I like espresso house in general- but the staff the day I was there was horrible. Asked for a special iced drink - just got coffee with ice. Probably waited for 20 minutes while the barista was tending to other customers quicker than me. I hope they decide to have more staff on Sunday mornings.

The place is nice and they have good coffee but I think their service can use some refinement. I ordered a bagel sandwich and the server said it's gonna take some time because the oven needs to heat up. That was totally fine, so I grabbed my coffee and went to a table. I was never told that my bagel was ready or had it delivered (which would be nice), and when I walked by about 10-15 minutes later, it was just sitting there cold even when the baristas had plenty of free time in between and even walked past me a couple of times.

I love this place very good coffee with other snacks. They have good sitting area. Most lovely thing is they have well maintainedwashroom facility. Staff is super friendly and professional

If you are Vegetarian, this is a good place for you... I had the Creamy Cheese Bagel and the Baba Ganoush & Risoni Bowl with Apple Juice... Looks and tastes terrific! Also love the ambience of the place and how lively it is... Great place to catch up with friends or just do your work.

So delicious cinnamon roll here, it's my favorite dessert in Sweden.

They do not make latte and cappuccino. The coffee machine is broken. I bought the subscription but cannot use it. I tried to send the feedback in the app but it doesn’t work. Seems like nothing in this chain works

I ordered a matcha latte. I’m not informed that the matcha contains A LOT OF SUGAR🤯never in my entire life have I ever had matcha from a matcha mix full of sugar. Please inform customers or offer a refund when customar complains. Matcha latte is never a sweet beverage. Alt don’t order a matcha here. Otherwise an ok cafe.
