Unserious, if you pay for an hour, you expect to be treated for exactly one hour, terribly annoying when the therapist goes off every second to answer the phone or receive new customers who drop in. moreover, she arrives 5 minutes late. 1 hour treatment was in the end a maximum of 35-40 minutes, pointed this out to her and it seems that the management put this in the system and books too often and has too few staff. not recommended

Booked an appointment online twice and each time I got an email saying they have double booked and can't accommodate us! Called several times to try again, isn't there anyone who can speak Swedish and hangs up when they don't understand what you're saying!

I booked a Thai massage and I got it right away. Anyone who knows what a proper Thai massage feels like knows. Tender and very satisfied! Felt professional and knowledgeable. Even got 20 min extra for my sore body because she had an extra moment to spare. Will definitely go back.

Booked 1 week in advance 1.5h massage. Gets there and is told "we haven't received any bookings, now we have other customers".

Half the point of massage is relaxation. During my visit it was total chaos in a very responsive venue. Music at maximum volume and lots of screaming and running from spa guests throughout the massage. Someone tore open the curtain to my room. The second half of the massage is the massage itself. Several times I winced in pain and had to ask him (borrowed) to take it easy as he massaged places I normally have not been involved in before (stomach and knee folds, among others). However, obvious places such as feet and neck did not receive a massage, even though I described that it is in the neck that I have the biggest problem.

Really unpleasant situation, I had made an appointment and paid online but when I arrived the staff didn't have time for me and they asked me to wait 30 minutes 😡😱 they said there are a lot of customers and we are very tired.
