I visited here today for the first time and my experience was really good.. All the staffs were very polite and friendly to the patients, Dr. Ankit Choudhary is very kind to patients and professional in his work. All the new machines available there for the betterment of patients. Such an clean and well maintained hospital and fees of the doctors is also nominal. Really Impressed with the hospitality. Maintained hygiene. If you are visiting for the first time then they charge Rs.100 for registration which is only one time payment and in your next visit you have to pay only doctors fee.

Please Don't go to This Hospital . If you want to save Your Loved one and your Money, They Don't have any experience Doctors all Doctors are Giving wrong treatments to the patients. 1. THEY CAN EASILY CONVERT GOOD PATIENTS into ICU just Because of Only Money. 2. THEY are Charging Unnecessary stuff and Just making Bills tomuch, 3. One of the best hospitals in WB. Treatment is top-notch. Doctors, nurses are all good. The prices and rates are not uncanny but of course a bit high. I kept my Grandma there for the last 8 days and she's better than ever. My only concern is about the receptionists. Everyone is genuine there; and I felt like, the behaviour of the receptionists are a bit rude and pseudo. I might be wrong, but that's what I felt. Nevertheless, the Hospital, treatment, handling of old patients, beds, floor management, ambience,, all together deserves a five star review. :)

It was an amazing experience at ILS Hospitals (barring the experience during payments and billing). I was here for the birth of our child. Dr Shikha Banerjee and every member of nursing staff were extremely helpful, polite, courteous and looked after both the mother and baby really well. The staff in payments department are extremely inefficient. Their attitude is like as if they own the world. Useless bunch. They require training in how to talk to people, answer queries and support with processing claims. Poor after taste due to the billing.

You must avoid this hospital. Its not a hospital but they are decoits. Within 36 hours they raised a bill of 128000 by doing the same tests which was done same day. 60000 worth of medicine in 36 hours , for covid patient who's reports were almost normal. Then they settled the bill for 50000 which was given as advance. ILS howrah. Don't do this. Have a heart.

Very bad Hospital. Nurses are not professional enough. Food is a very bad quality. Most of the doctors are too much rude. the floor manager and other faculty members have a very bad attitude towards patient and their family. Hospital charges too much money. Quality of treatment is not up to the mark. Try not to admit your patient here.

Went here for my parents' Covid19 vaccination. The whole process was very well managed. It did not take much time. I am very satisfied with the service.

Even a 5 star rating is less for this hospital. My mother was suffering from high bp sugar, constant dizziness, heart problems from the past many years. 2 months ago someone recommended me here. Since these 2 months she has shown immense improvements and bp is now normal, sugar level has improved considerably, no dizziness at all and she breathes and lives better now. I would also like to appreciate the management, the way they explained, showed concern, constant monitoring and explaining the next steps was so nice to see. I had a good experience with ILS howrah. My mom got her knee replacement done here last year by Dr. Siddharth Gupta, who had been very kind throughout, all the nursing staffs were very caring too. Recently got health checkup done for my parents, Seuli ma'am of OPD had been super helpful and made the entire process smooth, all the OPD staffs were well co-ordinated, and my parents being senior citizens were prioritized. Its a clean place with good processes in place, priced a bit on the higher side but one of the best hospitals in Howrah. Highly recommended!!!

As per my experience this ILS Howrah Hospital is really better than any Private Hospital in Kolkata. It's very very neat and clean. Staffs are well trained and we'll mannered. Doctors are experienced and very friendly. The Doctors give enough time to listen and explain the condition to the patient and patient party. And yes the cost is much much low than the Glorious Hospitals of Kolkata. This Hospital don't put the knife on the throat of the patient and patient party. One of the best hospital in Hawra. This hospital is covid 19 hospital facilities available. They provide 24 hr services. Maximum treatment done here. All staff behaviour is good. Doctors and nurses behaviour is also good. Fully fresh and clean and clear hospital and also senitized. Everybody like patients and patient's family members full body senitized before enterance.

Pathetic experience. Was discharged without being completely treated. Became critically ill after a day of discharge. False negative reports, hiding citi scan reports are the kind of things you will witness here. Had to spend another 10 days in a different hospital to get treated after spending a week in ILS. And as mentioned above, was critically ill when went to the other hospital and was under strict observation for the first 3 days. Not recommended at all

Doctors are good but accounting and appointment related staff are very rude. If you call then they will not tell anything clearly and again when you will call they will simply say I have told you for tommorow and to make you fell guilty they will again ask you"you have call yesterday and I have asked you for tommorow appointment.Admin must take care

This is a worst hospital. As a patients family you have only one responsibility that is to pay the bill. If you want to burn your money and get your patients and yourself torched than this is the best place to visit. This place is hell and you would not even want to visit here after your death. I Dr Arfa Sajadin was admitted to ILS Howrah during the last month of my pregnancy in a covid (+)ve state .I delivered a baby boy on 20/5/21 and every thing was well.But suddenly my condition got worse ,my saturation was falling and I become unconscious. They did my emergency laparatomy on22/5/21. I was ventilated for 10 days It was a wrong Operation which was done by Dr Mahesh Kedia which he never accepted and back away from the case. By the bless of God and Dr kaushik naha Biswas I got a new life,because of him I am alive now and leading my life with my little one .Due to back to back operation within a month ,I developed wound dehisience and hernia . A very special thanks to Dr Santanu Sarkar who has taken care of my case at my worst time.He was very approachable any time, it was very nice experience with him. He did my recent hernia operation on26/3/22 and has given me the new ME . A very special thanks to Dr Santanu Sarkar who is absolute gem of a person,and has made my hernia operation so ease .It was not a common hernia but a hernia of 3.5kg .By this abdominoplasty he has made my body esthetically good. ILS HOSPITAL HOWRAH.Amazing experience. I admitted here due to laparoscopic gallbladder sludge operation. It was done by Sr.Dr.SANTANU SARKAR & Team.they done a terrific job. My family was satisfied. Dr.Sarkar is a great doctor with charming behavior. Dr.SHUBHAM( RMO) is also great with his nonstop work. Salute him.nurse& other medical staffs busy through all the day till last night. They are very careful to patients. At last, budget is affordable.In fact my bill was less than my budget. Food was excellent and served in time to time.

