pal and he is like a god now to my wife. My new born baby is under Pediatrician Dr. Trishnendu Mondal who is also very good and helpful whenever we needed.

My experience with Apollo Kolkata is very poor. They treat people without any courtesy. They have one standard reply that due to COVID they have reduced manpower. Atleast they are in a industry which is running fully even during COVID times and is making money. Since they have this privilege I think they should utilize it for their advantage by providing better service.

Recently, my father was admitted to ILS Dumdum for his COVID-19 treatment. Naturally, we were very scared but the behaviour of the stuff and facilities made me feel at ease. Per day cost is also affordable, highly maintained and clean. All the stuff are well connected, of gentle behaviour and the admission desk is also very very helpful and technologically advanced. The location is also very much convenient. I am glad I chose ILSD.

Worst service in terms of being the sub division super speciality hospital.Amature trainees and special mention must go to the ecg man... Who labels all the normal reports as seirous case (Am a victim personally). Most of the doctors and the hospital itself has a tendency to refer all the patients to Burdwan Medical College that any ways doesnt makes any sense being a super speciality sub division hospital itself that only works as first aid giving body.

My mother Alpana Biswas bed 508A stayed at ils for 4 days and today I'm taking her back to home with an outstanding experience this part of this world. Starting from 5th floor nursing to floor manager Mita madam, mediclaim desk mithu, hasanur, shuvankar, projit are really empathetic and helpful, admission desk front line Rupali basu is very considerate. Last but not the list Mr Partha pratim Banerjee who was there at M floor 15th late evening and also the time of discharge was exceptional good gesture and his positive approach towards patient family is really appreciated. Definately recomend Ils dumdum.

My father-in-law suffered a massive Heart attack on 9th Jan 2024. By the time we reached ILS Nagerbazar, his heart rate fell down drastically. Without caring for anybody's consent or paperwork, the doctor in Emergency, Dr. Abhijit Kumar and Dr. Kumar Raj leaped into action without wasting time and only with their timely action, we could save the patient. Not only that, after the basics were done in Emergency our father was immediately taken to ICU for further procedure of including providing temporary Pacemaker support under Dr. K S Poddar who would later do the Pacemaker surgery the next day. All these episodes were taken care of without a single paperwork or deposit of a single penny. All other formalities were done once the situation came under control. My additional thanks to Mr Partha pratim Banerjee in the admission section and entire staff of ILS hospital for their cordial support. I must mention this is not the first time experience for me in ILS Dumdum. Billing wise must say, the package offered by them is most compatible. Thanks t the Hospital. The best Private Hospital in North Kolkata.

Dep- Gastroenterology Way of treatment was good.. Senior doctors never interact with the patients. Radiology department is very poor.. CT enterography report which is supposed to be given same day or max next day, they take 4-5 days for giving report. On Sunday..no doctor rounds in ward. Management was not good. Rest of the thing was good like Cleanliness, staff nurses,infrastructure..

If you want better treatment then DONT GO APPOLLO.

They charge a huge amount of money but the service they provide is very poor. If someone attend the hospital for some other work then there is a very high chance that the person get infected by coronavirus. There is no restriction on the entry to the ward where covid patients are treated.

Its my request to senior management please take an action against her . Otherwise ILS DUMDUM loose its reputation and patients also.

Huge complex ...but services r not up to the mark...not hygenic..

Don't be fooled by huge building. It's for show only. Old , dirty, filthy building is the main working place. Lack of nursing staff, doctor, equipment. Toilet is such a dirty place you have ever seen. Ph no. is out of order. If you want to see your patient dead then go for it. I have personally very frustrating experience.

All staff and management were excellent-friendly, dutiful and always ready for help. Hygiene and cleanliness was up to the mark. Food was nutritious and delicious. Ambience was cosy and satisfactory for a first timer like me. Discipline was remarkable. I request the management to give it a second thought about allowing only two visitors during the visiting hours.

Went to that hospital with my sister as she was having a baby. Nice and clean floors. Payments for admission and discharge are done on M floor. OPD and cafe on the first floor. There is no waiting room though for the family members of patient undergoing surgery. There are few chairs outside at the staircase landing area. That place doesn't have AC or a fan. The staffs at the female ward were very nice and helpful. Overall happy experience.

Ever individual in the ILS starting from wonderful team of doctors to nurses, administration and management helped us and the whole family to the best way possible. They took utmost and complete care of my parents and I am so happy I took the decision to get them admitted at ILS.

