This is the most worst private hospital I ever visit. Worst Diagnosis. Worst management. Worst Doctors. Rather I say the doctors are quack doctors. They only treat patients as their income source. The pupils are all inhumans. Nobody will live a safer life ever. All die in pain. The robbers in the mask of doctors. I wish they die in dysentery, cholera plague.....

Doctors are good but the front desk staffs should be changed as the are arrogant and unprofessional. Specially the ladies don't know how to behave. Overall not good experience.

We visited Remedy hospital for delivery of our Lil Angel. What we felt here can't be explained. We didn't felt like visiting a hospital, it just felt like meeting extended family members. Right from our gynaecologist to everyone at hospital are so helpful and caring.

The staff of the hospital, doctor, nurse and ward boys all are very good and cooperative. And the dietician is so cooperative, adjustable and she was so sincere for her job.

My son was admitted for dengue myositis and severe dehydration.. myself being a doctor know very well regrading the deficiencies and effective service , what does it mean. I m a gynecologist attending many other hospitals but the best thing regarding remedy are as follows that is applicable also during my son's hospitalisation 1) nursing staff is very very dedicated, cordial empathetic, timely entering without delay,informing the reports timely n explaining things properly to laymen. 2) if I talk of Dr Anindo Sengupta there r no words to express my thankfulness for him.. many of us r having knowledge but proper application of knowledge means both theory n clincs should go hand in hand. He is a perfect example for that. 3)Managerial staff is always ready to help. I had zero problems entering and exiting . Mediclaim was approved due to their prompt action and timely sending to authority . I would give 10/10 for everything. You urself can compare when u go 4)food was upto the mark. Healthy, tasty n nutritious. Sisters on night duty were on their toes. Never found them taking rest or nt attending phone calls.. every report were being sent to consultant immediatly by call and also by what's app msg.

A very good hospital with excellent Doctors and staff

This is extremely not good for maternity sections. Dr.'s are very good👍 but some Nurse and attended behavior and take care are very bad. Some Nurse is very Irresponsible their works they use all the time their personal gossip n mobiles without attending the patient. There are not many experience Nurse out there. Because a 3 days old baby took a blood sample for a test, the baby's hand had a very bad needle. They never provide you the amount of medicine bills when asked and when you will go for discharging your patient they will ask to pay the medicine bill and that might be high. My overall experience are not good.

Worst place. Do not admit patient here.My father (age 78 yrs) was admitted to Garia Remedy hospital on 20 Nov 2019 after sugar fall under Dr Somen Kanti Dey (S K Dey). He regained consciousness after some time and was talking and recognizing family members. Yet the doctor kept him in ICU more than 5 days. On the second day onward, he stopped responding to us and was giving blank (glass) look because he was given sedatives. When our known cardiologist, a visiting consultant to the hospital, suggested moving him to ward, S K Dey was insisting on keeping my father in ICU at the cost of ward charge. We asked S K Dey why. His response was not at all satisfactory and was not in a doctor's language. Dey became angry when we spoke to the hospital management. Basically Dey was squeezing money just by keeping an otherwise non-critical patient in ICU for more than 5 days. Finally we shifted my father to Fortis, Kolkata and he improved within 2 days at the new hospital. Summary of our experience at Remedy: 1. Dr S K Dey instills fear in the mind of relatives so that relatives agree to keep patient in ICU. Patient are given sedatives so that nurses are not required and patient is held in ICU. 2. Specialist doctors are not readily available at Remedy hospital. They only come on call basis - it takes days for them to come. Doctors do not show accountability there as the place is of secondary importance to them. 3. Insufficient nursing staff. 4. Hospital do not include doctors' charges in main bill and they force you to pay the charges in cash only. 5. Medicine bills are altogether separate and not included in main bill. Do not admit your patient in Remedy, Garia.

The receptionists and management are worst. If you want to meet the doctor for showing the reports, they will not allow you. You have to take appointment like fresh, with fresh charges, and if the appointments are full for the day, they will not allow you to meet the doctor anyway. You have to wait for the next day that might be in the next week to show the reports no matter how worst the reports are. No matter if you die even, they will not allow you to meet the doctor. Worst ever receptionists.

This Hospital is near sahid khudiram metro station.This hospital is well maintained.There is a pharmacy in the hospital,usually i buy medicines from that pharmacy.

All in all it is a good experience. Doctors nd nurses are very helpful and well behaved ?. The management is also good. And the hospital is very clean.

My patient was there for only a day under our consultant doctor Dr. Kankana Rana for a OT. OT was successful. Both Doctor and Hospital &its staff are good, polite. Charges are very reasonable. Hospital is clean.

Remedy hospital is one of the dependable hospital in garia. The charges are quite high and if you are admitting your patient be prepared about the separate medicine bill. They never provides you the amount of medicine bill when asked and when you will go for discharging your patient they will ask to pay the medicine bill and that might be high. Comparatively I suggest to take your patient to Hindustan Health point. It's quite cheaper as compared to Remedy.

Everything was good but the staff behavior and tone was too mean at first she told us to wait and then make us wait over one and half hour...

This might be long...but let me patiently and honestly write this personal experience down. My grandpa was admitted to this hospital with a minor urine infection and stomach ache. But those irresponsible staff members left him on his own to die. There wasn't any helping hand available in his ward to even help him urinate. Eventually, his first stroke happened due to gas problem, but the consulted cardiologist came after 24 hours! More above all, we were not informed of it till he had his second stroke, and was in extremely critical condition. He was then shifted to ICU and put through ventilation...but all last effort in vain. We had to see him pass away in one of the most painful ways ever possible. The image of his last, weary and pained smile (only an attempt) has been burned into my memory for years to come. Therefore, it's a request... please, please DO NOT admit any patient, however minor or major his/her condition is, to this hospital. We spent our 1.2 lakh only hoping for my grandpa to return....but this place is an absolute money hogger who doesn't care for its patients till they're on the brink of death. I hope everyone will take this review on account if you're truly concerned about your sick loved ones.

They are dacoits..I admitted my grandfather 27.09.18 to 29.09.18 for two days..He has some breathing problems, and the hospital authority makes some medical tests ..after two days they prepare a bill of Rupees 45000 including medicines..the doctor S.K Dey told me that he didn't know about any medical bill..How can it be possible?? They are stealing everyone by camofcamoufling themselves in service of mankind..Dont send your relatives or any other there.. you will be just finished..
