Not
satisfied
with
the
help
I
got
and
here
is
why.
After
getting
a
referral/remiss
from
the
vårdcentral
I
had
to
wait
over
6
months
to
get
a
time
at
StockholmsHud.
(My
issue
was
an
eyelid
irritation
which
kept
on
happening
during
those
six
months
and
expanded
from
my
eyes
to
my
chin
and
under
the
chin)
I
paid
900kr
in
total
for
4
‘appointments’
out
of
which
2
of
them
were
no
longer
than
15
mins
long,
and
the
other
two
about
5
minutes.
My
first
appointment
was
with
dr.
Peter
Wallenberg
who
refused
to
speak
English
to
me,
even
though
I
explained
to
him
that
I
would
be
more
comfortable
if
he
spoke
English.
Instead,
he
would
repeat
the
word
in
Swedish,
every
time
I
tell
him
“I
don’t
understand
what
this
means”.
I
fully
understand
that
this
is
Sweden
and
he
doesn’t
have
to
be
fluent
in
English.
However,
when
we
spoke
to
the
nurse
about
how
we
proceed,
the
nurse
spoke
English
to
me.
The
doctor
replied
in
Swedish
to
the
nurse:
“Don’t
speak
English
to
her,
she
speaks
perfect
Swedish”.
(even
though
I
didn't
even
say
a
word
in
Swedish…)
He
seemed
very
annoyed
and
irritated
by
my
presence
and
almost
as
if
he
just
wanted
to
get
over
with
it.
I
got
prescribed
a
cream
to
use
on
my
eyes,
which
could
potentially
get
me
blind,
which
I
didn’t
use
on
my
eyes
for
obvious
reasons.
He
also
told
me
to
stop
using
sunscreen
because
“this
is
Sweden,
you
don’t
need
it”.
After
complaining
and
asking
for
a
new
doctor
I
got
to
see
2
other
doctors.
One
of
the
5-minute
appointments
was
with
the
first
doctor
who
told
me
I
had
an
allergy
to
nickel
and
told
me
I
need
to
come
back
on
Monday
as
he
is
not
a
professional
in
the
area
I
had
issues
with
-
skin
irritation.
My
last
appointment
was
the
last
350kr
I
paid,
which
was
‘the
last
time
you
pay
and
then
it
is
all
free’.
The
doctor
I
met
last
confirmed
my
allergy
to
nickel
and
told
me
to
just
use
the
cream
dr.
Wallenberg
prescribed
and
not
care
about
the
red
label
on
the
bottle.
I
wanted
help
with
the
scars
I
had
on
my
eyelids
and
on
the
rest
of
my
face.
The
doctor
told
me
that
it
gets
red
while
it
is
healing,
however,
my
skin
isn’t
healing
anymore,
I
simply
have
dark
scars
on
my
eyelids.
When
I
asked
what
is
best
for
my
skin,
the
doctor
told
me
I
should
go
to
their
website
and
get
an
appointment
with
a
specialist
instead
that
could
tell
me
what
to
use.
But
of
course,
that
would
cost
me
250kr
as
a
first
visit…
To
conclude,
I
still
don’t
know
what
is
causing
my
eyelid
irritations
and
I
have
a
cream
that
I
should
use,
every
time
it
happens
and
if
lucky
I
might
not
get
blind.