A good hospital near Nagerbazar. We went there for having an endoscopy. The wait time was average and the cost of treatment was also average and affordable. Overall a good experience with the doctors and the staff. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a good hospital in the locality.

Recently admitted here due to Covid-19. Previously my father in law was also admitted due to same reason. Got admitted under Dr. Pratim Sengupta and Dr. Tapas Roy. Overall experience is superb. Be it the Doctors, the nursing staffs, the caregivers or other personnel of the Hospital, all of them have delivered an utmost humane, caring and dedicated service. The overall maintenance of the hospital, especially in terms of hygiene and tidiness, is also magnificent. The billing is also very justifiable. I highly recommend this esteemed medical institution.

It's really unfortunate that the hospital staff treat customers in such a horrible manner. I Called up the hospital on 20th December at 2 PM and the woman who took my call was so unprofessional and rude. She disconnected the call even when I just wanted to enquire about something. Please don't opt for this hospital. As by this service you can imagine what happens inside with the patients.

I was admitted in ILS Hospital Dumdum on 3rd October for being covid positive and was discharged on 15th October.These 12days apart from my treatment and care the hospital had being supportive to my family also.Ms Nivedita Chatterjee had spent some of her valuable time to give my wife a moral support and had convinced her that I would be free of the ailment.I would like to make a special mention of Madhumita Ma'am (floor manager) who had not only made me feel comfort ,but even my wife also. This place is mockery in the name of the novel medical profession, the doctors here are butchers conducting business deals at the cost of patients' well being. - The people and stuff in this hospital are trained to always portray their worst side and behave indifferently with everyone -The internal atmosphere is putrid and toxic, patients admitted frequently pick up ancillary diseases like lung infection, urinary infection on prolonged hospitalization. -The doctors are rude/indifferent and take advantages of a patient's limited knowledge around medical procedures by creating panic and seek to increase the bill just like any Consumer goods company would do to increase the Life time value of any consumer. -They make patients undergo unnecessary treatments just to increase the bill and reap the full benefit of the Health insurance that you have got. This is a place swarming with corrupt medical professionals and my advice is to please avoid this place at any cost. My father's life is hanging on the thread after getting bypass surgery here under Dr Bikas Majumder and Dr Sushan Mukherjee. They did the surgery without proper background checking for the patient and post surgery things complicated. I had to shift my father to another hospital and I won't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

This was about pre covid.. my father (diabetic) had got fever for a few days, we didn't understand the reason and we admitted him here under Dr. Pinaki De.. to cut the story short, he was admitted for 2 weeks, had done hundreds of tests and still the doctors apparently couldn't figure out the reason for my father's fever.. in the end, they constructed a medical board to figure out the problem and told me that it could even be cancer. I smelled something fishy, my bill was over 2.5 lakes for fever and no other diagnosis. I checked hum out of the hospital and took him to Bangalore for treatment (Manipal Hoapital).. Dr. Pinaki De from ILS refused to talk to the manipal hospital doctor or give him any brief or summary about my father, disconnected the call multiple times. In the end it turns out my father had pnuemonia, and was later cured in 15 days with the treatment he received in Bangalore. Overall this hospital and this doctor are con artists and scammers.. never take ur loved ones here..

Feed back; We all in our family have taken two doses of vaccination. However, on 1st October night we came to know that my father in law is covid positive. I immediately contacted Vijay Bargi ji at 11 pm. He assured his support and my father in law was admitted at ILS Nagerbazar on 02.10.2021(Debranjan Ghosh, Bed no 301). Thereafter, we too were detected COVID positive and naturally kept ourselves isolated. In this crisis period the team of ILS extended their humanitarian support to senior citizen persons like me and my father in law. Without mentioning the name of some of the persons, it will not be wise for me. Apart from Vijay ji, Madhumita, Chourasia, Shankar & team helped a lot. Although we all are still in isolation but they arranged all formalities of discharge and bring my patient at my home today. All these are examples of empathy shown towards we senior citizens. Visited ILS DUMDUM Hospital for my parents and other relatives Covid vaccination, where I met Mr. Partha Pratim Banerjee who went on to guide us for the process and helped us immensely along with other people who visited for the same purpose. All staff members were extremely helpful and courteous but special thanks to Mr. Partha who always greeted and answered all peoples queries with a smile.... special mention for the 2nd vaccination I didn't even accompanied them because of the confidence and help Mr. Partha provided us during the first visit....

