    If you are serious about fitness and health go for this gym. All the necessary equipment available to make a perfect shape body. The trainer is quite experienced and friendly. Don't worry if you are new to gym and fat or skinny, trainer will guide you to have proper diet and nutrition. Monthly fee is 500 which is good deal for AC gym. Parking for bike/cycle available here. Closed Only sunday and holidays.

    decent amount of equipment... those who want to join mainly for cardio and not strength training.. this gym is not for you... the elliptical machine,the bicycle sort of machine and the treadmill are just sitting there as it's not fully functional...

    The gym looks good from the surface, but start the Treadmill and Resistance Cycle, you would see problems all over the place. The treadmill suddenly stops mid operation, leading to potential injuries. The Resistance Cycle has only one setting. There is no Squat Rack. You have to do Squats in the Chest Rack itself. For Rs. 1000 in the starting month with Rs. 500 per month following, this is a good option for those who want to bulk up and maintain muscular mass. Not for people who want to do Cardio.
