Pictures are of trim and tone gym.. if you're thinking namah gym is good its totally not worth a penny. Neither are the trainers

I will mark average when it comes to gym equipments but the gym in-charge fails miserably in handling customer grievances. Private property gets stolen frequently. Would highly recommend not getting a membership in this gym.

2 years of operations. Trendy machines. Decent crowd. Only prob is location which is quite interiors in behala brahmo samaj road and crowded in the mornings. Having locker facility as well

Situation beside Ashoka cinema hall at Behala, Landmark Jodu Colony very old gym. Pic taken my as proof. Many equipments present with full central AC inside. Personal Trainer for every age group who provides diet chart according to the health of every person going there. Steam bath present. But the only factor is price not reasonable there. They take a huge admission fee and then the monthly charge is not affordable that's the only drawback as there are many other gym and fitness center at Behala with nominal charge with same facilities that's why i gave 2stars.

Overall a nice place ..open & spacious with well equipments.. Only con is i wish the trainers were more dedicated towards every trainee & not their only selected few trainees.

worse and worse. trainer mr siva doesn't know to respect seniors , fond of doing grouping. proprietor mr swapan da is blind inspite of cctv. His attitude of earning only. No such instrument for > age 40. trainer Deep is good and nice speaking.

A gym with regular equipments, but the worst possible attitude of the owner (swapan da). find a bttr place to sweat it out.... :(