Honest reviews. Had really good experience with ILS dumdum. Went there along with a friend for second dose vaccination couple of months back. The vaccination coordinator Mr Partha Pratim assisted us pretty well. We could complete the process with ease . The entire process was really swift and hassle free. We got our jabs in 15-20 mins. Really helpful and well mannered staffs. Would like to thank everyone for such experience, specially in this difficult pandemic situation. Kudos to the frontliners.

One of the rare private hospitals where with very friendly staff, management takes care of the cleanliness and hygiene well. The food quality is also commendable. Only thing I experienced was they are reluctant to offer single cabin where the family can stay over with the patient and the reason has been very unclear. Even if the single cabins are seen open and vacant they won't be readily agreeing to assign a patient in there. (And I don't know whether anyone can pre-book those).

The services we received from ILS Dum Dum during my Dad's treatment - from emergency to discharge , all were perfect and prompt. No delays at any junction-right from diagnosis, investigation, tests , treatment and discharge . I was admitted in Jan 2023 for my kidney transplant under the supervision of Dr Pratim Sen Gupta, Dr Tapas Roy. I am enamoured by the familial behaviour of the entire staff of renal department. I am extremely indebted to ILS for giving me a new life. I have explained various aspects below in detail and would recommend ILS for everyone who is looking for any surgery or any other clinical advice. Pre Hospitalisation and Approvals — This requires lot of legal and medical approvals before one can be given a go-ahead for Transplant and requires lot of paper work, coordination, timely information and quick action. All thanks to ILS Transplant coordinator - Mr Kirti Sinha Roy who was so helpful in whole of this process . He is so organised in his ways of working, that you will get all the relevant information before hand and he will setup all the schedule for you so efficiently and with due intimation. All thanks to Mr Kirti who guided me through every step and which helped me in completing whole process in seamless and faster manner. Hospitalization — a) Admission — This again is coordinated by Mr Kirti and admission team is fully aware, when one reaches ILS, one has to to just sit and relax, all the forms and everything will be coordinated by ILS staff, soon within minutes you will get transferred to your allotted room/bed. b) Doctors and Staff - Such a dedicated team in whole renal department including OT staff, RTU staff and other supporting staff, Doctors are so easily available that you can consult them any time of the day or even any odd hours of the night, I use to wonder how Dr Pratim and Dr Tapas can work day/night and could recall all the history of a patient, they will listen to the patient cautiously and will explain whole thing in detail. The nursing staff at renal transplant unit was so helpful that they not only critically monitor and manage you on physical level but they also support you emotionally , mentally when you are not with your family after such a major surgery, its all because of dedicated effort of doctors and nursing staff that one can recover in such accelerated mode. c) Hygiene - the maintenance and hygiene protocols are so strict and clear to the housekeeping staff and their job is really commendable, they are really proactive in maintaining and cleaning with all due protocols. d) Food - The dedicated kidney dietician takes care of all the food requirement, each diet is crafted basis latest report and been discussed with each patient and custom made, this effort is really awesome. Above all the food is so tasty and at the same nutritional as per ones requirement. Post Hospitlization - This again requires lot of coordination and information which again is done by the help of Mr Kirti, he will share all the relevant schedule post discharge and will also share all the relevant contacts which one would need for home care, including dressing/removal of sutches, blood sample collection, etc.

Good location. Easy to approach. Clean and systematic. The staff is very helpful. If an appointment is taken, they will inform you about the doctor's availability. Doctor fees are a little bit high. One problem, no parking available. Outside the hospital you need to park the vehicle and pay for it.

Bed No. 623 I had been admitted for vomiting but later found other internal problem. One doctor referred another, even got a surgery done that was needed. The doctors take care of all the illness and discharged me once I'm healthy again. In my 8 days that I was admitted for the nurses, cleaning staff everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

This is a highly priced and scammed place . People should be aware before getting admitted here . they look for opportunities to loot the patient party at all costs . They will hardly care about the review given by patients because they are over confident people will come here and get themselves admitted when an emergency occurs. Completely horrible service by the nurse or attendant. They force patients to do everything. They are busy gossiping among themselves. They do not take proper care of the patients being admitted . They care only about increasing your bill on a daily basis . They do not care about anybody's wellbeing. It's a request if possible do not bring your near and dear ones here . They need proper care and someone who will show interest . Different insurance different form of open scam . Cashless one kind of scam . Be aware of this fraud hospital.

