A very well maintained gym just beside uttarpara station. The gym has a separate section for man and lady . All the basic gyming equipments are available here. A very good place for workout for the person who wants themselves to be fit and students . And for the hardcore gymer, you can obviously find a better place than this but couldnot find a better one at this price range. Overall the environment is also quite good.

Equipment for all body parts and almost all types of exercise are available here. It's dirt cheap compared to other neighbouring gyms. It has separate timings for men and women. No AC or personal trainers even though you always have a trainer available who is ever ready to help.

1. There are two floors. Ground floor is for boys and first floor is for girls. 2. Advance amount (non refundable) is ₹500 and per month fee is ₹200 which is very cheap. 3. Location is also very good. It is very near to Uttarpara Railway station (Makhla side) 4. Personalized training is not available here. Trainer is there to guide you but dedicated personal training is not available here. 5. Non AC 6. Overall value for money.

It's a good gym. I have worked out here. The advanced fees is 500 hundred and monthly 200. Equipments are present. It's good. You can check it out.

THIS GYM HAS ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENTS .A GOOD AMBIENCE FOR WORKOUT.BUT THERE IS NO PROPER TRAINER TO GUIDE PERFECTLY. THE OWNER GIVES THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT HE IS NOT A CERTIFIED TRAINER .HE DOESN'T NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE IN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY BECAUSE IF ANY ONE SUFFERING FROM ANY BACKBONE INJURY OR KNEE PROBLEM HE CAN'T GUIDE PROPERLY. EXERCISES VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON ACCORDING TO ANYONE'S BODY CONSTITUTION AND PHYSICAL PROBLEM. THIS IS QUITE COMMON IN MOST OF THE GYMS.SOMETIMES A BODY BUILDER WORKS AS A TRAINER. HE CAN'T GUIDE PROPERLY IF HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE IN THIS FIELD. THEY KEEP A TRAINER AS AN EYE WASH OR NOTHING ELSE.

Nice equipment, ambiance, spacious and Good trainer. It has separate space for male and female. Ample space for parking. Near to Uttarpara railway station with 50 steps walking distance.

Very reasonable price for gym. Besides there are more than enough equipments present for full on development of the body. Both famale and male gym is present. And also Mr Swarup is a very nice person. Well i would say there should be atleast one trainer for the new comers for they need some guidance.

Their services are really great but but if you want a trainer that would be a problem they provide only basic information about exercise for the beginner is extremely good.

Swarup da “the trainer" he is a very nice guy. And gym has all the machines required to build up your muscles.
