Aida's Zone

Restaurant Vegan restaurant

😐 Stopped by for dinner yesterday. It's a small place in an interesting location just past the Royal Stables. There aren't many casual, non-glitzy places here, so it's nice that one chose to open here. It's also nice to have one more fully vegan place in Stockholm - makes selecting dishes from the men... People often mention vegan, restaurant, delicious, quality, nice, Stockholm, dishes, service, good,

Stopped by for dinner yesterday. It's a small place in an interesting location just past the Royal Stables. There aren't many casual, non-glitzy places here, so it's nice that one chose to open here. It's also nice to have one more fully vegan place in Stockholm - makes selecting dishes from the menu so much easier. Went with the buffalo chicken wings to start with. Not bad, though "tenders" would probably be a better word to describe them. I followed this with the special of the day, vekanska biffar med ris och hemmagjorda tzatziki. It was average. Good portion size, but perhaps a little too much rice. Overall, I feel that Aida's Zone has potential, but isn't quite there yet, food-wise. There's nothing wrong with it as such, it's just a bit average right now and for the prices they charge, I would have expected more. Maybe I should have picked another dish from the relatively compact menu. The lunch deals looked good, so perhaps I'll pop in again for lunch.

Welcome to Aida's Zone, a relatively new vegan restaurant in Stockholm. We were looking for a quick bite to eat but found all the establishments to be crowded, overpriced, and most importantly, it was difficult to find vegetarian or vegan options. So, we quickly searched on Google Maps for a restaurant catering to vegans and fortunately came across Aida's Zone. The walk from the waterfront to the restaurant was a delight, as it was significantly quieter. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and had the freedom to choose our table. We were handed a concise menu, which we considere a mark of quality because having too many options doesn't always indicate high quality. We decided to go for the small dishes, as mentioned earlier, and what was served to us, truly surprised us. The dishes were presented with love and creativity, and the flavors were both pleasantly surprising and convincing. What a joy! We are staying in Stockholm for a few more days and will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. We want to express our gratitude for the courage and dedication it took to open this establishment. Thank you for providing a place that caters to our dietary preferences. We wish you continued success.

Decent food, very pricey at that. Portion sizes are much to small - breakfast size - or brunch at best. And for 200 kr!?! Outrageous. Some of the food was a bit moody and had to be replaced. Staff are friendly and helpful and eager to see to your needs and resolve varying issues with the food. Dessert is delicious, but again - too small portions and not enough bang for your buck.

If we talk about high quality and friendly service, you found the right place. My choice was the Darian Burger, I must say that the mix of flavors was incredible. 100% recommended

This is the Number 1 vegan restaurant in Stockholm. What’s best is that it’s also gluten free! We had the tasty vegan gluten free burger which is absolutely delicious and comes with fantastic roasted potatoes and a side salad. Lovely Aida served and cooked herself for us. Living gluten free herself she absolutely knows what she’s doing. The surrounding is cosy and clean. Perfect place to be in Stockholm ❤️

I had the Darian burger and it was DELICIOUS! Also lovely service and nice atmosphere, will definitely come back! Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are vegan.

The ambiente is nice but the food here is really poor (not because it's vegan). The portions are tiny, the "roasted" potatoes were microwaved, the most expensive dish, for over 230SEK, was a bit of cold rice with about 5 soggy chickpeas and a little bit of tomatoes. The nutritional value of the dishes is close to zero, and the quality of preparation, even with the same ingredients, is rather bad. In no way can the prices be justified, even half of the price would still be too much. I guess the only reason this has good reviews is because of friends and family reviewing it

I loved this place. Being vegan and sensitive to restaurant cooking I was so happy to find this place. Had the toast with tofu and avocado. Very tasty and I could feel the whole time that my body would thank me for this choice. Such a homie environment and homemade vibe to the food as well. Highly recommend. The taste of the tofu actually reminded me of scrambled eggs even though I havent had those for years 😋

The place is simply a scam. We got served microwave food (we actually could hear the microwave running) which was basically not eatable. Highly not recommended if you don’t want to ruin your day. The service was friendly but can’t compensate for the overall quality of the place.

Hi, we ate with our 2 kids at Aidan’s Zone. The kids loved their burger with potatoes. I ordered the pita option but was was quite disappointed when I was served half of a small pita bread with only some vegan mince and 2 sauces. No veggies at all… this felt like a starter and not a main dish. I had expected a good meal for the price of 250kr.. don’t go there if you have a great appetite..

We started by ordering two darians burgers and we found them excellent then we ordered an aida salad and it was also very good, everything was very cozy and a home-made family atmosphere without words, the best option in Stockholm to eat vegan and gluten-free food. We will return next vacation

It's always nice to see new vegan, gluten free places popping up in town. This place has a alot of potential, however in this current state the portion sizes and the overall experience do not correlate to the prices. The food was OK, raw ingredients were fresh, but they weren't put together in the quantity and or quality to justify the price. The service was also just short of OK. I hope with the right feedback, and active learning by the chefs and oqners, this restaurant can become something special in the future.