The worst I've ever seen. Went to do a MRI yesterday and they were supposed to mail me the report. They are so careless, when called they said that they send the mail. But when asked about it. They were fumbling and said they will see to it. And after 2 mins they send a mail which contained the report in such a way that a normal human being couldn't have read it. It was hazy. I am really disappointed.

My wife, daughter and myself all three of us were diagnosed with Covid19 in mid August. We all took the home isolation package from ILS Dum Dum. My Brother spent ten days in ILS Hospital, Nagarbazar after being tested covid positive. As against our initial expectation that we are hearing every days about covid 19 patient, the experience was overwhelming; starting from ground staffs to Doctors. My Brother told me that nurses, ground staff used to regular comes up for even addressing small issues and also used to have a small chat with him to keep him motivated. My brother had hospital food for ten days- he did not even complain single days about the quality/quantity or taste of food. We were highly satisfied with the treatment protocol. Despite covid plus lungs infections, he fully recovered in 10 days. We were also getting updates from hospital on everyday basis. This was a good platform to ask many questions to understand the line of treatment and condition of patient. In addition, there was a special number from which we used to get calls – to discuss if the family members/patient are facing any sort of small issues, if any. The billing department was quite prompt in response and we get update billing on everyday basis. There was highest level of transparency. Special thanks to Mr. Vijay, Dr. Manisha and Dr. Shubro and entire team of Doctors and also the ground staff. Their contribution in these difficult times cannot be expressed in words.

As we all know that scarcity of beds in the hospitals of the city (Kolkata) add to our anxieties, ILS Hospital Dumdum came as a saviour and to our relief. Initially, we went to Emergency, where the Hospital team immediately attended my father and kept him in isolation cabin till they were through with the primary diagnosis and observation. After completion of admission formalities, he was shifted to his cabin under the treatment of Dr. Pratim Sengupta. The authorities informed us that we could leave a mobile phone with my father for conversation as we are not allowed to meet him. On the 10th day, my father was discharged from the hospital after he was tested negative in RTPCR test. The entire medical team was very supportive, cooperative and well behaved - Dr. Sujit Ray and Dr. Tapas Roy fully cooperated with us. The admission desk, Ward-in-charge (5th Floor), and non-medical staffs were also polite and professionally discharged their duties. I had some issues with the TPA and hence I had to contact the Mediclaim Department frequently, where Ms. Debankana Basu had promptly responded every time and her timely responses to TPA and active cooperation had helped me to a great extent. She, considering my anxiety, kept me apprised about the communications and status of action. Her proactive support helped me a lot and this has truly pleased me. I would also like to mention that every day the Hospital used to call me for my feedback on overall experience. The attitude of ILS Hospital is truly commendable. And last but not the least, they are relatively reasonable in the bills as compared to their other counterparts in Kolkata. Keep it up!! I gave 4 stars only to keep 1 star as a room for improvement, as I believe that there is no end to improvement. But my heart says that you deserve 5 stars.

on 15 .09.2020 mr sankar sardar was admitted case of fever with body rashes.From first day till discharged time i was suffered lots of problems with admission department. As soon as after patient admitted,i was submitted all my documents of mediclaim papers .But at the time of discharge mediclaim company unable to approved my cashless claim because of two staff , miss sujata and debongona who were looked after about mediclaim,they did not submitted our all documents to mediclaim office at proper time ,and when we asked about this matter to them, they always misbehaved with us .Due to their faults we suffered a lot and patient also came home with lot of mental stress

If you talking about the real treatment then it's really not for you if you have lot's of money then you can visit to this hospital.otherwise no issues of going there.Some doctor's are really good,but most of the doctors you can't find when you really need them.About the cleanliness it is perfect.Apert from cleanliness you can't find any positive response from here.

I must say he is not only good surgeon but also he is a good humanbeing and he personally takes care his patients like his family members . Dr.Sanjay Banerjee is also very good doctor .. but I must say I am not satisfied with Dr.Subho( medicine) for his rudely behaviour with family members of paitent . The worst in West Bengal. The staff have a lackadaisical attitude. Most of the doctors are least concerned about the patients, and more interested in making money, with an utmost commercial minded tendency while treating patients. The management is the most worthless, as their attitude and behaviour to the patients' relatives and family members is immensely rude and dominating.

I had the oppurtunity to take my covid vaccine from ILS hospital, near nager bajar flyover in dumdum area of kolkata. The crowd management is good. The token system was well managed. Over all a neat and clean drive. The staffs were amicable and let me take selfies during vaccination.

