    The company can't schedule a delivery time, at best you can get a very broad window "maybe this week or next week during working hours". That's unacceptable for very obvious reasons. Update after 1 month: Still no delivery, still no schedule. The track and trace shows an attempted delivery, but there hasn't been any attempt.

    No delivery notice, they don’t even know on the day whether the package will be delivered to you. Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. Will never use them again.

    Worst ever "delivery" I've ever experienced, no notification of delivery, partially delivered parcel, the next level of professionalism: stone age! Make use of digital communications, phone calls, emails and so on. Scammers calling themselves as "delivery"

    So, we order 25-30 computers. They delivered it stood but we did not receive any computers. Contacted them and their support are top quality and escalated however the team leader is utter useless. I have worked at support too and I know when someone escalate that means the team leader is obligated to call to the customer for reassure it has been escalated. But no, no call, I had to call back and the team leader did not know anything at all! The support knew more then their own team leader… After 1 hour more or less, the person calls back and just said, “Sorry, we delivered to “Another company” and all the computers has been opened, please do a reclaim and order it again. Sorry again” I really wanted to scream at this person for their utter failure but no, I kept my cool and said “I will recommend the factory I order it from to change deliverer.” No words for this at all

    I have a order from you for more than a month and I did not receive it. Every time I try to contact you, I wait over an hour for a response ,In the end, I didn't get any results. Really you are the worst service. Please I want my order as soon as possible. My order 022202849

    Even after repeated customer care contacts, courier company does not take the delivery as important matter to the customer. If they can't deliver then false status they put saying recipients not at home. Then delivery will take more days if it's weekend then gone. For all customers it's by default status that missed delivery customers not at home. So wait wait wait..

    I have been waiting the courier for 2 days at home, when I called twice (before even the delivery started) to please contact me by calling me at my phone number since I don't have a ring bell. Twice I read on the tracking information that they attempt the delivery without success. No one contacted me, I didn't see any courier coming and I lost two days of work waiting at home for that package. I also called multi times and spoke with many from TNT customer service to get information, they even gave the information to the deposit and tried to contact the courier but keep postponing the delivery to the day after. I believe they didn't even come here to deliver the package and that's an excuse to make the customer come to the delivery point to collect themselves. I am extremely disappointed for that service which I paid for. It is the last time I will be using TNT as delivery company.

    Been at home waiting for them several days. Says they have visited when they haven't, says they have called when they haven't, says they have delivered a notice when they haven't. Maybe they are good at something, but they couldn't give less of a ... about delivering packages.

    Absolute joke of a company. The delivery man not calling when outside as promised but leaves the package in a location 40 min away. Then, when promised to transport it to an office in central Stockholm after the weekend the package once again does not show up. Add to that a dysfunctional and rude customer service. Pathetic.

    If i could give 10 stars i would, fedex messed up my delivery and was unhelpful but tnt was absolutely amazing, the employees kind and understanding. 6/5!!

    Worst service ever! Do not suggest to use them as partners. Was waiting delivery with two(two-part) 3m long stairs, two 2m long stairs, two stairs like bench and smaller parts. First attempt to deliver - deliver smaller parts, two 2m long stairs and !!! one part of 3m long stairs. Totaly missing 1(full set) and half of 3m long stairs. After several calls when no one know where are rest stuff from delivery. 2nd attempt - SELLER send out one more time missing stuff. NOTHING come to delivery address, LOST in DEPO!!! 3rd attemp - SELLER send out third time stuff - AGAIN LOST IN DEPO!!! Have called like 10times, every one promise to call back, and guess what no one call. The best part that once when called to find out about my missing delivery, costumer help desk start to scream on me and hang off phone :))) Good luck TNT, never again work with you if will have possibility to choose carrier!

    While the shipping company could make things easier (by providing more precise estimates, notifying when the package has left the nearest collection point), so far my experience interacting with the people has been positive. Indeed, you have to be home/at the destination address for them to deliver the package, but they will call you once they are there and will wait a few minutes. In my case, I was not home/could not get home the first time they called. Fortunately, they agreed to come again in the afternoon, for which I am very grateful.

    Worst delivery company. The delivery takes forever even though my order said it would take from 3-7 days. It’s been 15 days so far. What make makes me angry is that I paid higher rate for faster delivery.
