Overall too much pathetic experience.. 😢🤧 No quality food., tasteless, rotten ..🤮 Bedsheets are not changing every day.. Bathroom is untidy.. 😫 worse experience.. Referal Doctors are not coming on time.. 😠 Most irresponsible doctors/sisters and support staff with extremely bad behaviour. Always try to avoid this hospital..

The most 3rd class service. Doctors are good. However the nursing staffs are illiterate and ill mannered. The don’t behave politely with patient relatives and don’t provide proper information. Most of the time they don’t respond to patients need. It is not suitable for elderly patients. Every time they ask for medical equipment’s and medicine from patient relatives, they are so lazy to get the medicines from their own pharmacy. My grandmother was lying unattended in general bed for couple of hours as a result her blood reached to the empty saline bottle, after that they are blaming each other but have not taken care of the patient. The nursing incharge in Female Surgery ward is the most unprofessional person in the hospital.

The worst hospital i visited ever , they keep the patient lying for almost a week and more without any proper treatment, they keep doing test as if the patient is some ginipig and they keep doing there experiment, are the doctors planning on gng to NASA as they can't detect anything but the experiment of tests are on and on ! Such a pain to visit this hospital! They literally without any hesitation ask the patient to be taken home in the middle of nowhere, without any treatment done for more than a week!

The Worst hospital. Doctors here are good but the infrastructure is poor. However the worst part is the nursing staffs. They are so poor at their job you can't concider them to be a life saver. They are always in hurry, forgets to provide medicine to the admited patients. Their behaviour is so rude you will feel not to call them. Nursing incharge in Female Surgery department is the worst person in the world, she don't even bothers to listen to the patients requirment also she misbehaved with us when we are asking about our patients condition. We had to complain about her to the authority, however the improvement to tackle such incidents is 0%.

Very poor service and rude attitude of staff's and even the final year students who are so called doctor. Very bad experience totally slow process. Please don't waste your money and time here its will be good for the patient and also for you.

Worst treatment ever.... My friend was treated for severe breathing problem there for 10 days and they were not able to find the solution causing the breathing problem. Regular checkups, scans were done but of no use. The problem still remains the same even after 10 days and there is not a little bit of improvement and adding to it the behavior of the staffs were horrible. Advise to everyone.... Just avoid this organization.....

1 star ⭐️ rating form most of the people. So think about what could be the quality of this so called medical college and hospital. No one to look after this hospital and MC. V indecent behaviour of college staffs towards students and guardian. No hostel or room facility for residents. Don’t want to call out some of the famous persons ruling there!!

Poorly managed . Even the medicines are not given on time by sister s and on -call doctors and as a patient party you have to do a follow up. Food quality is pathetic . Main doctor was not given any information on the reports even. Worst hospital

Very bad, you can say, worst experience of getting admitted here. Nurses are very very rude as if they own the place and we are their servants. I immediately decided to not waste a single time in here and get him discharged asap. Have even complained about their behaviour to the doctor. He might have told about this to the nursing team. They have ganged up and came to me asking why we complained. I said nothing because I had to make the discharge really quick as he has very low platelets and every single second is precious but this is how it is. I will never recommend KPC to anyone.

Unprofessional. Nurses know nothing. Using hand sanitizer directly on blood coming out after removing channel for saline. They'll kill you eventually. Don't get admitted here. Run, run for your life. Very scary hospital.

As my patient was in critical condition so we were very tensed and wanted to know patient's condition from the hospital staff but didn't cooporate with us and didn't tell us the patient's condition. Very bad system..

This hospital located near Jadhavpur 8b bus stand and jadhavpur station. Big hospital and college campus with 5 blocks of different departments. pharmacy shop is infront of the 2nd block

Only the eye care section is excellent otherwise the MD and the dermatology departments are very bad at treating patients. The MD department doctors are the worst . They don't even listen to us .

One of fraud hospital don't trust their lab report any doctor advise . This hospital is business centre how to cheat people and take money. Request to government take immediate action against this kind of hospital and cancel the affiliation.

I went there when I had an accident ..the emergency service really helpful and fast.. there is wheel chair facility also and parking.. for opd ticket counter is inside... all charge n medicines hv to give by patient party.. 4 wheeler parking charge- 30rs opd ticket -100rs emergency ticket - 300rs

I went for my delivery 12 August 2023 doctors r vv good 5 star for them students r also v good but the nurses are v bad and rude just the Next day of the delivery they ask me to carry the baby and do everything on my own no help nothing the Clothes were all torn which was given to the patient's v expensive I think private hospitals will be cheap and will provide better service

There is no ticketing system at all. They just open the gate and the patient party run to the counter for having ticket. If you are not strong enough, then better you forget to make ticket on that rush. There is no complaints box. I asked in the reception that where I can make complaints regarding this, the lady in the reception becomes extremely rude and told me that this is only the system here. She was basically shouting over me. This kind of behaviour from the staff to the patient party is not acceptable at all.

I'll rate it 2stars bcoz in emergency there is no proper response from Doctors visited only once, though its a festive time but emergency means something urgent, n need to take extra care for. What's the mean of emergency then, its been 2 days now but response is not as good as I have heard about.. Hence disappointed with the doctors response. Its a neorological case, brain haemorrage where patient is serious but doctor visited only once. I don't know whether its more important to celebrate festival or if u got emergency case, that is more important...

Most third class hospital that I have even been.. stuffs behaviour are very rude. They are literally doing business here.. from medicines to test reports they don't accepts from outside, you have to do it from their hospital only. Even if you pay them for the tests for emergency purpose then also they will take 2days to arrange the tests..They don't care about the patients the only thing that they care about is only Money.. Very disappointed about their services. Most of the government hospitals are far better than this so called hospital.

One of the worst hospital. All the staffs are there to make business not to give treatment. And specially the trainne nurses have no etiquettes. Very surprisingly, they made a prescription of medication among which most of the things were not even used for the patient. And after raising a question, instead of apology they started argument. Very unexpected service from a hospital.