Today I would like to share the most horrible experience I ever had as a patient in ILS Nagerbazar.I was admitted on 22 nd September 2021 ( 6th floor, double sharing, patient no 601) for C- section delivery. First day it was okay, a male RMO was assigned and he did his check up procedure properly. 2nd day, .as I went through the surgery, I was going through a severe pain ( may be because it was 2nd C -section). I asked for help from nurse initially but neither they provide any support nor RMO came. I suffered with that terrible pain for entire night and early morning next day I called up my gynecologist ( who is outside consultant) , and as she called up, they started giving medicine. But, the suffering continued next day also, and this I was insisting to call RMO as I wanted to explain her in details, I requested attending nurse ( Sonali) to call her around 8 pm, she came around 12 a.m. Dr. Sweta patil came and started scolding me as she expected me to behave like a patient..!! Moreover she was exemplifying other patients who went through similar kind of surgery but didn't complain severe pain. This was not the end of the story, she started judging me how negative I am and how possibly I behave with my family members and much more beyond this CROSSING HER ALL LIMITS AND DIGNITY. And all of this happened because I wanted her to come physically and suggest medicine!!!!! She didn't stop here and started criticizing me outside my cabin with other people. I suddenly remembered ragging period of my college days as engineering student. For that entire night I didn't get any other nursing help, and I didn't ask as it was a terrible experience. I just wanted someone to adjust a standing fan ( as A.c. could not be adjusted and there were two born babies we decided to keel it off) which I get only after 8 calls. This behavioral approach continued till next day as long as her close associates were assigned with me. I called up my consultant and requested her to approve early release as I couldn't take up that pathetic ambience anymore. The only thing she did good was my dressing. I wouldn't have reported this as she was literally scared as I asked her name, but later I thought I should convey this to people as a responsible citizen. People like Sweta doesn't deserve to be a doctor as behavioral attitude and sensibility are concerned ( won't go by her degree and marks). The inhumane and extremely insensible attitude of Sweta patil and her associates should not be encouraged in health industry where patients are ordered to explain their pain in predefined pattern. These people should be condemned for their utmost unprofessional attitude.

Had both my vaccines in here. Very good experience. Staffs were extremely courteous & helpful. Even though the queue was pretty long when I went there, it did not take much time. They worked pretty efficiently.

This multi-speciality hospital is a blessing for the people of Dum Dum. Beside medical treatments, me & my wife took our second vaccination from this institution, under the efficient & caring supervision of Mr Partha. Entire process of vaccination was extremely satisfying & Covid protocol mentioned. We are happily vaccinated & recommend this hospital for a preferred destination for vaccination beside every medical attention.

It's 18.11.2021. We had an appointment for COVID-19🦠😷 vaccination. We went there almost around 1.30, when we cut the bill a lady who also used to assist in vaccination, may be she sat on desk instead of receptionist, or whatever don't know. She after taking the bill, ask to wait for a 25 min., as it was going lunch🍝🥗🍱 breaks. We wait till almost 3.15 when the man come who wears spectacles n input information on computer. When l enter l was the second one who was in a queue, as the guard didn't give us token we don't know about it. Even the lady who took bill she didn't ask for it n put blank on Bill paper token no place. So how do we about it as we newcomer,when l said l m the second one in queue the man didn't allow me to go inside said I must put a token. Then he would proceeded. Then I immediately went for token that was 88 l said mine was 77 so plz allow me to go l have 2 months baby, I'm waiting for long. Then he shows his arrogance, he talks about decipline whereas he keeps us waiting beyond lunch time, the workers didn't give us token. After I plead he said , they are working from morning. So my question is that, it is his duty ,,,they get money for that, so why he his so impolite to me, n if l could spend much time outside so l would go any government vacation center not spending 780 rs. I request to ILS authority to take action about that.

They kept male patient in female ward by mentioning theres lack of bed it was very uncomfortable for the female patient They wrote extra thing on the bill even without giving to the patient The washroom are so dirty

The facilities and treatment are Good enough.

It was nice to observe right from security to everyone following the hospital very strictly. In my opinion the only thing needs to be attended is mediclaim process as in my case it took more than 7hours after the advice of discharge by doctor. Good luck and keep serving patients to the best possible way.

Went for covid vaccination. Smooth process and less waiting time. Also the crowd is managed so well.

Got COVID vaccination from here. The whole process took almost about 15 minutes. The facility was hygienic and the staffs were well behaved. Had a good experience and will definitely recommend to get your vaccination done from here.