Be both , husband and wife had been to ILS Golabari , couple of times.We met Dr Pratik Biswas , Dr Samiran Purkait and Dr Santanu ,. All the doctors were well behaved and good mannered.They listened patiently and we got relief within couple of days. Even the registration staff , liftmen , nursing sisters were very polite and helpful. A highly satisfied experience. Even the consultation charges were moderate compared to service we got from Doctors and ILS staff.

It was 25th of July .. we got news of shocking accident of our Son. It was severe bleeding and nearby hospitals refused to get admission of my Son (Puskar Choubey). My husband called to ils hospital number and they said yes we will treat. I was half dead but they were confident to save my son. After OT I met Dr Siddhartha Gupta and he said "don't worry Puskar will go home on his feet. Today is the day he walked out from Hospital on his feet. Had a very pleasant experience with the hospital. Bought my aunt to the hospital in emergency for cardiac arrest. We were not sure about the treatment that we could get here compared to BM Birla and other reputed hospital but Mr. Raza was there at night helping us out at late hours and assured us about the services. At the end everything went well and angioplasty was successful in a very reasonable package. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this hospital.

Myself Indranil , my wife admitted in Howrah ILS for gall stone removal operation under Dr. Santanu Sarkar . Laparoscopy . Operation went very well and am really thankful to Dr. Sarkar along with all the stuffs / sisters / Mediclaim help desk personnel / security . Everything was good except that there is no option for any food considering patient party waiting for long and also no parking is a concern. At least the sat patient is getting discharged that day there should be some parking space. There is no near by parking also available even at a fees. Also, I am not happy with the budget/estimation was given to me. I found some miscommunication.

It was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely understanding and caring. The nurse Sanchoyita took such good care of my father. The Doctors are available and so patient and polite. Dr. Samiran did my fathers surgery and made sure he was able to walk again. It speaks volumes about the top management because it’s their efficient training and values that makes this hospital the best hospital in town. Kudos to the entire staff right from nurses, catering dept to doctors to the whole management. Thank you for saving so many lives with a smile on your face.

Now a day ILS is getting worse to worse in order to provide services and doctor as well. I my self have most bad experience with ILS which I never expected. After getting admitted as I saw that I have been admitted in IT company instead of Hospital because where 15 patient is admitted in general bed only two nurses were available and they always busy with Computers only instead of taking care of the patients. Every time have to call them 100 times then they will come like they are giving free treatment and secondly they increase the non medical expenses by adding lots of extra things which you will not receive but bill will be issued so I had to audit every day by mentioning them to correct the bill. They bill 12 litres of water with 500 ML of sanitizer in 1 day so I questioned then who can drink 12 liters of water in a day they were unable to answer so they are simply cheating and taking money from the patient by grabbing their nack. Third thing is that RMOs also not listen to the patient you have to wait for the doctor when the god will come then your treatment can be start they have only duty to operate the company whole day. My suggestion would be don't ho this hospital now a days this is worst place ever. They don't align the good doctor as well who can diagnose the proper ailment so you can get 40% treatment by spending lakh of amount I have experienced the same where I had to hospitalize twice but proper treatment was not done and now I am getting well with taking private consultation with another doctor. They always try to align the doctor who can increase the tests and amount like Dr. R.sengupta where you cannot expect good behaviour as well as proper treatment from his side and hospital side as well. Most worst doctor I have ever seen instead of recovery you will be penalized and you will be frightened to keep admitted into hospital without proper treatment. It is better to go another hospital those are far better. Because ILS is a IT company not a Hospital and Dr. R.Sengupta is a most ever bad doctor whose behaviour is also not good and does wrong treatments to die the patient.

Excellent service regarding in all respects including treatment, nursing, behaviour etc. Specially myself very much impressed about Dr Shantanu Sarkar & Dr Subham Hazra. Recently my Mrs admitted for gall stone operation under Dr Shantanu Sarkar. Dr Subham Hazra treated my Mrs at her house after discharged . Hats off to both of them.

My father was admitted in ils hospital with pelvis bone fracture under Dr. Siddharth Gupta .Although my father was admitted under Swasthya sathi card but I got very good service from the hospital. Dr. Siddharth Gupta is very humble and kind doctor. Also Mr. Nilanjan helped us a lot and their nurses and floor coordinator's behavior was very good.

Nursing service is excellent The infrastructure and facility of the hospital is very good. I am very much thankful to Dr. Arnab kar for his excellent treatment.All others hospital staffs are very good and co-operative.

Dr. Shantanu sir is very co - operative & Excellent in nature and his top-notch service has provided great comfort to my Father who's got admitted on 13th November for surgery and Dr. Shantanu sir operated on next day. Other staffs have nice behaviour. Finally, Thanks to Team ILS.
