I
have
been
waiting
the
courier
for
2
days
at
home,
when
I
called
twice
(before
even
the
delivery
started)
to
please
contact
me
by
calling
me
at
my
phone
number
since
I
don't
have
a
ring
bell.
Twice
I
read
on
the
tracking
information
that
they
attempt
the
delivery
without
success.
No
one
contacted
me,
I
didn't
see
any
courier
coming
and
I
lost
two
days
of
work
waiting
at
home
for
that
package.
I
also
called
multi
times
and
spoke
with
many
from
TNT
customer
service
to
get
information,
they
even
gave
the
information
to
the
deposit
and
tried
to
contact
the
courier
but
keep
postponing
the
delivery
to
the
day
after.
I
believe
they
didn't
even
come
here
to
deliver
the
package
and
that's
an
excuse
to
make
the
customer
come
to
the
delivery
point
to
collect
themselves.
I
am
extremely
disappointed
for
that
service
which
I
paid
for.
It
is
the
last
time
I
will
be
using
TNT
as
delivery
company.
