Inadequate equipment for the name of golds Gym associated with this place. It doesn't have the most basic equipment like a pec-dec/chest fly machine. There are just two large barbells, with patrons waiting in queue to use them. The management does not care about the grievances of the patrons and does not update or increase equipment even with an increase in the number of members. Air conditioners are kept on fan mode unless a patron complains about the heat. It may be golds Gym, but is run like a local gym. Not worth your time and money.

I had taken an annual membership at Gold Gym, Salt Lake last year but the gym was discontinued from May. Thereafter I filled for my refund application in June and the refund proceedings were supposed to start from October'19. I have visited the Bangur branch, called at the Bangur centre numerous times but they have a very carefree attitude saying you will have to keep waiting. I have not received any intimation as to when approximately could I get my money back. Please don't go for the Gold Gym tag as they are not worth their name at all. Kindly let me know by when can I expect to receive my money back.

Unfortunately, I’m an annual subscriber here, please don’t make the same mistake. Highly incompetent staff and the mentality super indifferent. It’s been over a month and a half and they still haven’t fixed a stupid shower head. This unit is nothing more than an embarrassment to the Gold’s brand!

Don't get fooled here and take membership - definitely a con and not what the brand. You get to see their true colors post you pay the annual membership fees - you will be forced to pay for Personal training. Only 4 Trainers throughout the day in shifts. No one is at reception - you need to be after them to get your things done. Owner/director is nowhere in the picture and has no control on the gym. Rarely visit the gym to meet their clientele.

Join a local gym which charges 700-900 / month is better than this worst gym in the area , extremely unprofessional, no general trainer is bothered about what you're doing they are too busy gossiping , most of the time they sit in their pantry and people who pay huge amounts for the golds gym brand do their workout on their own , removed the tyre out all of a sudden the battle rope handel was broken instead of replacing it they fix it every other day they are just too careless about everything .

Hi I had bought a membership of 6 months at Gold Gym, Salt Lake, Kolkata, India which has not been operational since 20.05.19, on 02.05.19 Subsequently Gold Gym initiated refund applications to which I applied on 22.06.19 But so far no refund process has begun.

The gym is near Bangur in Kolkata but the most of the time gym was vacant they told there are 5 trainer but at the time of visiting I saw 1 or 2 trainer was there but they are very casual to help.

Decent gym, Facilities are very good, Clean and tidy. The only concern is that, the trainers are not that good.
