An extremely arrogant and unpleasant doctor. Treated me like an object, cold and never any eye contact. At the post-check, he turns his back and rolls to his computer, without saying a word. He got annoyed when I asked a question. I was wondering why the operated eye shows a bluer color. In a nonchalant voice he says "It will be like that, if you want, I can operate back so it will be like before." I regret not reacting immediately. Other staff were nice.

They doctor does not put enough time to talk and explain the issue which makes it hard to feel you can trust the advices and the "Thealoz Due" eye drop promoted by them and sold at their reception was worthless eye-drop for my issue, .. I have been poked in my eye badly by my little daughter , I visited Novius Eye clinic the day after incident, the doctor had right diagnosis that I need to lubricate the eye however the eye-drop that he prescribed did not work for me at all , and I have been suffering for 2 weeks with blurry vision since then and it was not getting any better, I tried to call the clinic back on emergency line as the doctor there advised me to do so in case of needing help, but they did not call me back. I tried with another clinic, and they gave me more fatty eye drop as gel, and my eye healed the next morning!

Went to Dr. Christos today on the recommendation of another talented ophthalmologist who said he is the most skilled and experienced ophthalmologist in Stockholm, which is completely true! Very satisfied and looking forward to the next visit. When it comes to the eyes, price doesn't matter without experience and security! Thank you 🤗

I wanted to make a laser surgery to correct my vision so I came here for a consultation, but also to 3 other clinics to get different opinions: In all 3 clinics that I visit before coming here the doctors told me that I can do a laser surgery without any problem, but when I came to Novius the doctor told me that couldn't do laser, but instead I would need to do a different non-laser surgery that cost 3 times more!!! Also, the doctor here did a very quickly evalutation (less than 15 minutes) and didn't explain me the process very well like the doctors in the other clinics. In the end I did my laser surgery at Lirema, paying 3 times less than what they wanted to charge me here, and after 6 months my eyes are great. So I recommend everybody to get more than one opinion before choosing which clinic will do your surgery.

Nice staff at the reception when you arrive. Sara the nurse was absolutely wonderful, very nice and humble and also the doctor who operated on my eyes today 30/3 was nice and explained everything well during the operation and during the examination before the operation. Very happy to get rid of the glasses 🙂 Etc. Daniela

I felt badly treated by the doctor. For example, because he was late but didn't apologize, didn't introduce himself, didn't give information about the tests he did, pushed me against the back of the chair I was sitting on instead of just asking me to sit back, didn't use a mouth guard. Such behavior on the part of a doctor does not instill security, which one should feel as a patient.

Having struggled with my eyesight for years, I was recommended to go to Dr. Christos Lenis who informed me that due to my anatomy and my expectations i was not suitable for surgery even though other clinics that I visited promoted the idea of me doing surgery. He was very informative and extremely professional. The second time I was there I had a mild eye condition and I was seen by Dr. Alexandros Lenis who was also very helpful and professional. I couldn't recommend Novius eye clinic more if you want to be in the hands of real professionals that actually care about you and your eye sight.

It doesn’t get any better than this , absolutely world-class , to be able to see again without glasses , like being young again Thanks so much !

I am happy to say that today's surgery was a success (pigment change) and I feel happy to share with anyone who is feeling unsure about where to go. the staff at Noviuskliniken made me feel comfortable right from the start. the receptionist's warm smile calmed my nerves as did Christos Lenis and his colleague. I'm sorry I forget her name but she is the very nice lady with the green/blue eyes. very good staff and a good place with high competence.