One of the worst hospital in kolkata.. specially for covid care .stuffs including doctors (prasenjit Sarkar) behaviour is always negetive not at all sympathetic .There is no specific visiting hours and all depends on doctors mood and timings .Charges are unexpectedly expensive to the tune of 65k per day..one top of that there is no certainty whether patient will be fine or not.. hospital allows visitors for covid patient also..no separate lift for patients and visitors.. Totally mess environment.. please rethink twice before admitting someone in this place..

Hospitality is good with good behaviour staff. Only 2 suggestions 1. Should allow more than 2 visitors. One at a time is okay but only 2 visitors per day can be re-looked 2. For the new born at the time of discharge new clothes and wrap for the new born can be included in the package. It looks more generous and professional. Rest all the things deserves 5 start rating

My wife had a 12 mm stone in her gall bladder. After performing the pre-op tests, Dr. Rakesh Khan performed Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and removed stone and gall bladder successfully. She was shifted to the general ward, bed no. 460, (annexe 4th floor), where she received the timely care and service. I felt satisfied when she told me her experience and how helping and friendly the nursing and GD staffs were. I, on behalf of her, thank the sisters, Ms. Mary, Ms. Puja Sen, and Ms. Ramuian. I also thank the GD staffs who were present during various shifts. I also extend my gratitude to Ms. Kabita Kar, the Floor manager (Annexe). Things would not have been the same if there had been no support from Ms. Anushri Dutta, Floor Manager (at the 4th and 6th floors). She was extremely helpful from the time my wife was admitted to ILS Hospitals in Dumdum until she was discharged. The cashless treatment (insurance) was done hassle-free, thanks to the positive and timely service provided by the TPA Desk staffs at the hospital and Niva Bupa Health Insurance.

It was an amazing and relief experience. The appointment procedure was easy . Dr Sandeep gupta helped me in this entire journey from identifying my pain in my urology areas and guiding me till I am fit and fine . The behaviour was familiar and really comfortable and it didn't felt like a doctor it felt like a family..Really thankful to such people..

I admitted my wife to ILS, DumDum for the delivery of my twins. I was literally delighted with the superb service and care provided by the doctors, nursing staff, admission and billing personnel. Further, being a CA, I do have a knack of going through bills meticulously, and ILS bills were not an exception. I was pleased to find out that only one unit of each vaccine prescribed for my twins was purchased by the hospital staff as one unit of each vaccine was sufficient for my twins. This shows the ethics of the hospital and while this is expected from each and every hospital, I doubt whether this practice is religiously followed. I thought of highlighting this ethical practice for the benefit of every prospective patient. I wish ILS all the very best!!!

Excellent staff and great friendly behaviour and they take care of their patients very well. This is the second time my mom had to be admitted in 3 years due to different diseases and everytime they have taken care with utmost importance. Bed no 603 ,treated for hernia and was in Hospital for 2 days. Service was of the highest order.The care givers, male and female nurses were very deligient in their duties, house keeping staff , class 4 staff and also floor manager were extremely cordial. Wonderful experience

The floor manager the dietician group is well mannered and proffessionally adept in their works The cleanliness is good with all time supervision. 2) A restriction should be on patients with their phones except for use in absolute emergency.

This is an experience of a lifetime for any mother & my experience here was really amazing as my doctor, Dr. Biplab Deb is the best gynaecologist & obstetrician & phenomenal at his job, along with him all the other treating doctors & medical professionals were very professional. All the nurses had humble & caring approach towards all the patients. The food given here were very hygienic & tasty & of course personalised for every patient according to their needs by dietitians. I was in a general ward but it had all the latest equipments, with great facilities! I rate 10/10 for cleanliness & hygiene management here! Last but not the least They made the new parents feel really special with baby welcoming cake, a gift hamper for baby with all the baby’s essentials & also gifted us a beautiful memorable photo framed of us with the new member of our family. I Shilpi Saha Shaw of Bed 511 got admitted under the supervision of Dr.Rakesh Khan on 12.12.23 for the operation of Gall bladder stone. The service provided by each and everyone of the entire hospital is so good that for once also I did not feel that I am away from my family. Assistance at ITU 3rd floor very poor so far question of dresses of patients are concerned. So far question of Medical facilities and Doctors are Concerned, it is simply superb. Management should pay attention towards the quality of non-medical services also. Star Rating for Medical Services is as good as five star Rating.
